Got the recall inspection/maintenance done. David was very professional and informative. He made sure my car was safe and all my questions were answered. David was beyond kind and the nicest Honda advisor I've ever met. Would recommend 100% to anyone who wants their vehicle repaired(or just checked up) without being intimidated.

Friendly, transparent, and helpful service. Maria went out of her way to help me get the best deals, and was willing to take extra time to answer my questions and concerns. She also provided accommodations for after-hours car pickup, which was very helpful for my schedule.Overall, an excellent experience with flexible payment plans. The sunbit program is a great initiative.

Today this morning I visited Buena Park Honda dealer. I was very impressed by their service:efficient. Which Albert the technician recommended this place. Ended up taking a really long time considering it was a simple nail in my tire and just needed a patch. To be fair, if I had known that was the issue, I would have just gone to a tire place. But my service guy Dave was super nice and took care of both my mom and I before the day was done

I scheduled my appt for Saturday 8:20 am. There were a few cars ahead of me when I arrived at 8:20. I was seen by a service rep by about 8:45. I left my vehicle there to be serviced for 30k miles. It was ready for pick up by about noon, everything was smooth other than they forgot the free car wash.

After some research online i realized that Buena Park Honda offers the best deals. I m glad I drove 40 mins to get my B1 service here. David Park was very helpful and kept it real with me on what he thinks it needed to be done on my car and didn t try to sell me parts that I don t need to replace at the moment. He even took the time to educate me on my car and also showed me what was done after the service. I definitely appreciate him and would recommend his service.

Took forever for someone to greet me when I got there. I gave them my husband s phone number so he could pick my car up and the service attendant even confirmed his phone number with him. No one called to let us know my car was ready. Was quoted 3 hours and on hour 4 my husband called and no one could give him an ETA. They said they would call him back and no one did. So my husband had someone drive him over and saw the car just parked in the parking lot. No phone call, no one had any idea what was going on.Will never come here again. I know I ll have a better experience at Norm Reeves Cerritos.

So let me start by saying DAVID PARK is a real one! I ve been coming here for service for the longest and I thought for the most part, service was good until I met David, he took it from good to AMAZING! I ll put this in to context. As I stated I ve been coming here for years for service, dealing with multiple service advisors. I ve paid whatever the price for service ( for the most part ) Last week I had the pleasure of meeting David Park. He introduced himself we went over what was getting done and then he tells me did you know you have a prepaid service package? which I was not aware of.. Apparently when I bought my car it came with a service package. As I stated before I had been here multiple times over the years and dealt with multiple service advisors, none of which took the time to do their due diligence. I have no idea how much I ve spent over the years but I can tell it was more than needed considering I had a prepaid service package smh. So the 5 stars is for David. As long as he s there, I ll be a customer.

Was told I caused issue in my car and that my extended warranty wouldn t cover turns out they hadn t even called them yet I had to ask them to call to try and get it covered. They call me back 10 minutes later saying they spoke with them and it wasn t covered . Next day I take it upon myself to call the warranty company and sure enough they did cover the repair but these guys were going to be more than happy to have me pay out of pocket rather than them do their jobs, never coming back here again if I can help it

Service Consultant David Park was very friendly, informative and professional. I drove down from Los Angeles for the great price deal on a standard oil change and the service was done in about an hour. Definitely worth the drive.

Update: 2.12.23 took my car in for yet another electrical issue on Sat and check tire pressure, 2 and a half hours later everything was resolved. The gent that assisted me was so professional and well mannered I would gladly go back to him. His name was David Park and he's great. Thanks for the service I'll be adding a star to my previous reviewTook my car in last week they had it for 3 days, it was a diagnose for an airbag message. I took vacation time off to get this resolved only to be told they couldn't detect it. Went to pick my car up and not 2 blocks from their location, the light turns on and I even show them. I get the whole run around that it's a random light and hard to detect but 3 days?!? I had to be late for work today that's a point against me, Johnathan had been cool to work with and provided me a loaner at no cost and a free alignment for my tires next time I go in. That's awesome but it won't bring back the money I lost for being late to work nor the point against me. Photo is of when I took it home. I always come here to do oil change and I would wait 2-3 hrs!!! Frank did an awesome job!! He told me I would be out in 1 hr 15 minutes and he didn t disappoint, everyone there at BP Honda service center was great!! Also before the worker s attitudes weren t the best, this time they were smiling, asking questions and answering all my questions!! Thank you to everyone, I will go back.

Buena Park Honda is the BEST! I took my vehicle in to resolve a noise issue. Service technician Maria took notes and assured me a thorough inspection would be completed. Service was completed in record time, Honda staff is always friendly and professional. Maria even found me a ride home while my car was being serviced. THANKS HONDA!!

Once in a while we face disappointing services and this is one of those. I booked an appointment to get my car s regular maintenance and also had one more issue that we wanted to check for safety reasons. I mentioned everything clearly in my appointment request. My wife dropped the car and mentioned the same to this service consultant David Park. As the service was suggested it will take a while we had to take Uber. When we got back to pick up the car Mr. Park said that they only looked at the issue and did not do the maintenance service. We clearly asked for it and we did not get the maintenance done. David was not only unhelpful but also very arrogant and rude. Had this superiority attitude in everything he said. Service center should have better people with friendly and helpful nature in the customer facing roles. We wasted $50 for the Uber and did not get the services and also faced this attitude. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service and experience.

The people at Honda who helped me with may car problems are very nice and very helpful. They explained what the problem was and what they are going to do to fix it. They even checked if I have any warranty that I could use. I've always bring my car to Honda Buena park to have it fixed because the people there are very friendly.

Seamless and excellent service by David Park in the Service Department. It was time for an oil change and other maintenance. I showed up and dropped off my car in less than 5 mins. David park! Is nothing less than absolutely amazing period! He is going to be my only go to advisor going forward. My whole experience from start to finish has been phenomenal! He was very patient and polite! Didn t try to rush us to get us out or anything s he laid out all pricing options and explained them carefully to us and let us decide. He took great care of my vehicle and I got my oil change and complimentary car wash, in addition to a free multipoint inspection complete with videos and photos, so I know what service will be coming up! Not the best experience and had to wait close to 7 hours to get my car service. The worest part was that I could see my car not being worked on for a little over an hour and I still had to wait. I had and oil change, fulid change, and front brake pads done. I have gotten all three done before in less then 3 hours but it took close to 6 hours to complete. When I finally paid for the services I had to wait another 30 minutes for them to bring the car over. It was just sitting there not being worked on so I don't know why it took so long to retrieve it. Another thing I did not like is the some what tricky they play on the customer. When initially they gave me the amount for brake pad service they wanted to charge me $500. There was no way I was paying that much when I know I can get it done else where. When I saw this I told them I would pass on the service but some how there was a $275 deal that popped out of no where that made it make more sense to do the brake pads there. Being that they are the suppose to be the helpful Honda people you would assume they would give you the best price but they were not so helpful. You would assume they would offer then best deals they have bit this was not the case. The other thing they also did was a last minute add on to change my battery. For some reason it wasn't on the initial assessment but right when I went to go pay there was all of a sudden decrease in energy on my battery. It seemed like it was fine when I brought it in but now they are telling me I need a new battery. There wasn't a service to my car that required the use of electricity but now it seems like I need a new car battery. I have taken my car here twice and both times have been great. They also found the best deals for me so I didn't need to ask then to look anything up but this time around the experience was not the best. Not sure if I will come back again. Also just to note I did have an appointment at 8:20am but go there at 8am and it looked like was 1 of 5 cars there in the morning so not sure why it took so long. Does seem like an appointment made any difference.

The guy that helped me was rude and disrespectful at a time I was going through a tragedy with my car. When I first went in to take my car he was nice energetic polite. When I went to go clean out my car due to it being totaled he looked up no eye contact and said what are you here for? I let him know what car I had and gave him the reason. He then said There is a $199.88 estimate fee. I have full coverage and my insurance said they will take care of it. He said that I cannot clean out my car until I get my money. I'm going to get my money one way or another before you can get your things. Even after speaking with the AAA adjuster who told him no fees should be charged to me he argued it. I paid it bc I just wanted to leave. After I paid it he was talkative again so I could leave happy. Im sorry but you are not what the commercials say random acts of kindness. I was going thru a hard time and was given a lemon for sympothy.

I went in because my AC stopped working. I had gotten one quote from my old mechanic for 2700 but I wanted a second opinion. After diagnostic testing, they told me that the air compressor had completely failed and needed replacement for 6800! They then reduced it to 5380 which is still almost double the other quote. This is ridiculous and now I am out $200 because of their diagnostic test. I am never going to Buena Park Honda again. Ridiculous prices.

My Honda Accord was sold to me at a used car dealership unrelated to this one with a faulty part. I argued with my bank, the dealership, my sales rep and they had me running everywhere. I was going mad until I made my way to the Buena Park Honda Service Center. I was by a member of their service team, David Park who was friendly and treated me like a human. He took the time to look over my paperwork and explain everything to me. He helped me understand my warranty and kept me in the loop every step of the way. In quick and efficient time I had all my problems swept away. Thank you again David for the spectacular service, I am forever grateful for him and the team at Honda
