As a young woman I felt safe and confident with my business here. The owner and staff here went out of their way to make sure I had a good experience with a totaled car. From start to finish they were honest and available. Couldn t recommend this business enough!

Fantastic service & quality work! My truck looked absolutely perfect - no way I could even tell there was a dent before. The staff was friendly, accommodating, & honest. I'm always nervous when someone has to blend the paint that they spray onto a new front quarter panel and blend it into the existing door paint but that's what they did, expertly despite it being metallic paint. Really nice family-run business.

Fantastic service & quality work! My truck looked absolutely perfect - no way I could even tell there was a dent before. The staff was friendly, accommodating, & honest. I felt like their prices were very reasonable - especially for the high quality workmanship I received. I will highly recommend them to anyone I know.

Jack his team are extraordinary! I took my new Mercedes-Benz there after rear end damage and the repair was on time, while Jack kept me in the loop about all interaction with the insurance company.They could see I am very particular with my cars and took the time to make sure everything was factory perfect.I would advise anyone seeking like-new repairs bringing their autos here.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Jack and his team were amazing. I had an issue with my auto insurance company and they were going to drop me from my policy due to my front bumper. Jack knew exactly what was needed and didn't try to get me to fix more than I needed to. His entire team was very professional. I scratched the front bumper of my Chevy Bolt on the wall in a carpark. I was planning on driving around to 3 or 4 body shops to get quotes for the repair and B&B was my first stop. They quoted me right away - the price was very reasonable and I felt so comfortable with their professionalism and politeness that I left my keys with them in the spot. They replaced and painted my bumper and my car was ready in 1 day. The workmanship is superb and my car looks as new.I never write reviews but felt that I had to let everyone know how fantastic this place is. I highly recommend them.

I was walking down the sidewalk and there was a guy walking in front of me who walked past B&B Auto Body the owner ran out of the shop screaming at the guy about why he's walking past his shop and started punching the guy he tried to call the police but the owner grabbed his phone and told him he will not allow him to call the police and the owner called his employees to jump the guy who was just walking down the sidewalk

It was a cone. Cones are supposed to be harmless, right? Nevertheless, a cone comes hurtling toward our car out of the distance. And KLONK, there it is. Fender crunched in, right-hand lights out, and here we are miles from home.Went to one place, but that guy was too busy. Told us to go to B&B.Best advice EVER!I initially started working with Christian, but then another fella jumped in (I missed his name because I am a bad customer!). Between the two of them, we worked it all out. I went for a walk, had a sandwich, and by the time I came back, they had popped that dent out, replaced the light, and buffed out the Cone Attack Marks.I visit Burbank often enough, so I'll definitely go there if I need to, but moreover, I encourage YOU to check them out.Super nice folks who "get it" as far as "well, what's this situation worth.""Eight flippers up!" says an Octopus Reviewer!Service: Body & Trim

Owner likes to assault people standing on the sidewalk. Wouldn't trust him outside of a mental institution, let alone touching my car.

Wow!! is all I can say, these guys were professional, very respectful, knowledgeable and most of all great workers, Jack took care of us from the moment we stepped foot and he did it fast!! I found my car guys!!

Got keyed on new years eve, these guys fixed it up like nothing ever happened, so beautiful. They gave me a great deal- the lowest of two quotes we got. Very happy with the work and they did it fast, too.

Owner gets aggressive if he doesn t like you. Really shady people. There are plenty of other options.
