EXCELLENT!Bobby helped me find the right entertainment screen to add to my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Was very honest and figured out the best place for wiring. Moe did a great job installing, and also was great at problem solving. They are a great team, and I will be back for a few other additions for my Jeep! Oh.. and Bobby gave me a great price. I Couldn't be more satisfied.

They did a great job with my ceramic tint with one exception. The right rear passenger window showed a few spots with debris after it dried. I took it back to show them, and Ruben got me back in a couple days later to fix it.Solid job and overall service. If you need your windows tinted, make sure to reach out to Ruben.

I recommend going here. Everything went smooth. I spoke with rep. Rob he was super down to earth and willing to work with my conditions. Got some audio work done and the crew were super good vibes and willing to educate me on what s new etc how to maintain. Thanks again guys!Phil

What I said was 100% accurate There was absolutely nothing wrong with the wiring. one unused wire needed to be connected and the question was where does it go you wanted a $150 to charge me for instlation. All the work was already done for you it was a simple question. I went to another shop they helped me out in ten minutes and my stereo works great. That is called friendly service I tipped him $20 as well and he has a happy customer you will refer them. You can keep your $20 I will never be back And I know who not to refer people to.

Very poor customer service, I called them to schedule to get my dash cam installed on my new car and requested a quote then I came by for the appointment to get installed they raise the price by $50. He explained that it is more difficult for him to install it. After I got my car back the wires for the dash cam we're all showing install the dash cam right on the middle of the rear window. I told him that he needs to change the position so that the wires do not show in the rear of the car. He refused to do so. Unfortunately I had to get somebody else to fix this problem. I would not recommend this shop to anybody.

After scheduling an appointment the day before, came to Al & Ed's Autosound to have my amplifier rear-mounted. Total time? 20 to 25 minutes. Great customer service all the way around. Wasn't to happy with $40.00 charge; however warranty is good for as long as I own the car.I highly recommend Al & Ed's Autosound in Burbank.

The staff were truly knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to discuss all the available options for my vehicle. Their stereo unit prices were also quite competitive with various online retailers and installation fees were reasonable. Bobby and Mo went the extra mile to make me feel like a valued customer and it was a pleasure doing business with them. I highly recommend Al & Ed s Autosound!

I dropped in to get a custom system installed in my Jeep Wrangler. Ruben took the time to help me build out exactly what I needed and set up an install appointment the next week. Came back then and Bobby and his team did a stellar job on the install for a really great rate (considering it was a custom install). Thank you!

Been meaning to write this review just got really busy this month. Took my 2010 Dodge Ram into Al & Ed s earlier this month on a Tuesday. They booked me for 2 days later on Thursday morning to install two kicker amps. Very professional job and looks like it came from the factory that way. Also very fast work and the price is very fair. Before taking off they made sure I was happy with all the work and will guarantee the service they provided. For all my future car audio needs I will only be going to them

They did a great job in a timely manner. I had them install a bluetooth radio to replace my outdated Bose head unit in my 2001 jimmy and I also had them install an amp that I had for an old school kicker free air. Everything from the placement of the amp to the wiring came out really nice!!!!

Had a pioneer CD/DVD player installed & tint put in my front windows. Fast efficient and they do a Great job................ WARNING .....................*This is what I thought* This is the damage they did to my vehicle. A big gash in my gas tank & screwed up the tint on my driver's side window ( little cuts all over it) when I showed this too them and mentioned it, THEY tried to insinuate that I damaged it. Don't go here. They didn't even want to look at my before and after pictures of my gas tank damage and they also over charged me on hourly $$$$ WARNING DON'T GO HERE!!!!

I went to Al and Ed's Autosound with a few questions. Car alarm, window tinting and a new screen for my dashboard. The person who helped me was VERY informative. Answered all my questions professionally now I will be dropping my truck off for window tint and one of the latest dashboard screens for a great price!I highly recommend them!

Had a top of the line Alpine Subwoofer and Amp installed in my 2016 E350. Bobby answered all my questions confidently. He is the man to discuss auto sound systems. The gear and install are priced right. Mo performed an expert installation. I came back once for a few modifications which they were more than happy to oblige. A+ Pro shop. Thanks guys. Todd J.

You want professional ? You got it! In July 08, I went in on a Thursday at 12 , without calling, The guys were a bit busy and still put me in front. I had a Pioneer DVD player installed and the installation was a quick and problem free. It took about an hour and a half, which is FAR less time than I remember from other places.In December, I blew a fuse in my Radio, brought it back to Al and Eds in Burbank and they fixed it for FREE. Once again, they cared for me with speed and professionalism all the way.This past month, when my car was totaled, I needed the recipe for the DVD player so I could add that to the value. All I had to do was send an email, and corporate fax the receipt to my WORK, to my INSURANCE COMPANY, AND Sent it to my email.Will I ever go ANYWHERE else for Car Audio or Tint: NO

This shop doesn't deserve any rating and no trust worthy..!!My experience was very bad so do not trust this shop unless you know this guy/shop and you did some work with him in the past..!! Don't go to this shop...!!The shop owner lied, cheated and did nothing to the car when I went to him for body shop. He was holding a car for more than 5 days and did nothing. Please check before you do any work in this shop...!! I asked for a body shop to remove some scratches from the bumper, and he agreed for some amount. He gave it to someone else for the same, and it appears like he asked for more money than we he told me so he dragged the days without even doing anything. Whenever I called, he said painting is done but not yet dried due to bad weather and etc... Finally he took me to the body shop which is about 20 miles away from his shop and there I found my car (thank God - it's in good condition). As soon as I got down, he drove away and when I checked with that body shop guy, I realized that he asked for more money for the work, and he was told by that shop owner not to do any work.

Got my car tinted. Didn t realize the many different high tech options. Bobby explained it all and no pressure sell. My ride looks awesome and very satisfied with the choice I made.

1st visit new car speakers. I've never been so excited to drive around just to here my music with quality sound.2nd visit was for new tinted windows. My old tint was done at the swap meet. (Never do that to your baby) Had no issues placing it on and now my car looks brand new again. It even has anti glare from the inside. It might be just the standard but I had swap meet tint before, but now I can ride in style and in privacy.Bumping my music in style. True VIP status in my car. Lol

Went in because my radio kept turning it's self off. They told me to come back in an hour and they would look at it. I went back and they immediately took my car and looked at it. They reset the radio and they took about 10 minutes to look at it. They didn't charge me anything and it works perfect now. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very happy and if I need a new radio I will be going there to get if

Scam. Tried to charge me $85 in labor for less than an hour of work. plus $50 for $20 in parts. total for running a wire to the back of my car $135. went to Burbank Sound total price $45 with parts and labor. Bunch of crooks that will take advantage of you they think they can.

I Went This Morning To Al & Eds. When I Got There I Told Them I Needed My Stereo Installed With My Sound System And They Got to Work Right Away. They Took Less Than An Hour Which Other Places Take About 2. I Recommend This Place If You Want Your System This Is The Place To Go I'll Definitely Comeback.

If you need your phone/screens fixed, dont look anywhere else because this is the place!! Other places told me i would need a brand new phone or not do quality work but this place fixed it quick, like new, with no problems! I was soo happy...Armen and Tino are so sweet and easy to trust with your phone. This place is professional and reasonable for the work they do!Thanks again guys ;)

Have been going to Al&Ed's for years excellent auto sound installation and window tinting just had my fourth car tinted by them like always in the past excellent work excellent customer service I will and do recommend their services to all

I got my tint about 2 years ago now, it started to bubble in a couple places I called because they have a 3 year warranty Through them, so I called and they said I have to have the original receipt for the warranty .. I couldn t tell you anyone who keeps a receipt for even a year let alone 2 years I guess I ll just have to find a new place and spend my 400$ + elsewhere

It is just bad, the owner doesn't even know how to appreciate customer, they've done my radio with an awful job on my car this time, and I live really far away from the town, i had my old car worked by them perfectly, but this time the work was really bad, coz i really live far away therefore i never have time to come back, and my car was always garaged, the radio is most likely untouched, tho it is after a year, but really, i live so far away and i have to go to school, they still refuse to give me refund, im really upset with it

While my installation was ultimately unsuccessful, it wasn't the fault of Rueben and Moe. They tried everything they could to make it work. That's all I can ask of a business.
