Where do I start. First they tried to scam me for inspection fee for stuuf that was going to be fixed under recall. Then this(see pictures). Not a word from anybody to remove the seats, or we did this because we had to and fidn know how to put it together. The job the did seemed rushed and sloppy. I had to put bolt covers myself. Stay away. Can't wait for car dealers to become obsolete.

I cannot begin to describe how amazing my car buying experience was at Buena Park Honda. My sale representative Agustin was top notch. He displayed the utmost professionalism, knowledge and kindness. I never felt pressured into buying anything. Instead, I felt like he really listened to what my needs were and helped me find a car perfect for me. The whole process was easy, quick and painless. I definitely recommend if your in the market for a vehicle, to go with Buena Park Honda and ask for Agustin. He will help you find exactly what you are looking for.Thank you to the finance team for being very upfront and informative. It s comforting knowing that Buena Park Honda is more concerned with getting you the best possible rate than trying to sell you. **David Park: Not the Sharpest Knife in the Drawer**I recently had the unfortunate need to interact with the service department at Buena Park Honda, and the experience left me utterly disappointed, primarily due to the service advisor, David Park. It is with a sense of duty to my fellow consumers that I share this experience, hoping to spare others the same frustration.David Park, in his role as a service advisor, displayed a shocking lack of professionalism and customer service skills. One would expect a service advisor to be knowledgeable, helpful, and reassuring. Instead, Mr. Park was the polar opposite: dismissive, unhelpful, and at times, downright rude.The communication was abysmal. I'm shocked that someone with such a low aptitude in personal skills is allowed within 10 feet of any customers at all.Moreover, his demeanor and attitude made me feel as though my patronage and concerns were not only unvalued but unwelcome. It is perplexing and deeply troubling that Buena Park Honda would entrust someone so lacking in basic customer service skills and empathy with such a critical role.The experience has significantly tarnished my view of Buena Park Honda. It is clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority, at least not when dealing with David Park. It is my firm belief that he should not be allowed to interact with customers in any capacity, let alone as a service advisor. The management needs to take immediate action to address this issue to prevent further damage to their reputation and customer relationships.To those in need of service at Buena Park Honda: you have been warned. Seek out a different advisor, or better yet, consider taking your business to the much more welcoming Ocean Honda.

Excellent service. Got my 2024 Honda CRV with all the help given to me. The process was seamless and smooth. Shout out to Chase, Garret and CJ. I am so happy with my car. I believe they are the driving force that made me decide to choose the best.

I was searching for a 2023 Civic Type R since February, and had actually given up a couple times. I was done with dealerships making you feel "unworthy" if you were not willing to pay $25k over Msrp.Buena Park Honda, is in a different league than All other SoCal dealerships.From the initial call after seeing the Type R on their website...they were helpful 100%. Julie(I hope I have that name right) took the time to hear me out on the deal I wanted to make. She was super nice and actually helped me run my offer to the dealer Management.Before I knew it, the GM called me directly and locked in my deal.The next morning I arrived at Buena Park Honda and purchased My Sonic Grey 2023 Civic Type R....dirty trick, "I am Waiting for V.I.P Martin, Let's go for a ride" sign hanging from the rear view was the nail in the coffin for me going home with the car.The sells rep, Sabastian was extremely helpful, patient, and went above to ensure my purchase experience went by as smooth as possible.Long winded response, but I will continue to do business with Buena Park Honda and purchase my next Type R from them in the future.-Martin

I met with Ed for a new Accord with a target price which I had on hand. I only went to them because I wanted a different color (base, not premium) which wasn't available anywhere else. I was ready to pay slightly more than my price on hand for the color but Ed was very condescending throughout and kept indirectly telling me I was lying. He let me meet his manager though who was worse. This manager claimed that they normally sell the Accord at about 6k more than what I was asking for which was blatantly inflated. Obviously I walked out of there and closed with another dealership for the color I wanted at about 1k more than my initial price.If the manager wasn't joking, they're either ripping off their customers or taking us to be fools

Staff was Excellent, everyone was welcoming, and at no point did we feel pressured in to buying. Make sure to ask For Mike Checkman, he was funny, nice, and went above and beyond for us to get a sweet deal on a new Honda CRV. Without him I doubt we would get the deal we got. The general Manager introduced himself and was also very courteous and helped seal the deal. I will definitely be returning to get my next honda here.

I would like to thank Hazel Prado my sales consultant for being patient with me, my anxiety was at an all time high. This was my 1st new car purchase and she worked with the sales manager Steve Choi to make sure I was comfortable in the process. They made sure I got the exact car and color i wanted, by going the extra step and bringing in my car from somewhere else.

I Just purchased a car from Honda in Buena Park California with Chris Maae. I m so happy, he was so professional and was able to get me the car I wanted in a timely manner! What a total waste of my time. I arrived at around 9:40am on a Wednesday. I was told the visit would take approximately 2 to 2.5 hours, and asked if I wanted to wait or go home. I always wait. The estimate is about right for my visits.I was asked by service guy Jonathan if I wanted my AC looked at, since Civics are known to have problems with it. I said no, it's not necessary because, after all, it's early February, and I don't blast my AC when it's 50 degrees outside.After 2 hours and 40 minutes, nobody had come to talk to me, ask me questions, give me an update, etc. I got up and since Jonathan wasn't around, I asked Omar for any update. Apparently, the car's AC system was being looked at. Huh?Finally after nearly 3.5 hours, when they were done with the inspection, I left. I didn't get a text with service options to approve or deny. I didn't get anything for my visit except a cup of coffee and free wifi.I'll have to go back another time to get my B17 service done, and options for tires.I don't want to go back. I will, but I will absolutely NOT be working with Jonathan. Anyone but Jonathan.You need to give customers updates. If not after an hour, at least 90 minutes. I have things I need to do later. I can't be sitting in the Honda dealership for an oil change for 4 or 5 hours. That's ridiculous.This was a complete waste of time and an awful experience.If you're reading this, and are going to the dealership, do not use Jonathan, unless you want to spend your whole day there and not get anything done to your vehicle.

The service was bad and they weren't telling the truth. I called in to check on 1 car to see it still available, someone said let me check and said yes still available and transfer me to sales rep. which the phone kept ringing and no answer. When we drove there one of the sale rep said it sold this morning and referred me to different rep and said the car already sold yesterday. Really. If you consider to buy car at this Dealer, please think twice before you buy. I wouldn't refer anybody nobody to this Dealer.

Exceptional experience start to finish! Anthony greeted me right away and helped me out. Dean, the sales manager, worked out a an awesome deal, and he really took the time to make sure I was comfortable from the time I got there till when I drove away. Thank you Dean. Be careful purchasing from this dealership!! They sell used cars knowing they have extensive maintenance issues. Purchased a Hyundai from them whose engine gave out less than 4 weeks later. They promised the vehicle was thoroughly evaluated for any and all problems. Extremely dishonest and shady tactics.

I had spoke to an employee over text and told him i was looking for a car that was no more than $20k a used vehicle , i told him i had low credit the exact number and all and if it was possible to help me out. He shows a brand new car to my mom lol like really keeps up there for 3ish hours with barely any updates so we ended up just leaving. This experience had me loosing hope i almost was ready to quit but luckily ended up going to enterprise car sales and it was an excellent experience. Now i keep getting calls from hondda lol and a bunch of mail just very horrible experience

I love getting my car serviced here. David Park is a great Service Consultant who is very knowledgeable and passionate about helping customers. He shares a lot of good information on the vehicle and explaining any services that are being done your vehicle. Overall I am very satisfied with the services as well as the breakdowns on the cost. Aside from the vehicle, David also shared information on his recent successful diet which was quite motivational for me. His service was very personable yet very professional. I will definitely return for my future service needs.

I arrived expecting to be driving off in a new car. The salesman Freddy Padilla was very professional. Gave me some good information, showed me a few cars I was interested in. Took me for a test drive. Answered some more questions. He got me all prepared to purchase the car. Then General sales manager Oscar Mercado step in to close the deal. This guy is the exact reason people would rather go to a dentist than go to a car dealership. I informed Oscar that I was a former car salesman and just wanted a fair deal. Mr. Mercado told me the best he could do is MSRP (manufacturer suggested retail price, no discount at all). Honestly that s the last thing I thought he would say. Oscar in his short sightedness could have made money on my beautiful trade which was purchased from Buena Park Honda. If you do decide to go to Buena Park Honda. Ask for Freddy Padilla a really professional, hard working salesman. Then request someone other than Oscar Mercardo so you don t waist your time! So 5 stars for Freddy Padilla minus 4 star for Oscar = 1.

BE WARE OF THIS DEALER SHIP, I would not recommend buying from them, they are scammers and are very sneaky. I recently purchased a Pre Owned Honda Accord and was having sensor problems, took it to two tire shops come to find out my car was previously involved in an accident, was NOT noted on the car fax when I purchased. Respectfully I addressed the situation to not one but two people from the dealership was told there was nothing they can do. I would have to pay an additional $200 dollars to get sensors checked when that should ve been done pre listing. I m very upset and expressed this to a service manager all I got was cool- no problem I have screen shots and will be posting. AGAIN STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER. I promise it s not worth it.

He made the entire process very easy for me and I loved his genuine service, and I can t forget Mike s and Hazels wonderful service as well. They all made me feel like I was family or such. First of all I want to start off by saying everyone who helped me was so nice and comforting. I want to give a big thank you to Michelle. She was so nice explained the warranty and alarm system to us. She is literally one of a kind such a stress free experience signing all those papers and obtaining the warranty with honda. Alejandro was also super helpful with us and very nice and understanding to meet all our needs. I m more than happy with my Honda experience I hope it continues!

I brought in my 2005 Honda Accord for repairs. I was told that the repairs would be very expensive so I just wanted to see what a newer car would be. Maybe like a used one. I never knew that leasing a new car would be more affordable. So now I have a brand new 2024 Honda Accord. I never thought that I would be able to get a brand new car.

Service is great. Haven't personally bought a car from here but brought in my 2019 Honda Pilot. Omar serviced it and kept me apprised of any issues. Great service!
