Yesterday I purchased a 2023 Ford F-150 Raptor 37 Package from Ken Grody Ford in Buena Park and it was nothing short of a superb experience. Came to Ken Grody Ford and was met by a lovely sales rep. Daisy showed me around a couple of models I was interested in. Though they didn't have the vehicle specs I was looking for, she took my name, number and I even wrote down the specs I was looking for in a truck and considered my budget.2 day's later she called me back stating they just acquired a truck with my desired specifications. Uncertain how it would go, I decided to take a look at what they brought to the lot. It was love at first sight! Daisy and my finance rep Francisco, were very patient, courteous and kind with me as I essentially started this purchase over the phone and finalized it in the office a week later.With bumps, obstacles in my path due to family circumstance, Daisy and Francisco gave me the time needed to complete this sale. I highly recommend Ken Grody Ford dealership. I received A++ service. Everyone was very helpful and professional. Attentive to my wife s needs as she was car shopping. Mohammed and Francisco went above and beyond for her and made sure she was more than satisfied and happy with her purchase. All that mattered to me is the smile I seen and the excitement of driving off in her new 2023 Ford Bronco sport. Honestly if you want VIP service and you re looking for a Ford this is the best place to go. Ask for Mohammed. It was an ok experience until the Indian manager began talking above his pay grade and began to lie about not knowing the rate he was charging while providing numbers. The deal ended up not happening over $30 on the monthly payment (literally $1,000) on a $95,000 car.I ended up finding my brother a better deal and saving him 5k on the deal for his Bronco. The dealer might be nice and have a lot of Inventory but you will get better numbers else where in my opinion.

Let s just say this is my first Ford I ve EVER owned and by the VIP treatment I received from Mohammed and Francisco I may be a forever customer of Ken Grody and a fan of Ford for life! We will see how good they continue their excellent customer service and how beautifully my new 2023 Ford Bronco rides til I want something different. There were a couple hiccups during the process but they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and I drove out of there with an even better deal than what my credit union had offered us. Which made the payments lower even with the added assurance of the 6yr premium warranty and gap insurance. I truly was grateful and appreciative of all the favor I received from the team at Ken Grody. I highly recommend this Ford dealership!
