I recently leased a 2023 Cadillac XT5 from this dealership, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience largely due to Ivan, our salesman.He helped us navigate through the vast selection of cars, patiently guiding us through test drives and providing valuable insights.What stands out is Ivan's dedication. Even after his part was done, he stuck around until the entire transaction wrapped up. Not to mention, a week after the purchase, he's still checking in to ensure our satisfaction. Such dedication is greatly appreciated.Ivan's outstanding service, expertise, and care for our satisfaction were unmatched. Highly recommend this dealership, especially Ivan. My family has been buying cars from Simpson since they were in Downey. Fast fwd prolly 60 years I bought prepaid oil change subscription. Car started burning oil. Spoke with service manager who assured me that all was normal. IMMEDIATELY after next prepaid oil change, the oil level was below the ADD mark. I went back to dealer within an hour and was told by mechanic, service writer and service manager that the ADD mark is but a theoretical level. Ridiculous. Car stopped burning oil when I took her back to local mechanic for oil changes. I spoke with the general manager who was not happy to hear this, told me that Cadillac is having the dealer under fill the crankcase! Not even believable. Just like Cadillac made a dipstick that ADD doesn t mean Add?? Who would have an oil CHANGE when you receive less oil than you started with? This is an oil DRAIN! Avoid these guys for service. And because I had a very shady service experience, I won t buy from them either. Not at all recommended for buying a car, buying parts or obtaining dealer service for your car.

I paid a $100 deposit to reserve a Lyriq in June 2022, but had not been contacted as of August 2023, so I contacted the dealer in August 2023, and they said I had to wait, but I didn t want to wait. , so I asked them to refund my deposit, but now it has been three months and they still haven t refunded me. They made excuses not to pay me back.I just got off the phone with them again and this time they said I need to come to the dealer to sign the form and they will refund my money within 10 days. I plan to go tomorrow. I will never put down a deposit or anything like that with this dealer from now on. Please be careful everyone.

Buena Park Simpson Cadillac sales and finance department are scammers, I went there to purchase a Cadillac Lyriq and they agreed to my negotiated price. They had me fill out the form to get access to my personal information so they could access my pre-approved loan. Then after accessing my credit /pre-approved loan information, they called me and told me the car was sold but that they had a more expensive Lyriq that they could sell me.It was super unethical to run my credit and tell me that the car was mine. Then to tell me they were getting the sales contract ready for me only to try to sell me a more expensive car that I didn't want. Slimy unethical sales tactics.

I purchased my Mercedes Benz from Simpson Cadillac, GMC, Buick. I had a great experience and my sales person Lorenzo Edwards, was a joy to work with. The whole staff was very friendly and professional! I definitely recommend Simpson!

So again I give this company another shot because of how amazing Jose in the service department is but again I'm extremely disappointed and I'm besides myself with their way of handling return customers. So I take my ATS in for service because it started acting up while driving and wouldn't go over 25mph well its there for about a week and they call me to pick it up, I hi all the way down there from lake Elsinore to pick it up and the check engine light is still on and it did in me as soon as I start it. Well that's not the worst part, u had already dried my rental car if at enterprise so now I don't have a vehicle and they won't loan me a loaner vehicle because a year ago I had a loaner vehicle and it got hit while parked outside my house, not my fault at all but they tell me that's why they can't give me one so know I have to wait for an Uber to go back to enterprise and get another rental on my dime it gets better, they call me and tell me it's cause the K&N filter that had been on my car the 2 years I have had the car is why the car is running rich and they are charging me to put a stock air filter and housing back on. I can guarantee that tomorrow when it's supposed to be ready or won't be our at least that's not going to be the problem. This place is absolutely terrible and I'm not sure where they get their mechanics cause they can't seem to ever find the problem the first time and I have a full bumper to bumper warranty yet is cost me almost 1k to get new spark plugs and a new air filter and housing, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE OR WILL COST YOU WAY MORE THAN IT SHOULD AND THE DON'T FIX THE PROBLEM THE FIRST TIME. House in service is great though.Sincerely,EX customer

I am completely disappointed in the service I received, and honestly I truly expected more from Cadillac! I made an appointment to bring my car in for a oil change and it took two days, totally unacceptable, additionally you would think they would have the courtesy to at least wash my car like most dealerships do but no! They did however have time to reset my seat setting which I did not ask or want them to do!Our service guy was Mark and my husband explained to him that the setting on the steering wheel that alerts you when you go over the speed limit was on and if they could please reset it so it didn't alarm and we finally had to call and talk to Caesar to get it taken care of. If there were another Cadillac dealer in my area I would not be going back.

The Worst Customer ServiceSimpson Cadillac is a business that does not respect the customer nor do they follow through with the promises that are made at the time of your purchase. Sales says one thing and services department does whatever they see fit. I bought a Cadillac for Cadillac service and I would have gotten better service from a Yugo dealer. I will forever be disappointed in the lack of service I received from Simpson Cadillac and will NEVER RETURN TO HAVE MY CADILLAC SERVICED WITH THEIR TEAM OF SLACKERS AND TIME WASTERS AND UNPROFESSIONAL DISRESPECTFUL INDIVIDUALS.

I have owned a lot of cars over the years. I have visited a lot of dealerships as a result and I place Simpson Cadillac of Buena Park on top of my list. If you want to be treated with respect, honesty and integrity, I urge you, if you are in the Market for a Cadillac, dont look any further. The sign of a great dealership is when they call you few days after the purchase to check on your new experience. I recently bought a new 2022 Escalade from Simpson Cadillac (my second car from them) and could not be happier with my experience. First and foremost, both of the sales associates who helped me -- Luis N. and Lamar J. -- were fantastic. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional, and very patient with me and my questions. Second, the two managers who handled my negotiations -- Abe R. and George H. -- were also very professional and respectful. I felt they were very honest and straightforward, and represented Simpson Cadillac in the best possible way. Finally, Fernando G. in finance was terrific as well, and explained everything to me in a meaningful way. Overall, my entire car purchase was an A+ in every way. I will be referring all of my friends and family interested in a Cadillac to Simpson and the wonderful people who assisted me there. Ed S.

Although the failure of the paint on my 2017 CT6 started showing 6 months after the warranty expired with only 65K miles, the service department at Simpson and my service advisor Jose Campos in particular are what keeps me a happy Simpson customer.

I experienced the worst service, unprofessional service advisor, and bad customer experience while visiting the Simpson Cadillac Service Center today, Monday 12/19/22. Upon my arrival, I walked into the service center, I was not acknowledged or greeted by anyone, so I approached the first service advisor standing to the left of the entrance as you walk in. I immediately felt like I was an inconvenience and a bother to the individual service advisor when discussing the issues with my vehicle (mind you, I had an appointment scheduled in advance). After inspecting my vehicle, he made condescending comments regarding my vehicles condition and indicated that my rear tires need to be replaced, as of he was already trying to seek money out of me despite not being relevant to my immediate vehicle concerns. When I asked how much the diagnostic fee was, he stated, "$200 for each line item/concern," in which I had 2 issues. This is when I decided to leave and ask to cancel my appointment and discard any of my information.After my bad experience at Simpson Cadillac, I decided to visit Tustin Cadillac and had a great experience! Even without an appointment, they were able to fit me in and accommodate my vehicle without any questions or hesitations. My repairs were covered by the warranty, except the oil change service fee that was paid out of pocket. New to California and new to the area, i was not asking for the red carpet experience, just seeking a client centric environment business, and someone who would empathize and assist with addressing my vehicle concerns, while providing good customer service!I will not be doing business at this establishment!

Bought a XTS from this dealership. Very happy with the vehicle. Great experience working with Carlos, Jerry and Steven. No nonsense. When it was time, they got down to business and made the process painless and quick. All seemed like good guys and treated me fairly and with respect throughout. I have no complaints. Will definitely give this dealership first crack next time I'm in the market. Mainly because of those 3.

We had a great experience with Service advisor Jaaysen.. My husband dropped my car off that morning and by early afternoon we received a call that it was ready. In addition to some warranty work, the recall notice that I received earlier in the week was also taken care of because the dealership had already attached the information to my car s profile. This was a win-win. Great experience overall !

The service department here is fantastic! Cesar Rivas was our tech and he was great. We purchased our Escalade at another dealer but had bad experiences with their service department. We decided to give this dealer a shot and couldn t be happier. Fast and friendly service and our caddy is driving like a charm. Thanks Simpson Cadillac!

Service Department is great. Sales Department is horrible. Bait and switch. Sales managers are nice. They are trying to repair the damage the salesman did. As helpful as the management tries I still feel taken advantage of.Part 2. One year later. GM had to "Buy Back" our car because they couldn't repair it. Camera problem. But still a problem. The service department is the BEST. This time around we had a very nice and knowledgeable salesman. Who was not rude at any time. And he took very good care of us.

I took my truck in for servicing. I can say from start to finish the employees did an exceptional job. They kept me well informed of the status wether it was a phone call or txt message. Their estimated time of completion was pretty spot on. I m glad I chose this dealership and I ll continue on coming here in the future. Thank you to all who keep our family vehicle in tip top shape.

I have been bringing my Sierra to Simpson for service since I purchased it 10 years ago. They perform great work and are always professional and friendly. On my last visit, the work was completed hours before promised. As as usual, my trick was clean and ready to go on my arrival.

Having service done on my "Cadillac", is like visiting family,My service advisor John, is wonderful, always knows what needs to be done, is prompt, and he makes me feel special, by making sure I have a "courtesy car waiting for me , so I have a vehicle!" Marta, the receptionist, makes you feel as you are visiting, as she makes you feel right at home, offering , coffee, tea, water and lovely conversation. Madison, makes sure the courtesy car is ready and gives proper information for a safe return.Picking up my vehicle is always a delight , as its delivered washed, fixed and the Porter Juan is as pleasant as all of Simpson employees are!

The Simpson family of dealerships have been a wonderful source for my wife and I. We have purchased vehicles and have had services rendered at multiple locations, and have continued to come back even after their excellent warranty rolled off (we drive a LOT). Reasonable prices, good people, and a comfortable atmosphere. When the need of a new car comes around, this is where we ll go.

I was fortunate to have Mark Rodelo as my service representative! I say this because he was very attentive to me by either answering my calls or returning them promptly! That is huge because I have had others and it was not the same situation which can lead to frustration. Furthermore, he didn t not give me the runaround when it came to informing me of a noise I was hearing on my vehicle! He was strait forward with technician diagnosis, time frames, and possibilities of warranty coverage! In fact, he fought for it to get covered under warranty even though there were some setbacks to it possibly not getting covered! I will be requesting Mark next time I need service! Thanks Mark and Simpson GMC!

I had an 9:00am appointment, showed up 5 mins late .I then spoke to Jaysen who helped me out , good customer service by him.I left my car at 9:17 , I usually take my car to get serviced for an oil change @ boulevard Cadillac in signal Hill which typically takes 2-3 hours the last 2-3 times I ve taken it . It took 5 hrs for my car to get an oil change (nothing else) here @ Simpson.I called a little after 11am to get an estimate since I had work, I was then told there were still 4 car ahead of me?Not sure if they are over booking appointments but it should not take 5 hrs for an oil change when you have an appointment.
