John is HANDS DOWN thee most honest, efficient and excellent mechanic!! He NEVER overcharges..he does what he says he's gonna do..and his work is top notch!!! His staff are also polite and willing to help. If you're looking for a great and honest mechanic..go see John and his crew at BURBANK SMOG & AUTO!!! You won't be disappointed...I have been going there for over 20 years!!

John and the crew are the best mechanic team I've ever worked with. I have moved from North Hollywood to Northridge and I don't even mind making the drive here since they know my car so well. John doesn't oversell you on anything and is always very fair. Definitely recommend this place.

I love this place! They were very helpful saved me a bundle and I passed my smog test. The other place wanted 500.00, but Burbank smog & Auto center saved me! They will be my go to mechanic forever! There are none better!!

If you are looking for an honest mechanic...then look no further.This place will show you your old broken parts! They fix what needs to be fixed not adding on things to make more money! Ask for Jon...he is the owner. Been going to him for over 15 years!!

Jon is the most honest auto mechanic I have ever used, his prices are fair. and you can be sure that he is only replacing what needs to be replaced or repaired. I'm sure there are cheaper places around but as the saying goes. You get what you pay for.

I went there for years for quick, easy smog checks, when I towed my truck there for a battery problem, they mis-diagnosed an easy fix then wanted to charge $150 over the cost of a new batt to bolt it in-two screws!!!.NEVER going back after 15 years. Truly disappointing.

I had told John that I needed to get my car checked and explained to him 3 times what the issue was. I go to the shop and he tells me to come in an hour. He ends up doing an oil change and charging me 70 dollars for it. I asked if he had checked the issue that I came there for he realized that he had forgot about it and just told me it was a normal noise that the car makes. This is the first and only time I come here.

I ve been taking my cars to Burbank auto center for over 30 years John and his crew have lots of knowledge this is the only place I ever go too.Now my children bring their cars to John as well, Always a pleasure to do business with Burbank auto center highly recommended it s long over do for my review

I've been to a lot of mechanics over the years and Jon is by far the most honest. Keeps the parts to show you what went wrong and gives you options. Does great work.

I get my smog tests done from here. The service is quick and extremely professional. The guy answered all my questions. Very reasonable pricing. Overall very happy with the whole experience.
