It had been a while since I brought my 2005 BMW X.3 to Eurozone for any kind of service. After the shop moved from Hollywood to Burbank, I kind of lost touch with them. I brought my car to another mechanic who told me I needed a new transfer case and that it was going to cost me about $4000. After troubleshooting the symptoms I was having with the car, they also came to the conclusion that I needed a transfer case. But, it was only going to cost me $2500. Well, Monica and Ronaldo have definitely reminded me with their excellent service and professionalism that I should have followed them to Burbank. 100% worth the drive to and 3 buses back to have them maintain my car! Love this shop!

I found Eurozone Motors on Google/Yelp. I emailed Monica about an estimate and she got back to me very quickly! Monica was my point of contact and she is the best! I dropped my car off on a Friday morning and it was ready by noon that day! The staff was very polite and answered any questions I had. Eurozone is definitely worth it and saves your wallet $$!

I can t recommend Eurozone Motors enough! Two years ago, I had an expensive repair for our Audi Q7. The dealership price was astronomical, so I went searching for other quotes, while still wanting high quality service and parts. I m so grateful to have found this shop! They re trustworthy, fairly priced, efficient, and personable. They walk you through every recommendation and repair, while never pushing anything you don t need. I never write reviews but feel compelled to make an exception here.Before I even got there, the team was very pleasant to deal with over the phone.When I got there for my appointment, these guys went out of their way to NOT take my money. Called OEM (Audi) on my behalf inquiring about my car's warranty and helped me make sure I got what I needed from Audi.I look forward to coming back another time.

Eurozone is my go to place to get service done on my Mini Cooper.Great personal, customer service is given here. Not to mention, this is a family run business that successfully competes with high-end dealerships!Yes, it is a little pricey, however; you get what you pay for! They have always done impeccable work that allows me not to worry about the reliability of my vehicle!If you have a European vehicle (BMW, Mini, Audi, and so on) do not overlook this place!

First of all, I want to thank Monica and Ronaldo for helping me out even tho it was more than what I expected she did her best to help me. They even told me what I could hold on that's not that much of a priority. And the knowledge and professionalism that Ronaldo showed was remarkable, you can tell when someone knows his stuff and that one person for sure is Ronaldo, this is for sure a place that I can trust for my future car needs and a place where I feel that my car is in the best hands and safe to drive. I really loved their honesty, and that's one of the main things I look in a place. Love this place. Will update my post in the future and see how my car runs after a year. Once again, thanks, guys.

This is the only place I go to for my Volkswagen. They use all genuine parts, don t cut corners, and consistently over deliver.Monica s communication is phenomenal. She is so very helpful. In response to your reply, I did no con at all. There was never anything wrong with my transmission and I paid for work that was never done. Bottom line. You misdiagnosed the issue so you could charge me $20,000 to replace a transmission that was fine. Had you done your due diligence you would've discovered that it was the transfer case which was an easy fix. That's not my complaint. My complaint is from the control arms that you charged almost $5000 to do and did not replace them, will not honor your own warranty and I have proof of it which will be presented at the proper time. Concrete proof which included photos. You'll get your chance to explain this I promise. You guys scammed me by never doing a thing to my car. Charged me for work that was never done. I love independent shops and support local as much as possible. Eurozone is my local alternative to Porsche dealer service. Eurozone is an awesome option to dealer inflated costs but still has that great customer service experience. Great work, came in for the first time with an "engine malfunction" warning, which sounded bad, but they had me all sorted out in a couple of days. At my request, they took care of all of the routine maintenance while we were at it. What I really liked was how clear and transparent they were about what they were doing. Most mechanics aren't in my experience.Also, my car's engine is super fussy about engine oil quantity. It's an E93 M3, it doesn't have a dipstick, literally every time the oil level has been compromised, in one case by a BMW dealer, repeat DEALER, the oil level has been off. I was shocked, since Eurozone did an oil change, when I drove away the oil level was right on the mark!

So I previously shared my bad experience with this outfit. Here's an update. This all started last week when I tried setting an appointment for them to honor the warranty given on my repair. One that was never actually done in the first place. The appointment was set. Then a few minutes later i got a call back cancelling my appointment and being hung up on. Do not use this shop, they're terrible, I thought before that they did a bad job. Turns out, they did no job, at all, charged over $4200 for it. I'm beside myself. This is the best mechanic I ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They even rescued my daughters pet snake that buried himself deep in the backseats. Friendly, helpful, nice knowledgeable service of my Range Rover. Recently took my GTI in for diagnostic services to pass a smog test. Received a full, comprehensive inspection with photos and recommendations for future repairs, including an intercooler leak that I had not previously noticed. They replaced the intercooler (for much less than what I priced out from a dealership) and it runs like a brand new car! Very impressed with the prices, transparency, and customer service. They told me to sell my car it was not fixable. Took it to a friends place and was fixed the same day. They just did not want to waste time on it. They want to make just money. Last year they fixed my car fir 5k but my gos is since glitching money oriented place I do not recommend.

I really enjoy working with this shop on my Audi. Estimates are clear and easy to understand. I feel like I am getting much better value for my $$$ than when working through a dealer. Communication is prompt and thorough and the workmanship has been great. Highly recommend.

As far as servicing my 2015 BMW 328D X Drive, there is no other choice. Eurozone goes above and beyond! I continue to have wonderful experiences here. David and Monica are phenomenal. If at all possible, avoid this place. I took in my car because of a check engine light that was coming on. They fixed the problem, however they returned my car without the emergency brake working. When I spoke with Monica, she said that they weren't aware of what may had happened and that I needed to pay another $250 inspection fee. I tried speaking with David as well, they were both evasive and did not have an explanation of why they returned my car without the emergency brake working. I told them that it was unprofessional and dangerous to return my car without the emergency brake working, especially because the emergency brake was working fine and it was not an issue when I took it in. Monica and David mentioned that I needed to pay the $250 inspection fee or else they wouldn't do anything about it. Unbelievable.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I've used Eurozone twice for separate service on a Porsche: first for a fender-bender bumper repair, and the second time for a full brake job. Both times their front office communication, quoting, scheduling, and repairs have been TOP NOTCH and done in a speedy fashion. I m so happy I found Eurozone Motors. They do great work and are honest and transparent, which can be a hard thing to find in auto repair! They are also very communicative about what they find in their inspection, what needs to be dealt with right away, and what can be safely put off for a little while if finances are an issue. I'll start at the beginning of my experience so you'll get the full story. We bought a 2010 Audi Q5 from a dealership in Oregon and thought we were getting a great deal. We moved to California and drove the car quite often (putting roughly 10k miles on it in a few months). Low and behold about two months after buying it we smelled gas while driving. We decided to take it to our local Audi dealership in Van Nuys. Upon inspection of the vehicle they were quoting us over $18,000 to fix the car. They wanted to pull the engine and completely reseal it among other things. We didn't even pay $18k for the vehicle so we decided to look for a different repair shop that had good reviews. We found Eurozone Motors and saw they had great reviews for being an honest shop and took our vehicle there. They diagnosed the issues with the vehicle as it had multiple oil engine leaks and overall needed about $5,300 in repairs (the cost of the repairs were in line with what I searched for online). We authorized the repairs and after only a few days had our vehicle back to us running flawlessly! This was in December 2021. A few months later (present day) we noticed oil leaking from our vehicle and called Eurozone again. He told us to bring the car in, and that if the repairs were some of the same repairs that were previously completed in December that they would be covered by warranty. After a diagnostic it was found that one of the same parts needed to be replaced that was already replaced in December so everything was covered by warranty! We had the car back in under two days and the car once again runs flawlessly. I'm not sure why one of the parts they replaced broke again (it could have been multiple 13 hour drives or other driving habits), but the important thing is that Eurozone was honest and owned up to their warranty procedures and it didn't cost us money to fix it. I am very happy with the experience we had at Eurozone Motors and will be taking my vehicle there for oil changes as well when the time comes.Service: Engine repair

This was my second time going to Eurozone first time was for a broken side mirror and the second time was for an oil change. Both times I had no issues with this place and I really appreciated how they consistently kept me updated with what was going on. The car was ready when it was supposed to be and the overall experience was much better than scheduling an appointment at the Audi dealership.Service: Oil change
