I came here after my bumper partially fell off on the freeway and i had to call AAA for help. They recommended this place for service on my car. i assumed I needed a new bumper and was worried about the cost, but thankfully, after an assessment by a very helpful man, they noticed that most of the screws were just missing and that it was easy fix! There was still some damaged to my bumper but all I wanted was for it to NOT fall off again. They added screws free of charge to my surprise. I started my morning very stressed and anxious, and felt a thousand times better after having come here. They were honest and helpful and I really needed it that day. Thank you so much!

Raffi is on top of my concerns and he listens! He went above and beyond fixing my expensive ride! Good communication and top notch repairs! I ll be coming back to this shop! Took awhile but it s understood parts are hard to get! But we are very happy with the way he is straight forward about the process! Thanks for the extra things you did not have to do! Best shop in town

They did a great job overall, but they covered two small spots with whiteout which was pretty cheeseyafter all the good work they did,Somewhat disappointed.

Burbank Collision took care of us like we were family. They did beautiful work and the customer service is second to none. Our car was not only repaired, it was beautifully cleaned and looked just like it came off the showroom floor when we picked it up. Took my wife's car here after going to other shops multiple times to fix a couple of issues with the belts and the steering pulling to the right. They figured it out in 20 minutes and had it fixed that afternoon, no issues since.

Great communication. Work looks great. I've done body work as a hobby and their work looks great. Body shop has fantastic communication. Gave me text messages along the entire process. I would highly recommend. Finally prices were very reasonable!!!!

Super friendly, honest, fair, quick, and super reliable. I got in a car crash and my mechanic recommenended this shop as his shop does not do body work, and I have to say WOW WOW WOW. I am from Virginia and this place made me feel like I was amongst friends and still in a small town and that I was not just another dollar sign walking in the door. I will refer all my friends here from now on. You will not be disappointed ! Made the whole insurance process a breeze!

These guys are great! I brought my car in with some cosmetic bumper damage after a parking lot fender bender. They fixed it in 15 minutes and didn't accept a fee. This is a very professional and ethic operation.

I asked them to paint my motorcycle. We had some issues. To be fair I was told ahead of time they had not painted a motorcycle before. I went back many months later and made my issues clear. To my surprise they made it good with me. I did not even ask him to do so. He just did. This business has a good deal of integrity. Finding a business that is honest is rare and golden.

If I could give it a million stars, I would.Our Lexus SUV (used, old, worry not... we ain't rich :-) needed a new seat.Lexus dealer quoted us around $5500Burbank Collision Center suggested we look into buying a Lexus Seat from a junkyard. And the Collision Center would then install it.So instead of spending $5500, we spent UNDER $500!!!!And they even stayed late to take care of it.I. HAVE. NEVER. BEEN. HAPPIER. Ever. Including my wedding and the birth of my two children.
