All City Collision Center exceeded expectations with their exceptional service. It's unfortunate that I need their service twice due to accident. But they handled my vehicle with care and provided regular updates on the repair progress. The final result was impeccable--my car looked as good as new. The staff was courteous specially the front desk and professional. I Highly recommend their skilled team for top-notch collision repairs.

Eric and his team were amazing!!! They did a great job not only on the repair but with their level of customer service. Eric was very communicative during the entire repair and made me feel really comfortable with everything going on. This is the best experience I've ever had with a repair shop. I got two of my damaged driver side doors replaced here and the repair was IMPECCABLE! Paint was blended flawlessly it overall was a superb job. I will be coming here for almost all of my cosmetic Tesla service needs.Service: Body & Trim

I found this place on the Tesla website. They were top rated in my area. I came here with a small damage to my Model X. Steve met me and gave me a quote right away. I was shocked at how low the price was. It is very rare to find businesses that don't try to ripp you off. They fixed the damage in no time. Great and honest people. I will be recommending them to everyone. Great job guys, thank you very much.

After a long, annoying process at another place, All City was a breath of fresh air. I needed repairs quickly since I was leaving town and all other places could not guarantee me that, due to a back order of Tesla parts. This was not the case at All City. They took my car immediately and reassured me I would get my car back in a timely manner. They delivered on that promise. They were also very friendly. The car was returned quickly in perfect condition and sparkling clean inside and out. Communication with me and my insurance was efficient. Highly recommend to anyone. Thanks so much!

These guys are amazing! Their work is world class, seriously can't say how happy I am with the body work they did on my bumper. It looks brand new. I needed a couple of paint touch-ups from door dents and scratches. Upon walking in without any appointments, Eric greeted me with the most welcoming smile and attention. I was offered immediate help and 15min later, it was done. When I asked how much, Eric gave me a big smile and told me it's all good and it was his family business.What more nice things can I say when services are professional and family. It made my day and I am compelled to share this love and good deed.Highly recommended, especially from an owner who cares and willing to help people with car problems. All my future Tesla needs will go here and will refer to anyone with car needs.Service: Painting

I came here because I was recommended. This place was excellent for their work paint wise and replacing everything. What gave them a 1 star is because they failed to tell me they never did my alignment! They charged my insurance for the alignment then when I called to ask them if they did one because I noticed it was still off they said oh ya we forgot! I had to take my car for an alignment on my own time because my car was (too low). Wish they would have told be that from before (which they said supposedly they did). How do you forget to tell a customer their alignment wasn t done! So dangerous especially since it just rained too! This was resolved but was a big hassle for me. I m so disappointed.Then the front desk receptionist (RED HEAD) is so rude! I came to pick up my check today from them and she just said here. No hello good afternoon. I told her they spelled my name wrong and she stated well that s what s your put on the email. I then proceeded to show her the email and she didn t even want to look and says ya ok.UPDATE: 01/03/2023 Didn t not get a call from owner

All City Collision Center continues to exceed my expectations, they are simply the best auto repair business I've ever worked with or heard of. When I had work done on my car a year and a half ago I was impressed with the quality of work and customer service. I received consistent updates on the progress and felt that I was treated very well by the entire staff. Last week I had an issue with my body molding, the Tesla service center told me they couldn't fix it and to take it back to my body shop.I made an appointment to stop by to show them what was going on and expected to make an appointment once they were able to obtain the parts. Instead they took my car in immediately and had the molding, clips and sensors replaced within 30 minutes. To top the experience off, All City did this FREE OF CHARGE. I'm still in a bit of disbelief, thank you All City Collision Center!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

After I damaged my Tesla Model 3 the Burbank Service Center referred me to All City. I could not be happier with their work and service. New front bumper matches the car perfectly, and fits better than when it came from the factory!Kaitlin, Eric, and Karo were amazing and have since helped me out with another vehicle I was looking at. Unexpectedly great service every time!

They have done a great job on my C300! Excellent craftsmanship! They completed the job as promised, and they went above and beyond.Karo is very responsive, polite, and professional in communicating the progress of the repair. Eric and his team went above and beyond to take care of me when I dropped my Tesla Model S off for service after someone hit it while it was parked.I have never had a better experience with any car shop in my life and I've been to my fair share. The front desk always knew me by name from my first encounter with them to my last. And the work they did was second to none. Eric is a true class act. He took care of my Mercedes and his customer service is excellent.I had a horrible experience with Calstar Motors in Glendale ... Best place for our new Model 3. They were polite, efficient and did a great job - in every possible way. If you are in Burbank look no further for body repair on your Tesla, Mercedes or Maserati car. Highly recommended!!! Thank you for being such a great team of people!

Avik and team were great. Despite the supply chain problems, they worked to get the car done as quickly as possible. Avik called on multiple occasions just to update me on status. They also made the pickup incredibly easy for me. I just had my car serviced by All City Collision and I was baffled by the exceptional service that I received from this establishment. If 10 Star was an option, I would give them 10/10. It s not everyday that you visit a Collission center aka Auto Bodyshop and you leave with such a positive impression that you cannot wait to tell your friends and family about it. They are certified Tesla and Mercedes shop and they really do own up to the exceptional mark that these manufacturers hold in our automative lives as they provide excellence in their luxury cars and experience.
