Had no problems with the order at all. Went to return cause turns out we didn't need the item. Email the support asking how to do that. Randy tells me to just send it back to the address on the invoice. I proceed to tell him we did not receive an invoice, just what was sent in the email, which has no address for their company. So he sends me the address and then tells me to send a copy of the invoice with the return. I responded "As I stated in my previous email, I did NOT receive an invoice for this order." (Which would mean to just forward over an invoice for me to print and put with the return.) Instead, he then says "Go ahead and just ship it back I'll know who you are. FYI we send invoices with ALL of our orders." I don't know if it just got left out of our package or what happened to our invoice but I feel like his response was rather rude and uncalled for. If I had to deal with Randy, I would not purchase from this company again.

worst customer service ever. will never purchase from again. sell lifetime warranty parts and refuse to warranty them.

just recieved my fuelpak for my breakout5 star for this company on the delivery very fast i think 3 days or 4 days once i get it installed i will do another review. my hat is off to your company.
