I went this morning to have an estimation and assuming perhaps they could start working on my windshield that got a crack on it as a walk-in customer, front door was closed so I decided to call and they're open and they scheduled me for an appointment this afternoon same day and what I like most Mr.Sam and I guess his father are so nice and friendly and the cost they had given me for the replacement of my Subaru Outback windshield was affordable and they worked so fast.I would definitely recommend the Good Auto Glass plus they give lifetime warranty.Thank you for your wonderful and excellent service Mr.Sam and other staff.

Very fast, professional service for car window replacement at a great price. Just call ahead of time to confirm that they have what you need in inventory, and be in and out in under an hour!

I liked going to this shop. Sam and his staff took care of me and had me in-and-out in one hour. I had the choice of him coming to me or I could visit the shop. For my 3/4 ton crew cab pick up, it was a VERY competitive price to replace the windshield. Cash gets you a break too!

Fast quick great service. Had a huge crack in my windshield and my insurance referred me to Safelite. Glad I found this place as I ended up paying $200 less than what I would've paid at Safelite to replace my front windshield, and they had availability for sooner. Definitely call before going so they can order what you need. Very happy with the quality. I will be coming back here if I have any problems and telling my family and friends to come here.Service: Auto windshield replacement

It's a small shop with a few workers, they weren't busy when I went. They work pretty fast and get the job done. You should call first so they can order the correct part for you.I'm really happy with the work done for my Honda Civic 2016. I was in and out in less than 30mins.

They provide such great service! I have had my windshield replaced before and it was a horrible experience so when my windshield for 4 runnerr cracked, I made sure to find myself a decent shop. I called around few places and one of my friend recommended this shop to me. I took my car into the shop after making a call and was quoted a very fair price compared to other shops. GREAT! I spoke to Danny and he told me all the information regarding the glass and he made sure to meet all my requests. All the workers were very friendly and made me feel at ease. Timing was great! They finished within 30-40 minutes. They had not only replaced my windshield but also the pieces that goes around my windshield. I was pleased with their services and the quality of the glass- since I wanted the best glass for my car. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends! :D

My car got broken into the other day and one of my windows got shattered. Found this place through Google and it had good reviews so I took my car here. They fixed my window in 45 minutes. Even cleaned out the broken glass that had fallen inside my door. 150 bucks cash. If any of my windows break in the future, I will take my car here.

Called a day ahead. They had my windshield ready to go when I got there. It didn't even take them an hour to install it. This was my second time using Good Auto Glass; Happy with the results both times.

Good Auto Glass is amazing! I had called several places and Good Auto Glass was the only one who had a good price and a convenient time and location. When I called them they told me to come right in. Within an hour my cracked windshield was replaced. The technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone who needs and auto glass work done. The service is excellent, the staff is ideal and the location is very convenient and unexpected. The only downside is that if you don't know where the shop is you may be confused. The shop office is in a small plaza and the shop is in the back. When I pulled up I wasn't sure I was at the right place but as soon as I came in I could see and hear them working in the shop area in the back. Absolutely wonderful business and I will definitely be coming back if anything unfortunate ever happens to my car windows.

I came to this place after I got a crack in the windshield that started to spread with in a day. I spoke to Danny and he was very helpful in providing me with all the information I have requested. I called few places around and chose to go with this place because they had the cheapest price and Danny was very friendly. They came to my house for a extra charge of $20. They still had the cheapest price even with the mobile service charge. The total was $170 and other places were asking for as much as $220. The installation took about an hour and the windshield looked brand spanking new. They also offer life time warranty which was good to know because I've had a problem with my windshield before. Nice job Good auto glass

They did such a great job switching out my cracked windshield. It was really fast and they even did at-home service so I was just hanging out at home and they came and completed the switch in 30 min. They are definitely experienced and you can tell by the way they treat your car and how clean they are through the process. The price is cheaper than what you will find at any other shop and they are very flexible. There is no hassle! Just get your window fixed with them cause I know I will if anything happens in the future.

Good Auto Glass in Buena Park is ALL about customer service and quality glass replacement. I appreciate their commitment to service. I received a great price to replace my Ford Expedition windshield. I was referred by a friend about this place when I got my windshield cracked. When I went in, they were friendly and quick on service. They got started right away and took about 30 minutes to replace. in the mean time, I paid and talked to the owner and he was a people person who kept me company to pass time. The price was fair and so far no problems on the new windshield. The windshield is as if it was my original windshield. I would go there again if I need to.

Good Auto Glass has one of the most exceptional service available in Orange County. I had my window replaced with molding, all for just $140 (when other places cost $200)! No where else can beat the price they offer around this area and it was all done within one-hour and you can either bring it in to the shop, or they will come to your house. Recommended!

Great price and and service. Most places I checked were at least $100 more expensive. I brought my car to them as they were very busy that Saturday. I only waited about 20 minutes and my car was done. Friendly staff. They definitely seem to car bout their customers. Highly recommend.

Thanks to random pieces of rocks flying everywhere on the freeway, my windshield cracked like no other. I went to get numerous quotes from other places, but none of them gave me a sense of trust and reliability like Good Auto Glass did. Not to mention the competitive pricing that they were offering. Their technicians are very informative and give off the impression that they want to help you rather than jacking up the prices and stealing your money away. They even make sure to beat anyone's pricing. Bottom line, I got my windshield fixed within 30 minutes and everything was as good as new. I can't thank them enough for their work and professionalism. They excel in their craft in insuring the customer's the best interest. This is what a auto glass company should be all about. Oh, and did I mention that they also come to YOU? Enough said.

You can throw away all pre-conceived notions of mechanics when you visit here. When I left Long Beach, I was convinced that I'd never replace my old mechanic. However, time and exigent circumstances brought me to this neighborhood shop and I remain grateful! I have now used them 3 or 4 times and I'm sold. Their estimates are always fair & accurate; no unnecessary repairs - and the work is exceptional. I've even had them talk me OUT of an unneeded job & they showed me how/why I wrongly thought I needed something. Just a great, fair, professional shop.

Excellent service and very prompt. Made a mistake telling them my Mazda has a rain sensor. the guy right away called and the correct one was brought by another co employee in 30 minutes. Completely SATISIFIED AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I got my front windshield glass replaced here for the second time. The service took no more than 20 minutes and the price was the cheapest of any other place near the area. I am very satisfied with the service and will recommend to anybody who needs to replace their windshield glass at the cheapest price in a matter of minutes.

Recently I had my 2000 Honda civic door broken into right infront of my house. I needed to replace it as soon as possible because I was going out of town the very next day. I searched for several auto glass companies, but decided to choose good auto glass because of the positive reviews it received on google and yelp. I spoke with Sammy and he provided me with the information of the product and the whole process of the replacement. In addition, it was one of the cheapest place I found on the web. They came to my house within an hour and the whole replacement took only about 30 minutes. He was very nice and professional, seemed to have very good experience with auto glass industry as he provided me with more information about the glass. I would highly recommend using this place!!

We called and made an appointment, and gave them the make and model of the car. We told them station wagon and they gave us a quote for 220. When we got there the place smelled heavily of cigarettes and he asserted that we said sedan instead of station wagon and tried to charge us 80 dollars more and said it'd take 2 hours to fix. We came here because of the good reviews but were not impressed at all.

I have a Toyota Highlander that had a crack on the windshield. I had to replace the whole glass cause the crack was growing over the limit of repairing...Found these guys online and email them for a quote. Their price was very budget friendly and they even offer mobile service. Very Convenient and professional. The OEM glass is as good as the Toyota original one. Even tho the rear view mirror fell off from the glass the next day, the owner offer a free fix up...Now I have a good place to call when I (unfortunately) need this kind of service again...
