This place has been such a safe haven for me over the years. As a woman, there are certain things I feel I was never privy to when it comes to car knowledge and the staff here is always respectful and goes the extra mile to teach me, help me and guide me. A big thank you to Kendall the manager for the extra care. I'll be back!

Jenny answered my call and was very knowledgeable and helpful. I needed further assistance so she transferred me to the Manager, Kendall which was also so helpful, thorough, and proficient. Lastly, Dan assisted me at the register, with my car key, and installed my new battery. Everyone had great helpful attitudes. It s no wonder this place is busy. They take care of their customers. Highly recommend.

The white dude with reddish brown hair working today (Sat April 13) he had a sassy little attitude with everyone and make little slick comments under his breath. All while giving people the wrong information. Bragged about being a mechanic for 10 years yeah ok dude

I have lived in Burbank for over 20 years, and this store in particular has had some of the greatest employees who really care about their customers. I m gonna give you an example from yesterday, I went to AutoZone because my 1999 F150, which is my workhorse, showed a Service engine light. As soon as I walk through the store, an employee by the name of Dan H. Immediately went outside with me and checked the code using one of his OBD scanners. Dan gave me a couple of options, suggested I rule out any issues one by one involving a misfire of cylinder number five. I m no mechanic, but I have been good with my hands. Out of abundance of caution I went down the street to Pep Boys, who charged me $100 to do a diagnostic. After the diagnostic, Pep Boys called me back within a couple of hours and quoted me $1600 to do all kinds of unnecessary repairs. I went back to AutoZone and took Dan s suggestion by replacing only a spark plug, which was worth seven dollars. Lo and behold, my problem went away. Dan has been an awesome employee who really cared about my situation. Today I went into the store just to say thank you. I also called his manager to make sure he recognized him. Moral of the story is, if you re ever at this Burbank store, go see Dan. What a great guy. Thank you again.

Ran outta gas, car wouldn't start, luckily with the help of Miguel. I was able to get my car home. Great personality and heart of gold, Miguel is a big asset for the company. Keep up the awesome job.

They are amazing and so helpful. My battery died the other day, triple a did not have one for my prius, the dealer would be so expensive and I needed not only the. battery but it put in my car because I needed to work. They took a look at the car, made sure they could install it and my car is driving great. Plus they were kind enough to give me as many discounts as they could, think they thought I was stressed. They were so nice and made me feel at ease and so professional. Thank you guys.

This location has the nicest employees. We came in and there were three employees that were so helpful. They helped choose the right windshield wipers for my son s girlfriend s car. And they installed them. Wonderful had a five star experience at this location very personable people. I will be back I own two high profile vehicles and I m definitely coming back to this location. It is so wonderful when you can walk into a store and people say hello. And then they came around the counter and helped us pick out the right ones out of hundreds. we need more people like these to do good deed work of putting windshield wipers on because they re sometimes a little complicated like my son s girlfriends were again I highly recommend this place and I will be back tomorrow because I need some parts for my 90 suburban and my 2003 Ford F250 Triton V 10.great place

I went to this auto zone in Burbank this is my second time going there personal are very nice , but , and this time person name Miguel. Came and help me which I got amazed, even I thought it s impossible , he patiently and so kindly , solved my problem and even fix in the system so I won t have problems in future , thanks Miguel .

These employees here are cheating the customer I went there to buy a new battery and they sold me a used one and coupled weeks battery was I dead went see a mechanic and he said the alternator was working good he said that the battery was the problem so I went back to this Autozone location I asked them to give me a new one and they refused to give me a replacement so they recharged it and and battery was dead again I am planning to go and asked por a replacement again if they don t do that I am really thinking to file a complaint against them.

If you want quality service visit this auto zone. You will not regret it. My car battery died while I was running errands. I managed to get it started and ran to Auto Zone to get the battery checked. Noe assisted me and he was THE MOST WONDERFUL assistance! He checked my battery warranty then he taught me how to switch out my battery so that I could do it in the future. Now my car is up and working and it didn t cost me a dime (my battery was under warranty). Best service ever.

My boyfriend and I got a flat tire and all we had was a spare. No tools and we didn t have the specific key for the rims. We drove the car with a flat tire to this auto zone and hoped to find what we needed. At first one of the employees wasn t too sure on what we were asking for so he sent us to the North Hollywood location to find what we needed there. We left the car parked in front of the auto zone but unfortunately the North Hollywood location sent us back to Burbank empty handed since they weren t too sure either. As we re looking at the car wondering what our next move was Damian comes out and asked what s wrong with the car , he looked at our horrible tire and said I got this . This man was a life saver. He came out with exactly what we needed and took out our tire out in two seconds and put in our spare for us. We can t thank him enough for his incredible help along with all the other employees that were working today around 6-7pm. He managed to help us get home and just gave us huge relief. We also ended up purchasing what we needed just in case of a future emergency. Once again we wanted to give a huge thanks to Damian for helping us and his incredible work. We will definitely be coming to this specific auto zone for any future needs since everyone was super nice and willing to go the extra mile to help. Definitely would recommend asking Damian for any help if he s on the clock. He is ready to jump on board to help along with the rest of the employees. They all took their time to come out and see if we needed help or give us recommendations.

Just went in the store and asked to be attended for the ignition coil for my 2004 Lincoln car, the cashier was rude and interrupted me when I was asking. He then proceeded to check and rudely tell me that there is none and no such thing existed. That the thing I was looking for isn t an actual thing and proceeded to flip the computer to show me it wasn t in their system. Obviously after that I promptly left and I went somewhere else and they did carry the item I was looking for. Very disappointed on how I was attended.

Dec 20th 2023 at 1015a. Guy at counter dressed in all black, chains and earrings and baseball cap seemed to be very upset and irritated that he was working. Couldn't be bothered with simple q and a regarding a vehicle part. Rude and uncomfortable. Just kept repeating the price and then pretended he answered my question. Sorry you're having a bad day, don't take it out on local customers who will go elsewhere because of your attitude.

We were traveling for work and had an unexpected issue with our battery during one of our stops. We came here on a recommendation from a friend and the team at this location was very friendly and even went above and beyond- first testing the battery and even charging it on site. After some deliberation we ended up deciding to purchase a new one and Mr. Carlos the amazing technician even helped install the new battery for us. Mr. Ryan was great on the phone and Mr. Carlos was phenomenal in helping us with our battery and helpful advice. Highly recommend this location and another customer I spoke with while on site mentioned she doesn t go anywhere else. Five stars and more if I could for Mr. Carlos especially!

I had my oil changed at Jiffy Lube a few days ago. They found a few parts that needed replacement. I knew they were overpriced and instead decided to later stop by AutoZone. So glad I did - Miguel Ibarra was great, helped me find what I needed and then went outside to my car and assisted with installation. Saved about $20. Miguel was super friendly and very knowledgeable!

Bad service from one of the employee.I called 2 time to the same person for a price and to see if they have the part at that location.When I called him for a second time he told me that he is still busy, and that he is going to call me back.So I been waiting for an all day, and is already after 6pmMy first call was around 11:00 am. 07/29/2023

The customer service here is 5 star. I needed assistance changing out my battery but didn't have the tools or knowledge on how to do it because of all the computer connections it had. There's no way I would've been able to do it on my own. Thank you again for all your help.

Miguel is such a genuine person! He was willing to help me with my tire 15 minutes to close, in the rain. He even offered me a ride home, if I needed it! I'm 9 months pregnant, so I greatly appreciate his kindness. (My stepdad ended up coming to help me.)You've got a wonderful employee in Miguel. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves!

A very nice man name Damian went above and beyond to help me with my issue - he did extra tests and made sure all of my issues were laid out in front of me so I could make the best decision. Made my day infinitely less stressful! Get this man a promotion!!

So I researched a part on Autozone it clearly said 1 available. When I asked the African American with a NY hat he was rude after he said we don't have on stock. I said just check if it just sold or maybe in the back . He want to talk to me down saying already told you 5 times. Again I said please just check in the system just to make sure Google is incorrect. Never had ever been talk down by a youngster like that Especially when I'm 40 years old. Kid don't deserve this job Specially, when you look high on weed. I'm a burbank local and been shopping here for over 20 years will never step foot here again I'm very uncomfortable around this kid.
