Service advisor Hugo is courteous and helpful.Work was completed quickly. However, expensive. Furthermore, GM refuses to correct known issues (AC condenser welds). I called the GM of the dealership and never received a return call or email. After decades of owning GM vehicles. We will never purchase another.Mechanics have no pride in their work. Sloppy and unprofessional.

Very happy with the deal I got on my new Chevy Bolt. Elijah and the team at Community Chevrolet made me feel like a valued customer, gave me a fair deal, and provided excellent customer service. It was such a better experience than I had at Chevrolet Van nuys. I will definitely be telling you people to go to community Chevrolet in the future.

I really love the no pressure to buy approach at the Chevy dealer. Byron made me and my husband feel very comfortable looking at cars. He answered all our questions and explain the aspects of each car well. He was very knowledgeable about each car and told us the advantages of each model. I really enjoyed my experience with him and when I left the lot and looked at other cars at another location; I kept thinking about Chevy and everything Byron had to say. I realize that I would get a very good deal buying a car at the Chevy Dealer versus other places and Byron s knowledge and sales experience made me come back to purchase. I really enjoyed his personality, his sales approach & the no pressure to buy aspect of the experience which really made me come back to purchase. My husband and I are very pleased with our Chevy Bolt EV and we ve been telling everybody to come check out the Chevy dealer if they need a car. My sister-in-law actually came in to test drive the Chevy bolt EUV and she loved it so we will see if she actually purchases it. Thank you Chevy & Byron for an awesome experience and offering such great deals on cars.

I had very mixed feelings about my experience. Initially, I was so excited to finally be buying a Bolt. Byron Mendez was my point of contact. He was great from start to finish. It was the dealership and their failing to come through for me I found so disappointing. Most importantly, on the website, the Home Charging Installation On Us was not honored. Now I have to find a way to have this installed despite being on an extremely tight relocation budget. And my $500 off for military service and being a health care provider was also not honored. I think the home charging installation was the most vital and important. Why does their website offer that and then decide it s not possible? Bad business in my opinion. Maybe the dealership is tight on money. When I picked the car up, I have never seen so many employees at a dealership. Mostly just standing around and socializing. That must cost a lot of money. Growing up, my father owned a Saab, Subaru, Mazda, and Fiat dealership in Ohio. I became accustomed to their methods and philosophy of operating. The customer left satisfied and thrilled with their new car purchase. For me, I am left conflicted. Excited to have a new car which I love, but very disappointed the Home Charging Installation On Us and my my military and healthcare provider credit was rejected. Thank you for listening.

5/5 stars for our salesman Brian Hernandez. I saw a beautiful used 2018 Chevrolet Trax that we took out for a test drive and noticed small things such as alignment. He agreed and didn't try to talk his way out and actually got one of his service techs to fix it before purchasing the vehicle! He was super courteous and I felt more like I was talking to a knowledgeable friend rather than a stranger salesperson. Thank you Brian!

PLEASE READ BEFORE TAKING YOUR CAR IN FOR SERVICE. This was my second time dealing with Carlos and my second time feeling as if I was being duped and taken advantage of. If for some reason you HAVE to get service here, get an estimate PRINTED OUT beforehand because, on both occasions, I was informed of additional fees the moment I handed over my keys. And not just minimal fees, markedly higher fees!I am a frugal person by nature, so I remember a verbal estimate, especially if something is in the hundreds of dollars. I went in to get a new key and key fab as our spare set had been misplaced. I dealt with Carlos on all occasions, and he initially seems kind and helpful, but he is definitely deceptive and manipulative.Let me explain: when I asked how much a key and key fab would cost, he told me around $260. I was shocked and asked him why so much. Carlos told me that it was the cost of labor for programming the new key to match the vehicle and existing fab. Not my area of expertise, so I trusted he was telling me the truth. I had to make an appointment since they didn't have the parts in stock, which is what I came in for today. When dropping off my keys, and talking to Carlos yet again, he did some computer work and then announced that it was going to cost around $600. Visibly shocked, I reminded him of the estimate he had verbally provided just two days prior. He condescendingly said "No ma'am, I specifically told you that it was going to cost this much." His smug look stayed on his face the entire time everything he told me was now twice as much as he had originally promised. There were other service representatives there and all of them pretended to be busy with pursed smirks on their faces. No one came to my defense, no one came to my aid when things started to get heated. I had to get my boss' approval for these charges, and since it was higher than what was originally promised (he remembered the $260 range I had given him earlier, too!) he approved to just get a physical key. When I asked Carlos for just that item, he smugly said it would cost $260...again! He informed me that the key has a chip in it, so I should get both the key and the fab together because he'd charge me that $260 each and every time they had to program anything. At this point, my boss and I agreed I should leave. We come to a dealership because they have their expertise, and I felt like I was being demeaned for not knowing all of this information beforehand. Community Chevrolet was not upfront about all of the charges, and was incredibly condescending when informing me of all the costs that would incur. It's a deceptive practice, and from the looks of other reviews, this isn't the first time this has happened at this location and with the same sales reps.A sense of "community" is not what I received at "Community" Chevrolet; perhaps I seemed like an easy target, but I will not let my kindness be taken advantage of. We are taking our vehicles elsewhere, and hope this situation actually gets remedied and not just generically addressed via Google. Assert some real change, otherwise you will lose your customers trust and in turn lose business.2/14/2024 UPDATEI have reached out to the GM both by email and phone; as of today, I have NOT received a response, and there has been no resolution of my issue.

Once I drove up to the dealership I was immediately greeted by a representative. I was assigned to Jose and he kept me the loop the entire time my car was there for its maintenance. Service was speedy and reliable.

This is the absolute worst service department on the face of the earth. I originally purchased a car here and from the start I have had difficulties with this company. The service department workers are rude and inattentive to my needs as a customer. I was attempting to have my car towed to this location after having computer damage to my Bolt EV and I called the service department to verify whether or not my vehicle had made it there safely. The man I spoke with didn t ask my name or the car being towed there. He simply just said we don t have a body shop. Mind you my vehicle was being towed there for computer damage. I will NOT recommend anyone to shop here for a vehicle or get there car serviced by the unprofessional service department.

My service person was Carlos Valdez I had an issue with him previously I was trying to ask a question but he acted like he was doing me a favor and I spoke up and the very helpful manager Maurice had called me back and asked how he could make things better and apologized for Carlos some time had passed and I did not have to deal with him then just recently he was the only person that was available I tried to be cordial but to my surprise he was telling me that I needed 7 quarts of oil and told me they were charging $150 for the service and I told him to please let me know how many quarts were used but the one thing is he did not let me know till I asked now mind you This was going on in front of the cashier who I found to be the most gracious person he just looked back at me and said it was 7 quarts and that maybe all the dealers were just never charging me but this time they will. I don t ever want to deal with Carlos Valdez. I do not appreciate his way of dealing with customers if he doesn t know how to communicate I am not sure what is it like for people who don t speak up about this. He also did tell me I should not purchase the new corvette and that I should stay with mine because they have too many problems. We purchase cars and service from a dealer we don t expect to be made felt like they are doing us a favor I hope to understand why Carlos is that way with customers

Drove out 100 miles to the dealer because we agreed on a price. When I got there they were trying to give me a different price. Still ended up charging me $250 more than what we agreed. Ran a hard credit pull twice even though I had a blank check from my credit union (finance manager told me they didn t actually need to run my credit and I told them not too many times). Got home and reg never came, come to find out that they didn t smog the vehicle before selling it. Overall shady dealer

Unfortunately, the service advisors were extremely rude. There were three that day. Carlos Valdes, Vic Marsh, and I do not recall the third's name. When talking to my service advisor, I asked about the recycled air. I let him know that it was not filtering properly. He seemed to find it humorous, which made me feel belittled and intimidated. He mentioned that usually it stops filtering after a year. If he took the time to see the data of my car, he would have noticed that my Chevy Bolt has been bought over year ago. He did not document this concern, and it was not serviced. I mentioned that I would be waiting for the vehicle and did not respond to that comment either. I waited in the waiting for almost two hours, and decided to check my document, and the document mentioned that my car would be ready by 7p.m. I went to ask the desk, and Vic Marsh was on the phone, and ignored me until I said, "Excuse me." He was noticeably frustrated, and asked who was my advisor at which time, he had to abruptly stop talking to me to answer the phone call, understandably. The third advisor came in, and knew I was waiting to be helped, and he too ignored me until I asked for his help. He hesitantly, helped. He picked up the phone to call my advisor, and my car had been done. He unprofessionally let my service advisor why did he not print the report. When he hung up, he sent me directly to the cashier to pay. He clearly did not want to be bothered. It was not a great experience at all. I understand the advisors are very under pressured, but this is what they signed up for when applying for this position. It would be great to see better customer support. My visit was on December 18, 2023 at 8am. Hopefully, this will be looked into and addressed.

I have to say that a $4,340.84 repair bill for an engine with fewer than 17,000 miles on it is certainly out of the ordinary, and likely speaks to manufacturing issues, although I have no way of knowing for sure. I was preparing to make a driving trip across the country and was beyond surprised at this expense. It's certainly got me rethinking my (so far) lifelong commitment to General Motors products.

Do not buy a car from here, they are trying to scam people into buying cars with major mechanical issues, came to test drive a 2019 chevy equinox and the car went into limp mode and threw the check engine light 5 mins down the road. Car is still for sale and they are telling you it's in excellent condition. Don't waste your time, they lie and will try to rip you off. Avoid this dealership!!

My service was quick and easy. Vic was professional and treated me with respect, which I especially appreciated after coming from an experience at another shop where I my car issue was completely dismissed because of my gender. Repairs seemed fair in price and the issue was exactly what we anticipated: a faulty sensor. This will now be our go to shop for mechanical issues.

Easy sales process--fair price. Arby and Brian were super helpful and patient throughout the whole process. Brian even went the extra mile (pun intended) and let me test drive the truck to my house so my wife could check it out--that level of service def. sealed the deal for me! Was great to not feel pressured into anything! Jason in finance was also great to work with and made everything easy peasy! Well done gang!Highly recco Community Chevy--great local dealership with knowledgable staff.

A lady took my call and she was very rude and short with me so I've decided to go buy the Chevy Trailboss truck at another dealership. Bad customer service just ruined an $80,000 transaction for them. Sidenote: This is going to be my third Chevy Trail Boss. I usually buy it up in the Bay area but I've relocated to LA and was looking for a new dealership. I hope the manager sees this. I pressed option 3 to speak to someone in parts and I got her. She said her name was Christina but she hesitated when I asked so that could've been a made up name. She knew I was going to report her to management.

We were thrilled when the Bolt EUV we were waiting for became available at this dealership. We desperately needed another car to drive to our son's wedding in San Diego, and knew that it had to be a Bolt. We arrived ready to buy, and completed our purchase with no glitches. The only negative was the aftermarket Reviver digital license plate already installed and costing a lot, which really disliked. Although the dealer was not initially willing to remove it or even reduce the price, they eventually (and gracefully) agreed to give us some financial consideration. Thank you so much, Community Chevrolet!! We do love our new car!

I suddenly needed help with my C7 Corvette for a misfiring cylinder. I called Vic, Asst. Svc. Mgr., who helped me out the last time I brought my car in for regular maintenance and he allowed me to bring my car in immediately. I was concerned about the car and having it repaired in a very timely manner that would allow me to return to Las Vegas for work in under 48 hours, but Vic got my car repaired so fast I didn't have to miss a day at my job. I really appreciate that. I also was able to get an oil change and caught up on all of the other regular maintenance that the car needed too. My car is now driving great and I'm very pleased with the experience I had at Community Chevrolet. Vic Marsh was so helpful, kind, understanding, and respectful throughout this repair. Thank you again, Vic & Community Chevrolet, for helping me out!

It took 2 hours for a routine oil change (with an appt). Tech tried to tell me I needed over $1200 of additional service on a car that doesn't even have 30K miles on it, where according to the Chevrolet site the only scheduled service I needed was said oil change.
