My windshield wipers stopped working during the atmospheric river rain. I am very thankful that it was all covered under a recall, and they had the wiper motor assembly. GREAT SERVICE

Good place, friendly personal. Prices of new vehicles are way higher than expected. You need to spend $27k or more on a Trax LS base model. The upside down resale value on chevy are extremely low compared to Honda, Toyota even Kia?

Randy in service = No Service.Premier = liars and waste of timeTook my 2023 company car in for a check engine light. Under warranty.Randy said he would have an update in 5 days.After 9 days I called Randy, who put me on hold and said the engine light wasn't on anymore.Now anyone who knows anything about cars knows that just because the light is off, doesn't mean the code is cleared.I told him I understood if the car sat, the outward engine trouble might not be happening, and to keep it for a few more days.Into week 3, Randy said they took the car on 10min test drives every day and the light's not coming back on.Obviously they weren't interested in fixing the problem, or assumed I knew nothing about cars and would believe "oh the light is off so the problem is gone!"When I got the car back, I saw they only put 15 miles more.on the odometer.Oh and sending me the Serius radio thing just so you can get paid was a nice touch(Note this is sarcasm(Since then I went to Delillo and my car was fixed in 5 days.

Customer service sucks. I brought the truck in at 7:45 and it was supposed to be ready by noon but nope and I wasn't even notified. When I called to check on my truck I was put on hold for 30 min then told that I'd have to call back. I called back at 130 and still sat on hold again and told that my truck won't be ready until 2:00 - 2:30. Couldn't somebody call and notify me of that or answer the phone when I try to find out. I was the first car there and still didn't get it back till 2:15 for a transmission flush. Ridiculous!!!! Go Someplace else with some type of customer service.

My truck with 8000 miles sat in the service department without them touching it. No updates or communication from the service department. Their excuse is they are too busy. A month to diagnose a vehicle and they were too busy. Pathetic.

Business is business I get that ! I came To look for a bigger vehicle. I already had a loan through my bank. I Had found a car Online that I wanted and explained when I called in that I already had a loan . Ivan was a great sales men . He s a little shy but made us feel appreciated and truly worked with us. But walking into finance was a whole other story . Adel was extremely rude . And since we financed with our bank he kept pressuring my wife to get info that wasn t available until the bank was able to look Into itHe was supposed to also submit forms that were never sent to my bank ( I can only assume they wanted me to finance through their dealership idk ). He made purchasing the car a very unpleasant experience and made my wife feel pressured and uncomfortable

Terrible service...my oil change appoitment was a 7:40am I got here at 7:10am and still here 9:45am What's the point of calling one day in advance to make an appoitmet ?Never again will come back hereNOT RECOMEND THIS MEDIOCRE SERVICE DEALER
