We've been buying our vehicles here since Burch Ford in La Habra closed. Needless to say the folks here are top notch and that includes the service dept. Ask for Raul when you take your car in for service. He'll give you 5 star service no matter what car or truck you drive

I m visiting out of town and I needed to pick up an extra part for another Ford vehicle And honestly I m really turned off by this location. I went in the main office, the lady upfront was kind enough to direct me over to the services, then I was directed over to the parts department by another friendly gentleman. However once in the parts department, I was looking for a specific part on a vehicle and I had photos of the part and the man helping me out seemed disturbed that I wasn t able to remember what the vehicle model it was. After I showed him a photo of the part and what I was looking for, he got up abruptly and said look kid let me show you he went outside the door and came back inside the office to show me a tool chest full of the items I was looking for, I then went ahead and asked what do you recommend for this part? And he replied just dig through and find something turned around and walked back outside into the back room where I had originally spoke with him.In this situation I felt disrespected because I was a kid and I didn t know a lot of the questions he had back for me therefore he got frustrated and didn t want to deal with me. The other two people when I first came in we re very friendly and helpful, but this gentleman that I interacted with was not helpful nor friendly.

Great service experience. In and out in under an hour. Asked not to wash and they didn't. Awesome. Wish all dealers were this efficient and caring.

the Worst Service of my Lifei am 75 years old , with lots of experience ,with lots of DealersI never come BACK to you guys ,never on my lifeif the management wants to fine out ??????they can found me !!!but we can share it rigth here whats hapens ????i am waiting ???

Service writer Ismael R is the best. He is very professional and keeps you updated on the work being done on your vehicle.. highly recommend you ask for him.

This is second time here but I'm surprised I have to go back always to complain that something wasn't done. Calling on the manager, you need to oversee the job if it's done completely before you turnover the car to the owner.

Besides awesome customer service, repair time is accurate, gourmet coffee, tv, & quiet comfortable seating. By far better than Toyota.
