I m a forever Infiniti lover and found a great deal on a barely used 2023 QX55. A young fellow by the name Billy was very nice, genuine and I can say his there for Customer and was great to work with. I m very happy customer and loved the outcome of my sale. Thank you Billy for making it easy and my day. Love my new car!

Liars.Do not shop here. Very dirt bag sales people who only care about the sale. Customer service is non-existent. Salesman didn't return calls or text after the sale. Manager shows you fake reports to deceive you. They add $3,000 for plastic tape and a $25 tracking device. Please buy your car somewhere else. Trust a normal person who is taking the time to help out everyone with the truth!

Not friendly. Had an appointment and they either exaggerated the time or missed it by half. I was told i needed to wait 3 hours for the oil change (with appointment.) Unless I wanted to wait a lot longer they could not address the possible warrant problems. Then it was done in 90 minutes. Not worth the effort to make an issue. Just find a good mechanic unless it's covered by warranty. Even then I'm probably not going back.

Avoid this arrogant, unfriendly dealership! Unfortunately, Nissan USA is powerless and unwilling to make them worth and responsible for using the brand Nissan. The National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) should have ways to discipline dealers like this. They pressure customers to buy their expensive and useless Portfolio extended warranty and other useless "packages" but they deny coverage as the term of the warranty nears end. DON'T BUY THEIR USELESS WARRANTIES AND PRE-INSTALLED "PACKAGES"! They only care about maximizing profits, no care about customers. It is sad to lose loyalty for the Nissan Brand due to this dishonest, arrogant behavior from a dealer, but I firmly believe automobile manufacturers should part ways with NADA and get rid of the dealer business model. I hope the Federal Trade Commission passes better and stronger regulations to deal with these dishonest so called "dealers".

Don't care for the attitude of the service writersMy experiences with 2 writers & the service Mgr was less than desirable. They are condescending and robots - in my opinion and I'm in the automotive business. Nothing worse than dealing with simmering(s) who don't respect another professional with many more years of experience than the young staff of writers. If they weren't so close to my Biz I would not even go there. Not to mention my good relationship with the parts- which is the polar opposite bcuz of their kind and helpful attitude

Saturday 07/09/22 Service advisor Felipe Lopez. Appointment at 715am. Came in at 720am. Car was ready at 925am. Felipe did not accept coupon that expired 07/05. When i asked to speak to a manager Felipe said that manager will not accept coupon and that manager is not here anyway.I asked about the full synthetic oil change price and Felipe said that it costs $80. I showed him the price on their website for $60, Felipe said "oh ok. We can do that" WOW.When i asked for the waiting area Felipe pointed without getting off his chair. I have noticed people getting their cars back before me. To top ALL off the sticker's paper backing was left on the floor of the car.I don't know why you take appointments if the oil change is more than 2 hours. Big fail on many levels. Some companies do an oil change in 15min with no appointments and two people on the job, and Greg takes more than 2 hours to do an oil change, with an appointment. Something is not adding up here.-----------Update:I filled out the Nissan Survey. I received a call from an "owner loyalty manager". The young lady did not apologize or address any of the concerns expressed in my review. She asked if I could fill out a more favorable review for a free oil change. I refused.Service: Oil change

Why would you have service hours from 7am to 5pm but when I arrive say your last service hour is 2pm? That is crazy. Nissan gas always sucked. Change your hours if that's the case to 2pm and have your workers stay later to finish up the service til 5. Bad management

One of the sensors in my car was faulty so I brought it in for service. Friendly customer service. Thank you zulma for being so nice and helpful. After a couple hours, my car was given back to me better than ever and I got a complimentary car wash! Great job everyone!

All the prices that the car have you will have to add 1500 more for paint warranty and a gps that you don't need and if you tell them that you want to finance it with your bank they will try to use the bank they want.

I took my car to get serviced and Zahir B. helped me through the process. It was done fast and he made sure they washed my car. :) If feels good to know when you take your car to the dealer you get exactly what you came for. Zahir told me he can tell i really keep up with the maintenance on my Rogue. I received great service and a compliment about my car.

These wonderful people took very good care of me. I had a warranty issue and they were great about it.They ordered the parts I needed and called me the day they came in. They made an appointment that day. I was in and out in just 3 hours.

Been going there for almost 6 years originally with my 2015 Nissan Altima, and now I go for my 2020 and 2021 Nissan Sentras. My service advisor Bazir is always helpful and informative about the maintenance of my vehicles, makes great suggestions for services when it's time to have them done mileage wise, and affordable prices on maintenance items, highly recommend Bazir.

Efficient service; coupons help; yay for complementary car wash. I think this time someone forgot to put the covering on the floor on the driver's side like they usually and I could see the dirty footprint.

Extremely slow service. Didn't return two calls. New EV basically stopped working. Very difficult to find someone at this dealership who cares!!

I have a 2016 Nissan Versa previously owned by Hertz. My original battery is just about dead. Isaac offered me best price possible in replacing it. Getting serviced now.

Was there on May1 2017, had them listen to recorded wind noise inside the my 2016 Sentra. They know there is a problem of wind noise, if they dont google wind noise for 2016 Sentra there are many complaints there. One last thing my car smelled so bad after the person who drove my car upfront after the service. I am sorry but this person is not the one you want sitting in someones car even if its for only a cpl mins.

The transmission of my Nissan Altima 2019 SR broke down and I only have one car and I left my car at the dealer and they didn't get me a rent car and I live in hawthorne is kind of far.

NOT GOOD! THEY LIED TO ME TO GET ME TO HAVE WORK DONE..WHICH COST ALMOST $500. PAPERWORK SAYS CUSTOMER REQUESTED IT. AND SAID I ASKED THEM TO CHECK OUT A JUDDER IN TRANS. MORE LIES. WHEN I SPOKE TO MANAGER HE SHRUGGED IT OFF. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. NO STARS!!!
