This place is phenomenal. I walked in yesterday frustrated because I had a bad experience at another place mainly because of their customer service. Upon walking in here, I didn t know what to expect. Alexander greeted me with a warm smile and helped me right away. He was able to order the tires I wanted and honor the online offer. When I returned later in the day to have them put on the tires, I decided to just wait inside. I witnessed both Alexander and Jason give every single customer on the phone and in person excellent service with the friendliest of attitudes! I m recommending this location to everyone in LA!

I went there to repair my tire of a puncture and found out that the front tires were too worn out to be fixed so i decided to change the tires completely. Kudos to Alex who took the time to explain and provide recommendation on the best options for me. I didn't had any appointment and drop by. They were able to replace my tires and do the alignment to the 4 wheels and after 2h i got my car back. I truly recommend this place as the team is great and the price are very competitive vs Costco and way better than the Tesla Service Center. Legit and serious place and once again, big up to Alex for his assistance! Will come back there definitively for my tires rotations and alignments moving forward.

I pulled in to these guys's shop with no brake pads and metal rubbing on my rotors. I had just bought the truck from another guy who claims that all the maintenance was done, but apparently wasn't. When driving from California to Alaska you got to have everything in tip top shape. I'm so grateful for this crew that stayed later to help me get everything changed out and for a decent price. Their customer service is, bar none, the best in California. Highly recommending supporting these guys and the team. Come here for everything you need with tire maintenance.

I am very disappointed in the quote I received Sun (3/18/24). I brought my car in and was told $1000 for front/back rotors/brakes. I just had front rotors/brakes installed before I moved from Chicago to CA in Sept 23. Even the technician told me they were new but they had to be replaced to prevent unevenness. I just took my car to another place and they quoted me $489 only the back needs to be done the front is fine. So was I quoted the $1000 because I am a woman and you thought I was stupid? I brought my car in because of the 4.6 star reviews and thought I could not go wrong. I m not going to mention the person s name that helped me on Sunday. But if he and the owner of this business is reading this you both should be ashamed!

I moved to CA from the east coast over 2 years ago and when it came to doing maintenance service on my car, I didn t know who to go to. One day I was driving to the Walmart in Burbank, past by discount tires, looked at their website and figured I d give them a try. So far I ve been to them for an oil change, new tires and a front alignment and every time I went, they ve always been good to me and the repairs I feel are done very well. Every time I drove my car out of the shop, everything with my car seemed good! And the manager Sarkis is a really great and nice guy! At the time I m writing this review, I just brought my car in a week ago to get new brakes and after the repair job my car seems to be running just fine! Everything is good. Plus I liked how Sarkis brought me into the garage to show me his recommendations of what work needed to be done. I fully trust the staff at discount tires and they ve been doing a good job! I know to bring all my major car repairs and maintenance work to them! I d recommend them!

Update 11/28/22Discount Tire helped me again. I needed a tire rotation and a alignment. I called and Sarkis fit me in. They have excellent customer service and will go the extra bit to help their customers.I did not have an appointment and they fit me in. I took my foldable bike to pick up my car. I had 15 min. to pick up my car and did not have a ride.Great prices and excellent customer service!Update 1/10/22Discount tires saved my day. I had a job cancel and wanted to take advantage of the time. I called and Tony was able to fit me in for an alignment and a tire rotation.I dropped the car off and Tony called me when it was done. Big Thank you to Tony and Discount tires.Updated: 7/27/2021I had a great experience at Discount Tires in Burbank. I wish to send compliments to Tony and Jennifer for helping me out. I had a flat and needed to have my tires rotated and car aligned.I highly recommend there lifetime alignment warranty every 5,000 miles.I get full value from all tires.The road hazard warranty is excellent. I just used it today.I highly recommend Discount Tire in Burbank.Discount tires is highly recommended. I hit a curb the tire was not fixable but was able to get New tires to get going. They took me in without an appointment had me out of there quick. Great job discount tires thank you. PS all employees wear a mask and gloves. When Room was clean and disinfected.

Have brought two of my cars here already and very satisfied with the service. Price is what is stated online and they are not pushy on selling additional packages on top of your tire purchase. Highly recommend to always make your appointment online!

If you are a woman or not well informed about cars and tires RUN! I brought my car for a low tire, only to end up with a brand new tire and RELENTLESS SQUEAKING. Even though I explained I had no squeaking prior to them changing my tire, they were reluctant to let me bring my car back for them to look. I finally brought my car back but they were rude and showed their annoyance. After finally looking at my car they claimed the squeaking can from the underside being rusted and how it was irresponsible of the owner to not spray underside car with some form of protection ? I ended up bringing my car to another shop. Needless to say there was an issue with the brakes on the side the tire was replaced. Something they did not find the first or second time I brought my car in.

Awesome serviceI went a few days ago for an alignment and there was a longer wait time so they scheduled me for Saturday morning and when I got there the rep remembered me and took care of me based on appts which is hard to do based on the work they haveThey Got me in and out as expected regardless of how busy it gotPersonable and professionalWill definitely be coming back

I had an emergency with one of my tires catching a nail near the sidewall. Discount Tire was able to fit me in the same day and get me safely on the road and back home. Great service and friendly staff.

i went there to get new tires , the had an offer buy two & get two for free which was great, but only on selecf brands.i also got insurance for the tires that i bought which cover flat tires

I got 4 MOMO Top Run 300 Rs Tires done for about $490 with alignment and tire insurance.They changed$95 for an alignment,$122.80 for installation,$18.96 tire waste fee,$63.36 for the tire insurance(was added on without my knowledge) and$181.08 for 4 tires (buy 2 get 2 deal)Would of been a 4-5 star review if I was told or asked to add the tire Insurance and they did try to dodge my questions of the price breakdown. That was pretty sketch.*****If you go here ask to look at the breakdown before you pay for something you didn't want.*****

They were no help. Scheduled an appointment and when I arrive they tell me I have scratches on my rims... ya my car is 15 years old not gonna have perfect rims. They take pics so they arent liable, not that serious but okay whatevs. Then they tell me they don't have the right socket to match my rim because its aftermarket. Okay... so where can I get one? No help, no referrals, nothing. You would think a business dedicated to one thing - fixing and changing tires, would have tools for all types of wheels but I guess the mechanics here have to buy their own tools. Probably because the business doesnt generate enough revenue to pay their workers a livable wage. Maybe that's why they were so unhelpful. But anyway, decided to just go to American tire instead and they hooked me up quickly with some nice BFGoodrich tires.

I m in LA visiting my daughter and she says Dad I need a oil change, and there s also a rattling noise under the car, the brakes feel bad, the motor seems like it s slipping . Holy cannoli!Thank God for Sarkis, one of the managers, he was truly an honest angel who walked me thru the process to making my daughters commute a much safer one! Came in to the shop with a leak in one of my tires due to a nail, and they patched it up free of charge! Alex and Angelo were great! Very nice and easy to talk to. Thanks for all the help!

I stopped in to find a new place to start servicing my car and I asked if they could also check a low air pressure tire I had on my vehicle. they quickly let me know that there was a screw and they helped me out so fast !!! Very informative and helpful. Prices don t seem to bad either which is another plus!! highly recommend

These guys are fantastic! I've always had very positive experiences here. The tires are reasonably priced and good quality. I'm forever grateful I purchased hazard protection for my tires because it has saved me many times over. People who work here are also so friendly. 10/10

Made an appointment online for 4 new tires and alignment and I was definitely happy with the price. Very reasonable and cheaper than other tire shops in the area. Staff was very nice and my car was only there for an hour and a half! Highly recommend.

Went for a flat tire and it was just a loose tire valve! Never had that happen before. Anyway they didn't charge me for it. Two hour wait,but they told me that beforehand. Very nice guys working there. I watched how they handled people, very quick and competent.

These guys were great. They inspected both the outside and inside of the tire and applied the correct procedure to fix it. When I went to pay both registers were tied up so they asked me to wait a few minutes. No prob so I just poked around the show room and I was asked to get the mileage number. As we walked to the car he changed his mind and told me I didn't need to wait any longer and to have a good day. I was so impressed that I went out and got enough empanadas to feed the entire crew. Awesome customer service.

I showed up by "accident" and I couldn't be happier! Not only were they able to schedule my long over due maintenance on my car, but they finished ahead of time! The service was great! Let's face it a woman showing up at the wrong place can be an easy target! But that was not the case! I felt good about leaving my car in their hands and highly recommend them. The price was also very good, unfortunately they don't take tips which I believe they earn them! Absolutely genuine customer service

Fantastic service! I replaced my tires here last year and brought one back because recently someone put a screw in my tire I guess I parked on the wrong side of the street. Anyway they fixed it with no charge to me. I just moved and that was great timing. I will be coming here for years to come!
