I was in on a Thursday and was told by service that the transmission dept was backed up and to come back on Tuesday. Waited all day Tuesday and half the next day for a diagnosis. They did figure it out but I was disappointed having to argue with sevice about what I was told and how it transpired. My car got washed. So there's that. And it runs fine now thank goodness.

Came in for a oil change and the waiting time was almost 3 hours. If that could be less time, it would be a 5 star. As always, Raul is great. Thank you

1 months my truck in the dealer to fix a clunk noise when reverse and they can t fix it, went for second time they take it in replaced drive shaft and still same issue, why I m paying for something didn t fix my problem, very disappointed

No better for dealership in Southern California than Ken grody Ford. If you're going to Carlsbad or just live anywhere in California then call the Carlsbad Ken Grody Ford and ask for Kurt Tell him Todd sent you and he'll take care of you.
