Been taking my 2007 Volkswagen GTI for maintenance here since 2020. But last year Vic the main mechanic ignored all my calls and wouldn't returned my call. Had an issue with the GTI and I had to towed it to him and he said he was in the process of getting the parts but never did. After a couple of weeks he calls and ask me to tow my GTI back because he doesn't have room in the garage in a Sunday when they are close. After all that he still hasn't responded. Vic just wants easy money and doesn't understand or care about your car and time.

Brought in my 2018 Audi A3 for the 20k maintenance and service. The cost of the service was only slightly cheaper then what my Audi dealership would've charged but I was already out of warranty so I took it to Euroworx.One gripe I have and luckily I checked is they over filled my oil by half a liter. I do my own own oil change every 5k miles and I would buy 6 bottles. On my 6th bottle I would always have half a bottle left over and I think they poured the entire 6th bottle and didn't re-check the dipstick to see the oil level. You would think they know that my engine 5.7 liter and not 6 since they've worked on a lot of MQB cars. It's a good thing I have an oil extractor and pumped out the excess and got the level down to the max fill line of the dipstick.Their service was ok and the mechanic was friendly. I gave them a 2 star. I would've gave them a 4 star but over filling my oil is a no no.For those bringing your VW GTI, Audi A3/S3, ea888 engine or any car for service to euroworx, know how many liters of oil your car takes. Tell them not to over fill your oil and check your dipstick at the shop after your service.I'll post a photo of the excess oil I extracted besides the bottle of left over liquimoly oil I have from when I did my own oil change before.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tire rotations, Oil change

An amazing experience! Brought my 1984 Audi GT Coupe to get all smog repair and mechanical work done and Vic and Thomas did an amazing job. They took their time to find all parts and make my Coupe run again. Now we can reach Stunt Rd Calabasas together . If you need repairs for you VW, Audi or Porsche bring them here! 10/10 rating !

Been going to Eurowurx for as many years as I've had my GTI and always been getting best repairs and knowledge for my car. Vic is super reliable and honest about repairs and helped me get my car fixed for a good price. Highly recommend bringing your car here for good quality car service

I received a referral from a reputable mechanic to see Vic at Eurowurx as he specialized in repairing Volkswagens. I was truly glad that I took the referral and I can safely say that I probably won't be heading back to any Volkswagen dealership for any service.Upon my first visit, he did something no other Volkswagen service person has ever done and that was a detailed consultation on what he recommended should be done to my car. This was all based on the issues that I had. When all was said and done, my car was left at his shop and the rest was history. He had my car for a little over 24hrs and before I knew it, the job was done or should I say.. "Done Right"!He also followed up by filling me in on some additional details via phone call keeping me informed on other minor details which I needed to address in the weeks ahead. Quite simply aspects of preventative maintenance which means there would be no need for me to return to his shop in less than a month because of a bad repair job. We need more shop managers out there like Vic. For now,... I'll simply say forget about going to the VW dealership near you and see Vic at Eurowurx Inc. Great job guys!!!

I have been an Audi owner for over 30 years and have never been satisfied with the service options available to me, whether that be a dealer or other shop. Someone I trust recently recommended Vic at Eurowurx to me and I initially hesitated because the shop is about 30 miles from my home but I decided to give it a try. I'm so happy that I did, I have now had both of my Audi's serviced at Eurowurx and they are the rare combination of knowledge, experience, fair pricing, and integrity. Vic is awesome to deal with and puts the customer first, relying on repeat business and word of mouth to grow his business. I rarely do reviews but felt strongly that I needed to put this out there so that others can benefit from Vic and Eurowurx.Service: Engine repair

About a year ago I was looking to have an APR Stage 1 tune installed on my MK6 GTI and after calling a bunch of different places, I talked to Vic at Eurowurx where I found his prices and timeline were fair (if not equivalent, then cheaper) when compared across options; but what made the decision, was Vic's passion and extensive knowledge. At the time, we put in the tune, an air intake, and upgraded my coils which resulted in phenomenal performance improvements and had me smiling the whole way home with every gear change. Since then, I've gone to see Vic for all of my car needs as he brings that same passion for taking care of his customers and their vehicles to every service so I know I'm in good hands.Additionally, due to his years in the industry and past experience working at a dealership, Vic has a whole network of connections that he readily shares with his customers if that's what's best for them. An example of this, was when I needed to replace some parts that were still under warranty. Rather than doing the repairs himself (and charging me parts/labor), Vic gave me the name and number of a recommended mechanic at a local dealership and told me to have the work done there so that I wouldn't have to pay for any of the work out of pocket. Vic is honest. A trait that can be hard to find, especially when you don't have a ton of knowledge about cars or their mechanics. Honest to the point that when I asked about certain modifications for my engine, he told me I was going to damage the car and refused to do the work if I went through with it (I didn't).TLDR; if you want to find a mechanic who is going to be honest with you, treat your car like it's his own, and has a wealth of knowledge, the only choice is to go see Vic at EurowurxServices: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Oil change

This place is really the best. I'm very critical of doing business with people, especially when it's stuff I don't understand myself. My situation was I bought a new(used) car and had read good things about this place and was going to take it in on Monday. Car stalled on Sunday, ended up having to go to the dealer and get ripped off. When I was finally able to take it in and get an inspection done, it was awesome service. They were busy so I set up an appointment for the next business day. Took an hour or too for the "results", the people are real knowledgeable but real human at the same time, they're here to fix cars because they love to. I was never lied to, manipulated, or even given a dumb or unnecessary suggestion. Needless to say my car runs awesome. Getting some real mods done on it with these guys right now, and I expect it's going to be great.This is not some super cheap $10 mechanic, but I've never been overcharged for anything either, and all prices are on point. Vic the owner is great, the mechanics all work to standard too, so I'm never worried about getting a bad job. You just have to be a little patient here, they can have alot going on sometimes, but it's all for the better product.Come here first, I live 40 miles away, but in my mind it's the only place in town.Again if you're looking for a new mechanic, or don't know even what to look for like I did, this is a great place.

I had taken my Volkswagen to get tuned with Vic. Everything went smoothly and he offered a very reasonable price as well. When I got the car it was running flawlessly for 3 days until I was on the freeway and the transmission failed. I towed it back to eurowurx and once Vic recognized the issue he had it towed to Volkswagen. At the end of the day he saved me from a $6,000 dollar transmission repair. This man only does honest work, and goes beyond anybody's expectations. If you have a Volkswagen, Audi, or even a bmw take it to Vic at eurowurx. You will not be disappointed.Service: Transmission

This man took my car for a week, told me not to bother him and when he did call me, he kept having to "call me back in 5" then proceeded to not get back to me again. Then, he didn't tell me what he checked or how he diagnosed my car and said he just knew from hearing it, and then said he'd call me back with info once I got the car towed back home to get the issue resolved. Sure enough, he went MIA and I gave up. No respect for someone else's time but he's sure stressed about his. Shame

By far the best experience I ve had at a mechanic shop. I needed some performance mods done to my VW so I looked around and found this place and gave them a try. I dealt with the owner Vic who s is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his work and explained everything in detail to me . Got my car back as promised and on time. This is actually the third or fourth time I visit this shop but they exceed my expectations every time. Just wanted to give the whole eurowurx team a shout-out and keep up the good work.

Vic is a car Doctor! He is amazing at what he does. If you ve ever needed someone who is highly knowledgeable, highly experienced, as honest as can be, and stands by quality work then Vic is your guy! There isn t enough good things I can say about him. For the best running vehicle you hope to have, take your car to Eurowurks and it ll happen.

Used to be 5 stars but have been trying to buy parts for a big break kit I bought off the owner for months just to be ghosted over and over rotors were sold to m grooved and squeaking

Vic seems to care more about making a buck than doing right by his customers. He said it was the plan to jack up the car, take a look, and call me before doing any work. He went ahead and did the work without calling me and I was on the hook for about $1k. When my car started having issues shortly there after Vic suddenly was always busy and unable to return my calls. I was told many times he was with a customer and would get back to me. Never happened. I ve now spent an additional $3k repairing parts in the car related to the work Vic did. My car has under 35k miles on it and had zero problems before I took it to Eurowurx.

Go see Vic for your VW/Audi. Had my Mk6 done by his shop, a Stage 1 tune with some other goodies. He has a busy shop but does his best to make time for you. I believe his prices are cheaper than dealer. They offer performance upgrades but also service brakes and oil. They are in Burbank. If you have problems scheduling a drop off during business hours because of work you can park your car on Victory Blvd after hours and leave your spare key in his drop box. That's what I did. I left a detailed note in the car with my concerns for the car along with my contact info.

They were like not helpful at all, do yourself a favor and go on offer up and search for ur car. You ll find better deals just know what to look for.

Vic and his staff are the best. They truly car about your car and always have your best interest in mind. At Eurowurx you don't need to worry about getting ripped off - I fully trust them.They're specialized in German cars, especially VWs and Audis.I always take my GTI there for any sort of work - whether it's for general maintenance, transmission work, software upgrades or even simple oil changes.

These guys are great, and really know the cars they work on. I've taken many cars, and directed many friends to them over the years and I've always had honest and top notch service. They have even kept my 1991 16v purring like a kitten for the past decade. Thanks Eurowurx!

I can not stress enough how much BETTER they are compared to other performance shops, or dealerships. Vic & His team take care of their customers, and do an excellent job on all the vehicles and performance upgrades, I trust this shop with all my vehicles.

The mechanic that I talked to was very nice. Need to go back and speak with the owner. Overall a good 1st initial experience.
