If you have a Toyota Prius that needs an engine this is the place for you! They have perfected the process of rebuilding and upgrading the Prius hybrid engine. I shipped my car from NorCal to O.C. They pulled mine and dropped a new one and the same day. They also do hybrid batteries, as well as lift/lowering kits and more. The guys are extremely helpful and honest a big deal for me

If you're from SoCal and reading PriusChat, I'm sure you know about this wonderful place, but if you don't, I'll tell you a little. I was able to make an appointment via Facebook, which is very convenient considering that my English is beginner level. I was late because of the rain (but no one said anything bad about it). Mike met me and quickly told me everything and showed me everything. The guys are very clean and comfortable. Both in the guest area and in the garage. there is drinking water and a toilet (which is important if you, like me, came to clean the EGR system, because it is not quick), and the guys also treated me to pizza. I also asked for a full diagnosis and a smiling Richard came out several times and said what could be changed, repaired and how much it would cost. Richard also showed what improvements were sold in their store and talked about their advantages. when you come to HybridPit, you definitely realize that you are in the right place, where professionals and just good guys work. I recommend this place because finding something like this is getting harder and harder.

I ll keep this short and sweet. You CAN trust these guys. They re honest, have fair prices on labor and parts and get the job done when they say they will. I live all the way in Burbank but whenever possible I will be using these guys. Expect care for hybrids ( I have a Prius with a Nexcell lithium battery) and they are very knowledgeable about the battery and how to maintain it. So happy I found them.

I canceled my Tesla model 3 order reservation because Hybrid pit rebuilt my Prius 2013 engine which been burning oil and had badly leaking head gasket. My MPG before the engine rebuild were 29-32, now it is over 60 Hybrid pit had the job done in 36 hours since I drop off the car In their shop. New engine is working smoothly and looks like new. Hybrid pit thank you so much!!!

These guys are killer, I have spent many hours with them and the crew installing coil overs, fixing brakes, on my Prius not to mention they have even helped me tremendously on my VW GTI! They are always going the extra mile to make sure I leave happy, excellent service, great prices and quality work every time. If you own a prius and want to modify it these guys have you covered , they have everything you need to get you started on your build, I traveled to their shop 1.5hrs to meet with them and pickup a hard to find lip kit for my gen 2, these guys had it in stock at an amazing price, the staff there is very knowledgeable on everything prius and super friendly. Will definitely be shopping here again.

I wanted to get my 2011 Lexus CT200h lifted via the famous Prius Offroad lift kit. I was originally going to order the kit off of HybridPit's website but then decided to order the kit off of Prius Offroad's website for faster shipping. That's when I discovered their shop, which specializes in Toyota/Lexus hybrid modification. The staff were very knowledgeable on my vehicle and Toyota/Lexus in general. They gave me tips on what should be repaired in the future and suggested modifications for my vehicle. In addition, they installed the lift kit in a blazing 3 hours when they originally predicted 4 hours. Overall, an amazing experience that made me want to go back and get the aforementioned modifications in the future.

Great place for Prius owners,I went to get a hybrid battery fan cleaning,oil change,spark plugs and this guys charge me way less than the dealership wanted just to do the fan cleaning,Andrew is great and shows u the work while he does it,I waited there and took around 2 and half hours,call for appointments since during the weekdays is only by appointment

Great service by knowledgeable pros! Greg and his team were awesome. I needed service on my 2nd Gen prius after my catalytic converter was stolen. They assisted in getting the shield which unfortunately wasn't fitting right due to my insurance companies shop. They made the right adjustments to make it work.Greg and his crew know their stuff and made great recommendations for my prius. They made sure I left a happy customer!! I Highly recommend them!!

Honestly Hybrid Pit is a blessing! Toyota dealerships on many occasions have quoted me outrages prices for services that I needed and like always hybrid pit always quotes me prices that are reasonable which is the only reason why I take all my vehicles to them. Thanks hybrid pit !

The best! Really go above and beyond and genuinely some of the coolest people I've met. Always appreciate the work and the vibesI came to them for cat shield and lift kit installation, and then again when my oil filter holder was torqued way too tight, no one could get it off. I saw on their website that they had entire oil filter hubs, so I had mine "upgraded." Really helped me out after I had gone to another place which didn't offer me any solutions.

Fantastic guys - they did my brakes, for a good price and fast timing. They're all hybrid-vehicle enthusiasts, and seem to personally own tuned/personalized priuses. Very well knowledged and well versed in priuses of all gens, hybrid toyotas, hybrid vehicles, and maxing your fuel efficiency in general. They know their stuff, very professional, and fair pricing. Can't go wrong.

Overall, I had a great experience. I had concerns before getting work done at their shop due to my car has high miles. Andrew was friendly, knowledgeable, and put me at ease. He was able to keep me informed about the status of my car and made recommendation for preventive care. Their service is reasonable price. I highly recommend getting your Toyota Prius work on by Hybridpit. It was well worth the drive.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Hybridpit did a spectacular job for my Gen 3 Prius EGR cleaning and water pump replacement. Great communication throughout the entire time it was in the shop and super knowledgeable staff. Greg and Roger assisted with excellent service my entire time at the shop as well.

Got an anti theft cover over my cad converter. Afterwards, Roger took me under the car and showed me a bunch of different aspects of things to look out for. I just recently got my ct200h, and he gave me a TON of insight on things to look out for to keep it running forever. It was great to get a detailed lesson from an expert. He didn't make up any bs things to fix, and was actually saying my car is in great condition. I definitely trust him for anything I need on my hybrid in the future. Also I love candy and there was a full bag of Hi-Chew in the waiting area :)

Yelp reviews of this place are spot on. Both Roger & Andrew are very welcoming, concise, knowledgeable and honest! No brainer if you re an owner of a hybrid vehicle. It s a very small shop so plan accordingly. Lastly, avoid the greedy middleman errrr dealership and give Hybridpit your business.

Roger is knowledgeable about all things regarding hybrids and EV vehicles. He stays up to date. What really brings me in, is he's an honest mechanic, which is hard to find since the dawn of time. It's not just hybrids. He has installed lowering springs on my brother's 2014 Audi A4 and is the only mechanic to touch my 2012 Prius.

I do not recommend to anyone because they do not have a business permit they do not have business insurance. Officially they work only on weekends because on Saturday and Sunday the state inspection services do not work and they work illegally-violating the laws! Unofficially they work every day with closed and gates! If with your car that either happen they do not have insurance to cover the damage and most importantly they work only for cash and you in case of a problem will not even be able to prove that you have been rendered poor service.
