Absolutely stellar experience with DC Autocraft in Burbank! From the moment I dropped off my car, their communication was top-notch. They kept me updated throughout the entire repair process, explaining everything in clear, concise terms and never leaving me guessing.But the real star of the show was their bodywork. Precision doesn't even begin to describe it. My car looks brand new again, not a single trace of the damages that were fairly prominent.And to top it all off, they had my car finished 8 days earlier than their initial estimate! Talk about exceeding expectations! If you're looking for a collision repair shop that prioritizes communication, precision, and efficiency, DC Autocraft is the clear winner. Five stars all the way!

Excellent experience! Not only they do communicate with you regarding each step that will be taken, consult you on what are the options, help however they can but also my Tesla was done 2 weeks earlier than expected! So so happy I came here and will definitely recommend to my friends a family! Thank you guys for such a prompt work! P.S. My car was returned to me very clean and smelled amazing!

Really fantastic service.. they had fixed my car quite a few years ago, and now its been peeling in one spot. It shouldnt do this, and even though outside the 5 yrs stated, they are taking care of it. Theyve gone beyond the usual. Total confidence with this shop.

Took in my Model 3 for repairs and DC autocraft got my car finished within a week!!! Highly recommend them with their quality work! Even got a full detail before I got my car back! Without a doubt, DC Autograft is one of the best auto body shops I've had the pleasure of going to! I attached before and after photos!

This place don't know what they are talking about. The receptionist says one thing and asks to speak to a manager, and he says another contradicting to the front girl. The front girl even laughed at me before she put me on hold, which was very disappointing. They expect me to leave my car there while I wait for insurance approval, which is ridiculous and unnecessary. Other shops don't do that based on my previous experiences. Clean up your act and don't talk to customers like there is only one way to do business. They don't accommodate to their customers. You welcome for writing this review.

I was in the Burbank area, in need of an urgent repair to a Tesla. I found DC Autocraft online, read their good reviews, so I called them. Adi took my call and was so sweet and helpful. She told me that they were very busy, and they might not have time to do my urgent repair, but she promised to check for me. I accidentally hung up on them to take another call. Within a few minutes, Adi called back. She had already spoken to her boss about my issue, and he referred me with an alternate shop that could help me with what I needed. Adi had even contacted the shop beforehand to check if they would be able to help me , and she provided me with their information by text. The fact that this company took out the time to help me, a total stranger, even though they weren t going to get anything from it, is something I greatly appreciate. I can tell they are honest and care about their customers and people in general. Keep up the excellent customer service!!!

I had a completely positive experience with this business. I keep my BMW in tip-top shape so when I spotted a ding in the front spoiler, which joined various other minor scratches and rashes that collected there over the last five years, partly because the car is lower than stock, I went looking for a top-class body shop. That's what DC is. Starting with Stephen Fi trovi , the staff were utterly professional. The bumper assembly was removed, imperfections repaired or buffed out, then it was painted, reattached and the car was ready in a week. This might seem like a fairly long time but I'd rather be without the car for a few more days than anticipated if the work is flawless, and it was. They are probably not the cheapest but if you want good work done on a high-end car, look no further.Service: Body & Trim

This place is wonderful! The team is professional, kind and extremely helpful (and they smile!) They got my car repaired in no time where other places where telling me to not expect my car for several months. I was very impressed and will definitely go back there when needed!!

Nightmare Bodyshop - I uploaded an image of the work that they were supposed to complete as a part of blending in the doors to the fenders. Also they put my car back together after a $9000 repair for a front bumper repair my window now work in reverse and my side mirrors do not work. Miral the GM stated they are not taking responsibility for this after trying and failing to fix the mistake they made. This bodyshop is unprofessional and does shotty work.... I see that there is serious orange peel on my front fender as well. I will be calling my attorney! They also invoiced me for more work that was not completed Including a new emblem on the back of my vehicle.

I've had two no fault accidents and they serviced the car both times. I have an ongoing problem that they can't seem to fix as I've been there 4 times now. There is a whislting on my driver door when driving faster than 20mph. Sometimes it's there and sometimes, if the angle of the wind is right, it's not there. Otherwise the service is great, the people are nice and friendly. They just can't seem to fix this problem.Service: Body & Trim

I went to get an estimate from DC Autocraft back in June. Was told to expect an email with the details later that day. Got an estimate email in over a a week, with mistakes. Emailed to ask questions, called to ask questions, no callback. No email reply. Victor, the person who I met with to do the estimate quite literally never returns calls.Apparently this shop doesn t like money or doesn t want to help their customers. It s unacceptable to have this poor of a level of communication in 2022.

The team at DC Autocraft were incredible and I couldn't be happier with their service. From Miro who went above and beyond to make sure my requests were met to the administrative staff who checked in with me weekly to make sure I was up to date with everything that was being done to my car. I let them know when I needed the vehicle back and they went out of their way to get my car completed a week earlier than scheduled. Aside from Miro, big thank you to Victor who greeted me when I dropped off my car and was also the person to deliver my car when I came to pick it up. Also big thanks to the administrative team of Teresa, Diana, and Isabelle, who kept me up to date with weekly emails. My BMW Wagon felt out of place with all the Lamborghinis, Porsches, and Teslas that appear to be the norm for this shop but they treated me with the same respect and service as the above owners and I couldn't be more pleased. Excellent customer service - very quick to respond and overall extremely accommodating of my schedule and timeline. They fixed my Tesla Model S perfectly and delivered on time - which is rare for a body shop. Highly recommended by a friend for high-end cars and they did not disappoint.

Our Tesla Midel X was rear ended at a parking lot some weeks back and we ended up at this facility as they are Tesla approved. We considered having Tesla work on the car directly but given that we've had some hit and miss experiences with the Burbank location, and had a great and informative first meeting at DC with our rep Jonathan Figueroa, we felt more comfortable leaving the car here instead. Jonathan took the time to explain the entire process to my husband, which was much appreciated. He was always pleasant and helpful.The process was as painless as one can only hope for, and as soon as insurance gave the OK, we got the call to bring the car in. Two weeks later (ahead of schedule), we got our baby back and guess what? She looks better now than when we first got her directly from Tesla! The repair work was impreccable. The car was also spotlessly clean and looks brand new!The front office, at every step in the process, called to give updates, and to inform us where we are in the process, the arrival of parts from Tesla, etc. When it was time to pick up the car, the shop manager, Miro Bilaver took the time to go over the work done, asked if we had questions, and was sure to let us know that should any questions or issues arise, to call the shop.Job well done, gentlemen! If I could give you 10 stars, I would. I can only wish every facility took customer service as seriously as these folks.

I was rear ended on my 2018 Volvo XC-90 and this shop was referred to me by my dealership. I am anticipating on getting my car in a few weeks so I wanted to post this review on the SUPERIOR customer service they ve given me through this process. They have called me consistently with updates, are extremely courteous, polite and professional on the phone, and I hope that more business comes their way as great karma they deserve!!!

DC Autocraft is as good as it gets when it comes to quality car body repair and service. �They took care of my Tesla 3 that had been swiped very badly whiled parked and restored it to factory conditions in a very fast manner. �The paint matched up perfectly and the lines on the body are pristine. I am completely satisfied with the work and service I received here at DC Autocraft and would definitely recommend them to ppl I know.

My Rusnak service manager recommended using DC Autocraft and because of that recommendation I allowed them to repair my car. My car had minor scratches. The original estimate was $4k and was to take 2.5 weeks. 5 weeks later I am waiting in their office for my car. The total is over $10k billed to my insurance, know wonder insurance rates are going up. The customer service is poor, all they know how to say is I m sorry. Please everyone you will be sorry if you take your car here for repairs.

Impressively Excellent!!!!!...RUSNAK AUDI Pasadena recommended DC Autocraft to get my rear spoiler replaced . They're so efficient and service is outstanding. When I got there to drop off my Audi. It was so quick . They even offered to call Enterprise for me so I can get picked up. In a matter of 20mins..I was heading to pick up my rental car.THERESA. ISABEL. JUSTIN and ADRIAN are consistently awesome.!!!Total of 6 business days ( from the time my Insurance approved the claim), I got a call from Justin telling me its ready for pick up.And Today, my AUDI is back..Looks so Brand new from the dealership.Smells like new. THEY detailed my car!!!Thanks for taking care of my Audi DC!!...I will surely send in recommendations to you guys!!! - loves, Chai

My BMW needed a full repaint after gravel damage. The paint was amazing. I don't think anyone would be able to distinguish from new! And it was ready early! They kept me informed and met all expectations

Do not go here. I've never been treated so awfully at any business, whether it's a body shop or not.I brought my Tesla here, as it is an approved Tesla shop, and not only did they estimate the car damage at two widly different prices (one under $10,000 and another over $10,000) depending on if it was the person who hit me's insurance or was my own insurance. When the person who hit me's insurance company felt they were not getting a correct estimate, they told DC Auto they would only pay the maximum liability (which is fair) and DC Auto asked me what to do. I told them I would pay the difference out of pocket, as long as they would put the bumper back on my car while we waited the 2 MONTHS (!) it was going to take for them to get a replacement bumper. We both thought this made the most sense for everyone - me having my car back and DC not storing the car for a long time - and I even agreed to pay the "pull out fee" associated with this.Not only did DC not put my car back together, but they left my car in pieces for three days after I was told and scheduled a time for it to be ready and picked up. When I continually asked for my car to be put back together, and was rightfully upset after three days of this same conversation and them ignoring my multiple requests, I realized DC Auto did not care about me, but instead cared more about another person's insurance company's directions. After coming to collect my car, which I have every right to do, DC Auto kicked me out of their office and told me they did not want my business. Again, my car was still not put together and I had to send someone at a later time to pick it up since I was told I was unwelcome at their business, again for being upset that they would not return my car to normal, a mutually agreed upon resolution that was helpful to everyone, and completely ignoring me.Overall, they lied about estimates, they lied about not having a manager on location (which was proven when he walked out of a back room to kick me out) and they did not listen to their customer, but instead ignored any of those requests and listened to a third party insurance company. I've never been treated with such disrespect - from top to bottom - and felt so ignored and lied to by a company.

I had the best experience with DC Autocraft. From start to finish, they handled everything with gray professionalism, but there also that personal touch. I'm very satisfied with their work and they are my go to guys. Would definitely recommend their services!

No responses. No callbacks. No, follow-ups. Called multiple times to see what is going on and I still haven't heard back from my advisor or the receptionist. Drove over an hour just so they can get me an estimate and I have been ignored since then. Also submitted pictures. Since they preferred an in-person look before giving me an estimate I drove all the way there but to no avail.

After DC Auto looked over the car, they told me exactly what it would cost, and when it would be ready. They charged that exact amount, and the car was ready a day early. Definitely my new auto repair shop of choice.

The people there are great especially the receptionist/appointment maker. But my experience I had to bring the car back 3x which is an incontinence but there service is great.

I can't say enough about the excellent quality of workmanship and service provided by D.C. Autocraft. The whole experience was beyond 5 stars. Truely a proffessional and courteous team that kept us abreast of the progress resulting in a positive experience. Highly recommend.
