I came in for a tire rotation and oil change and when other services were recommended (meaning a longer amount of time), they were very accommodating to me (being 6 months pregnant) and my toddler and they drove us home so that my son could nap and we could still have the service done that day. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

All the employees are super nice and very helpful! They have very reasonable price. They inspect your vehicle for free. They only charge you if they perform any work. I really recommend this auto shop.

The reason I gave this spot a 3 and not a 5 is because they charged me $50 to plug a tire. It was a simple plug...didn't have to take the tire off..just a simple plug that should have cost $20. It took an hour but they were very nice and I got to watch dateline..which I love. I think it was common practice of seeing a girl walk in and taking a little advantage of that situation. The photo shows the screw which was 3/4 inch.

I had an amazing experience with Tire Choice Buena Park! The staff is amazing and diagnosed my situation promptly and with urgency. If I could give 10 stars I would. Definitely will be back!

I stopped by after work and got a battery Guss was really nice it only took about 30 minutes I will go back for tires when I need them or an oil change thank you

Gus was very helpful and lead his team very well. He offered me great deals, explained to me the entire process as well. On top of their speedy and excellent work, they even recommended good food places around the area. Being a woman car owner I felt like I wasn t being taken advantage of which is rare. 10/10 recommend this place. All around great service and friendly workers.

The first guy estimate was $152 but later the other guy require me to pay $172. They changed their price before me. And they didn't adjust the tire pressure right and left a lot oil. That was worst experience.

I like how they do their job and don t try to upsell you on a bunch of stuff you might not need. When I bought my tires there they gave many options that could save me money.

Tire Choice was fast and honest! I came in with a slow tire leak and concern about a squeak in my brakes. They were honest that my brake pads are still in decent shape and don't need to be replaced at this time. They showed me the nail in my tire that caused it to need replacing. The price was very fair and affordable. The whole process was done in less than 1.5 hours.

This Tire Choice Auto Service location was a lifesaver when I had to pull off the highway in an emergency. On my way home to San Diego from LA my brake and battery light went on, and although the shop was getting ready to close for the day, the store Manager Gus and his apprentice took a look at my car and informed me that my alternator was going out. They looked at my car free of charge and allowed me to stay in their parking lot until a tow truck arrived. Thank you Gus and Tire Choice Store 1622!!

Just adding to the great 5 star reviews for this spot! Got a flat on the 91 on a Sunday midday and was very worried no one was open or had a long wait but called Tire Choice and they had both correct tire size and no wait! 30mins later we were on our way, amazing!

I started coming to tire choice five years ago started with an oil change and since then I prefer to have all my services done here oil change, tires breaks etc. This place never disappoints and the manager Gus treats me like family.. I always walk out feeling like a valued customer and therefore I will continue to come back for many more years to come.. Thank you Guys for always taking care of my cars

The customer service is excellent. I came in on a Saturday morning due to squeaky brakes and Juan was very helpful! I dropped off my truck and their communication was excellent in calling to let me know what needed to be done with my truck as well as calling to let me know when it was ready. Later that day, (completely unrelated) my service engine light turned on so I went in the next morning. When I walked in Juan recognized me and called me by name. They were able to scan my car, tell me what the issue was and reset the service light. That was free of charge. I will definitely be recommending this shop to my friends and I ll be going there anytime my truck needs work.

I've been coming to this shop for about 30 years, with various owners and have always been pleased with the service from this store. I also visit the one on Redhill in Tustin, which is near my office. Good service keeps me coming back.Very happy with my most recent visit for new tires and alignment. Tires had to be ordered and delivered the next day, but it worked out for me with no inconvenience, and the help from both Damon and Gus were 5 star.I have no hesitation recommending this business to anyone, whether you need an oil change, fix a flat tire or any other service. They have always done me right.

I scheduled my appointment online three days prior and was immediately confirmed for the appointment. I showed up 10 minutes before my appointment and Juan took my information immediately told me the price of the oil change and even offered me a discount for the extra quart of oil my vehicle requires! He was so friendly and helpful. Paul was my tech he took my vehicle in immediately changed the oil and checked everything ! Tires brakes lines filters. I was there under an hour ! The whole time the staff was helpful and courteous. Afterwards I paid and left and had the whole day to myself. I would definitely go there again and recommend to anyone ! The staff and service is excellent and my Jeep is running in tip top shape !

Took my car in Sunday morning . Told the gentleman that I woke up tire was flat. My brother in law came and put air in tire to get me to shop. Once I arrived there I explained what happened I was told it would cost 30 dollars to patch I said ok. I waited for about 45 min then was told " ok your good" I went to pay the gentleman he said "no your good." So I said really ! Thank you! And thank the guys in the back. Now here we are Tuesday I have a FLAT SAME TIRE. I had to pay to uber my daughter to work and get a ride for myself because this gentleman couldn't just say we didn't see anything or we couldn't fix it. Instead gave me the impression they FIXED MY TIRE did something nice. Makes you wonder can you trust there work at all. WHo would just not fix a tire. NEVER IN MY LIFE WOULD I RETURN TO THIS PLACE AND I WOULD RECOMMEND TAKING A CLOSE LOOK AT ANY WORK DONE. I wish there was a negative star rating

Went in to get my husband's tires mounted. We were greeted by Gus he asked if we had it aligned but we hadn't. So they got started right away they pointed out other problems that the car had. They were the same ones the dealer pointed out so we went ahead and did the work it was much less and we are very happy. This is are new go to place. Highly recommended.The customer service was outstanding.

I looked everywhere for the tire i needed and no one had it on hand. Most were too busy to help me. I called Tire Choice Auto and received a friendly response from Gustavo the manager. Not only did he have the tire in stock but he even said he would help me as long as i came in within a half hour. When i arrived i was greeted by the mechanic and the owner. My tire was changed in minutes and they even inspected my other tires to make sure i was safe. The prices were as expected totally worth the quality and service. This is my new tire place. Thank you for an exceptional experience.

So grateful to have found this tire center. On a Sunday I needed to have a tire plugged, I learned there are few tire centers open on Sunday. I called and was told they could do it same day as long as I got in soon as it was already afternoon. They got my tire done within a couple hours and were so accommoding. I will be a return customer and recommend to everyone!!! Thank you so much for being such a great place.

La Palma tire choice, so far from all the places I go to for car fix services this shop never leave me disappointed! Always receive my car in good shape every time I ask their shop for services! Prices are affordable,& the staff by the name of Gus & Juan are so easy to talk to,& able to explain very well what services the car needs.This is the place where me & sisters goes to when we need some car services so far we always have our cars back with satisfaction! Keep up the good work guys & looking forward for more good services & prices, thank you

Brought my car in desperate need of tires. Was greeted by Juan that was not only easy to talk to, he offered great options within my budget. Was able to get my 4 tires (applied $80 rebate at the spot) along with an alignment (they discount $20 with the purchase of tires). I didn t know they did more than just mount and balance tires...was pleasantly surprised!Waiting area is a big open area that is clean and comfortable.

I came in for an Oil Change, which I had a coupon for, and the manager, Juan, was very friendly! They respected the price of the coupon and I paid $22. I had gone to 3 different places and they were all giving me prices of $44+, which was too much for my 2010 civic. They did a great job and I am really happy with their service. I will definitely be coming back here!

I, like many other people, are very cautious when it comes to taking your car in to get serviced. You hear horror stories of employees trying to up-sell you and fix things on your car that are not even issues. Stories of cars coming back worse than how you left them. This my friends of google, is not a story like that at all. In fact, its the complete opposite. This is a story of how wonderful this place is and how Tire Choice Auto Service will have a returning customer for as long as I have a car.I have a '92 Toyota Corolla, its fairly old and it has its issues, but I love her. Shes my little fixer upper baby. Ive never gotten an oil change in my life, so when I called Tire Choice on a Saturday afternoon, I expected to get shut down and told to make an appointment for the following week; that's not what happened. Juan, one of the service managers, answered the phone and I let him know why I was calling - right away he said it might take a few hours, if that, but they could definitely squeeze me in before the end of the day. I was excited and drove down there immediately. I will tell you right now, Juan is the main reason I will be a repeat customer. He has a wonderful sense of humour and as far as being a first time car owner, he made sure that all my questions were answered and he spoke to me in terms I would understand. I really appreciated the patience he had. After all was said and done, he went over the services that were done that day, as well as a plan of action to tackle the rest of my car. I didn't feel like he was trying to take me for a ride as far as pricing and services went. He was straight forward and gave me something to look forward to so my baby will last me for years. The things that made me the most happy, was there had been a grinding sound near the front of the wheel of my car. Every time I turned that's all you would hear. As I was leaving, Juan and the other mechanics noticed. Juan told me to come back and they would take a look at the issue. No lie, my car makes no sound what so ever now - its amazing! Not to mention, they fixed it out of the kindness of their hearts, so me and my wallet appreciated that!I am only scratching the surface of how much of an amazing experience i had at this place. From the people, to the service, to the price - I am 100% going to come back for any car needs/questions I have.Shout out to Juan - you da man - and thanks again for all your help! :]

Tire Choice of Buena Park has taken care of me for years! The customer service has always been great. My Chevrolet Silverado just passed 266,000 miles, thanks to the good care I've been receiving. Besides tires & frontend alignments, they have taken care of my brakes, shocks, steering gear box replacements, and recently a new radiator. They stand behind their work! I highly recommend them!

Juan and Ronnie helped me get my tires replaced within the morning with no appointment necessary. They provided outstanding service, competitive prices, and gave great advice about car maintenance and services I would need despite me opting to get a service elsewhere (I had already pre-paid for a tire alignment elsewhere). Will definitely come back again for any car service ( would have had my tire alignment here as well had I not already paid for the service).

Don't hesitate - just make an appointment, or call to see if they have your tire size and type in stock, or need to order it first. Gus is your man, and he runs a great shop. The crew here are all courteous and knowledgeable, and pay attention to the details. They are efficient, and think things through. Nice to have a crew who has your back, and isn't trying to upsell you more stuff. My new favorite place for tires. Thanks, Gus!

Can't thank David and Gus enough for making sure my daughter wasn't taken advantage of recently. My daughter goes to college in the area and needed to get some work done on her vehicle. I looked for the best reviews closest to her and told her to go to Pep Boys. What a scam! They did an oil change and then told her she needed two new tires, alignment, and have the brakes replaced. The total was going to be $750.Since we work with a local auto shop in northern California that had worked on her car recently, I called them and they asked me to contact one of their sister locations, Tire Choice. In the end, David and Gus rotated her tires, inspected the brakes and checked the car over thoroughly. They didn't charge her a dime. Thanks guys! I really appreciate you helping her.

Went in for an oil change knowing full well my car needed some much needed maintenance. Gus gave me a list of everything that needed to be done and a list of things that could wait. It was a lot more than I could afford but he told me about two different financing options that they had and thankfully I qualified for one of them. These guys definitely care about their customers and their prices are reasonable as well.

I did a walk-in on Sunday, 6/7/20. I had ran over a nail on Saturday and had no clue where to get it fixed and fast! This is the closest tire center to my home but I had never been there. I took a shot and it so paid off! Juan was so sweet and took us right away! He said they would repair it it it was reparable and thankfully it was...and at no charge!! Thank you Juan for being so welcoming and helpful. This is definitely our new tire go to!!!

This place changed names from local Goodyear dealer to tire choice. Very bad experience. Went in with tire to be repaired. They fixed it but refused to put it back on the car. Had to go home and change myself. I recommend anyone looking to find another tire shop. Rule number 1 for the company take care of past customers. Don't just say we are not that company! How can anyone recommend you in the future?
