I am so impressed with Future Auto Services! Their customer service is top-notch - always friendly and genuine. It's clear that they truly love what they do. I have brought my car to them for everything from routine oil changes to more extensive repairs, like changing out my air conditioner compressor. They tackled a big job on my Dodge Challenger with expertise and professionalism. I highly recommend Future Auto Services for all your automotive needs.

I think it's safe to assume that nobody ever wants to take their car into the shop. and my situation was no different. Late Saturday morning, my car decides to stay stuck in neutral while getting a car wash and I was stuck frantically trying to find a place that is in the Glendale/Burbank area that is still open that can take my car in and I found Future Auto Service. Luckily for me, AAA was able to come to me and give a quick fix and manually shift my gear to escort me and my very clean and busted car to the shop.Once I got to the shop, the staff was kind and courteous and very transparent with timelines as they had cars in the queue on a Saturday. I stepped away for lunch and after a few hours, I got the diagnosis which wasn't ideal, but I felt like my car was in good hands as everyone treated me with respect and care.As promised, they had the fix done by Monday and I was able to drive away. One thing to note is the waiting room of the shop is SUPER clean and comfortable and they offer water which is nice. I've had experiences in different shops where I felt like I was being taken advantage of and/or felt like I was just a number but Future Auto Service had excellent service and great bedside manner.Thank you, team! I appreciate it.

The staff are very friendly, professional and super helpful! I've recommended Future Auto to my friends and they also had a great experience. I can't imagine going anywhere else. Plus, their shop is so clean and organized!!

First time coming to Future Auto Service and the team was very exceptional in their performance and delivery. Very attentive and appreciative when it came to diagnosis checks and suggestions. The lobby aesthetics were also very high quality which added to the quality of the overall service. Definitely worth taking your car here for any type of auto service or diagnosis that you may need!.

I ve been at Future Auto Service twice so far and both times have honestly been great.They have competitive prices, consistent amazing customer service, and morals (lol).They did inspections on my car both times I ve been there and I ve never felt like they tried to upsell me or convince me that my car will break down any minute like other shady places.They re also patient and transparent. There have been a couple times I called to inquire a potential service and they are quick to question if my car really needs it versus scheduling me in to get some $$$.Everyone I ve spoken to has been great. Andre is also amazing! Spoke to him a few times. Super kind soul who takes the time to explain things to you.Would highly recommend it here.

Great service!Came in for a simple AAA battery replacement, they assisted me from the phone call all the way to the end. They didn t have a battery for my car but the manager or owner made a quick call and within 10 minutes a battery was delivered. While in the lobby, the receptionist was extremely helpful and polite. At times you forget the how soothing a nice lobby makes you feel and I did not mind the wait. This is an extremely professional and trustworthy business. I will definitely be going here from now on.

Future auto service is by far one of the best car spots in the valley not only were they the only shop in all of the SFV to hold my part but they swapped it out for free when most places would charge extra after going through the hassle of jumping the car in the first place to get it there. They have a great environment to wait for your car to be finished service that s very inviting to both car fanatics and regular people trying to get their car fixed 10/10 would recommend!

I have an amazing experience here! When my car started overheating over thanksgiving weekend, they were able to take my car right then and had it fixed by Monday evening. Every single person I interacted with was very kind and helpful, and they even gave a discount on my total. My car came back in great shape and they didn t try to add on any extra costs or fixes (very honest and straight forward). I definitely have a new go to auto repair in Burbank!

Not gonna lie. Before I came here I went to a shop that scammed me and gave me my car back with more problems than I came in with. Their name is trust auto collision in case you would like to stay away (definitely STAY AWAY).So I came to Future auto service and you can feel the love for cars and fixing cars as soon as you get there. They are knowledgeable and experienced also they look to give you the best price they possibly can. They gave me honest timing and were professional the whole time. Definitely 5 stars. I took my car in because I had a battery issue and they are a AAA service Providing location! Tiko Was assisting me, and he was very knowledgeable and a great communicator about what the issue was with my car .definitely found myself a new mechanic shop . I had previously been to two other mechanics before this, and they couldn t figure out the issue. Thanks again again.

I'll never go to another mechanic!! The MOST honest and compassionate place. I came in with some serious issues and Andre walked me through everything so I could understand what each engine code meant, what needed to be repaired, and we worked out a plan for my car I felt comfortable with.He went the extra step to ensure my mysterious car problems were solved since they were unusual and required the hybrid specialist, John to work out the root of the issue.There is a rental car company right next door.I really couldn't have been happier with my experience.Future Auto is really setting a new standard for mechanics.

I visited Future Auto Service after suffering problems with my Fiat. Andre and his crew were incredibly kind. Without charge they did some extensive detective work and determined that my problems needed to be dealt with at a dealership. I know for a fact they could have told me otherwise and performed a procedure with no guarantee of success. They were very honest and I'd return there anytime.Also, the garage itself is immaculate. It's obvious from their workplace that they all take great pride in what they do. I'm sure that's true of the service they provide.

Brought my car in because it was smoking. They were able to order the parts and repair my car in a reasonable amount of time. They even offered me a spare car while they were working on my car since they had to keep my car overnight. They also took time out to answer any questions I had. I was Looking for a local car repair business that I can Support and trust and I will Be back.

Service is excellent at Future Auto Service Andre explained my options and helped me figure out what was still on warranty cover, he also made sure I had a ride back home since my car was going to be there for a while . Ashley the receptionist is also very friendly and helpful ..the work done on my car was great this is a place I can definitely count on I will be bringing my car here for all needs and highly recommend it

Future Auto Service will be my go-to from now on. The people here are kind, attentive and thorough, not only showing me the issues with my car that I came in for, but also other things that could use maintenance, as well as providing advice on what I should take care of first. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, so if you wish to wait while your car is being worked on you will find refreshments and a comfortable place to sit (inside and outside, in case you are hoping to social distance). I had visited from another nearby shop that was gouging prices--Future Auto Service saved me a huge amount of money comparatively; the pricing is incredibly fair. I feel very taken care of, and I'm grateful for the help. Five stars for sure!

The best thing about these guys is their honesty and quality workmanship. I love FUTURE AUTO SERVICE , the night when my axle broke at the parking lot at work , I was waiting for triple A to tow my car at the Future Auto service shop ,, not to mention you get a discount when you have triple A , it was a busy Friday night , the owner was so nice enough to wait at the shop for my car to be drop off. This owner of the shop and dealership as well is a very good person & businessman, he had help me so much in the past with my car , he s the man of his word ! There not a lot of people like him,. I m pretty blessed ! You know who you are!!!!

So helpful!! Saved the day!!!After a failed repair at the dealer, we googled VW repair near us and were happy to find Future Auto Service and noticed their great reviews. Had our car towed there and they were SOOO helpful!! Knowing we had a time crunch and a LONG cross-country trip moving in a couple days, they got our car fixed quickly so we didn t have to postpone our travels. They were so thorough, explaining everything along the way and even increasing the safety of our vehicle with an issue not even on our radar. (They were even willing to stay a few minutes late when our ride got stuck in traffic on our way to pick up the car). I can t say enough great things about Future Auto Service!!!!

5 stars! Super nice, pleasant, kind professionals. Very honest, trustworthy and reliable. Ashley welcomed me with a big smile, great vibe and provided a fantastic service. She helped me out alongside Tiko the car service advisor who was patient and kind to explain things to me and help out, both of them are top pros.Highly recommended to anyone who's in need. I came in to check my tires sensors, engine, battery. They checked everything fast and confirmed every was fine and did not charge me anything. Top service, top people, highly recommended!

My brakes were making a very concerning sound and Future was able to squeeze me in the same day for an inspection that resulted in a brake change they were able to do on the spot. Great and friendly service! Coming back whenever my car needs anything

Good service and kind employees. A bit overpriced but they did manage to fix my car during an emergency. They gave me a 2 year warranty on a part that had to be fixed on my car, which is convenient.
