Scott was a very good advisor. His help was great. One thing, it took a long time to get 2 tires installed. 2 hours and a hour to get my car wash.other than that he was great.

The service department is very friendly and professional. They addressed my concerns over a manufacturer defect and resolved the issue in a timely manner. Also, don t overlook them if you need new tires. They came very close to dedicated tire shops and you get the piece of mind knowing it was serviced at BMW to their standards. Highly recommend!

The assistant received me with a warm greeting. She made it very quick to get the paperwork done. A 3 series was offered for temporary ride since this maintenance could take a couple of hours, which was a pleasant surprise as it turned out driving a 3 series was so good. I found it quite interesting that the mechanician took a video and shared with me detailing what he did with the car. It's kind of eye-opening. You got the chance to be knowledgeable without having to be crawling under. The service was done earlier than expected. The whole process is perfect . Reminder: don t forget to bring the key as you might forget to as the e-key on your phone tends to make you so do.

Took my BMW for maintenance. Always a great service experience with this team. Refugio helped me today. I was told recommended services and what is needed. No upselling rather honest straight info unlike other dealerships around. They are in temporary location as they renovate, but still good. Glad to experience a top notch experience this is how the experience should be Exceptional !!!If you guys need maintenance or want to buy a new or used BMW go to this location

I just recently had my M5 serviced by the dealer. My service advisor was Scott. Dealing with him was so easy and a pleasant experience. I had a really great experience with David Castillo, Service Consultant at BMW of Buena Park. It was quite refreshing since we had previously been taking our car to Shelly BMW, before it was bought out by BMW Of Buena Park. The previous owners left me feeling cheated and defeated as a female trying to get my car serviced. The previous owners lost my car keys and by coincidence , when I drove my car off their lot I had a service light in which repairs equated to the cost they paid to get my keys replaced. I struggled to go back to the location until an emergency brought me back. Thankfully the new owners of BMW Buena Park and their service people proved me wrong! David was pleasant, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to make sure I had a loaner despite my drop off being an emergency drop off. He checked for recalls and warranties. Worked with my budget by suggesting what was urgent to keep my car running. I felt very secure and taken care of and will definitely be taking my car back as needed.

My first service completed on my new BMW with Victoria at Buena Park BMW was excellent. I was hoping for a good service advisor and was happy to be assigned to her. Victoria is super friendly, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. She spent her time going over everything at intake and followed up with clear updates on my car. Excellent experience and now I have a service advisor I ll be calling for all my services going forward!

I go to BMW of Buena Park all the time, I have all three (3) of my BMWs serviced there. I go there because I really like the excellent service that I receive from my service consultant, Juan Carlos Gonzalez. He is helpful, he is courteous, and keeps in constant communication with me as to the status of my vehicles. However, I am loosing faith in the service mechanics at this location. I initially took my vehicle in regarding an oil leak or problem related to oil consumption. We did a test and even though they cannot find a problem they suggest other tests and service that is not really needed. When I received the inspection report this last time it was recommended that I replace my battery, along with a few other maintenance items which included a radiator hose. After going over the report with Juan Carlos, I asked him why I the service department was recommending a new battery when I had just purchased one from them not too long ago and why did I need a hose when they had changed out the whole radiator not to long ago. After Juan Carlos spoke with the service department it was determined that I didn't need a battery after all. But my question was did I need one in the first place or not. Did I get sold a faulty battery to start off? Maybe that battery you guys sold me was bad and you should have given me another one at no cost. I go there because you guys use genuine BMW parts, but then you tell me that I need a new radiator hose for a radiator that you guys changed. Do your parts not last that long or are you guys giving me cheap parts. Like I said, I go to this BMW dealer because of the service I receive from my Service Consultant, Juan Carlos Gonzalez, but I am considering taking all three of my BMWs to either another dealer or to a regular mechanic since I am not really getting any benefit from the parts that you guys are using.

My first visit to Auto nation BMW for an oil change, I was very impressed with their customer service skills.They conducted the repairs within 30 minutes. My service advisor was very friendly and helpful. I had a very pleasant experience.

David, my advisor was kind and helpful. Loved the service he provided me including the loan car.Unfortunately, my car got scratched after the service (24hrs) so I felt really bad. They promised me that they will fix it, but I feel bad that I have to come back and spend extra time for their fault.

During the week, I have a selection of 2 BMW dealerships I am close to. However, I truly go out of my way to take my car to Buena Park specifically to work with Chris Carillo. Chris is the most awesome service advisor of any cars I ve ever owned. Hands down he is the absolute best!

Had an afternoon appointment for yearly services. When we 1st arrived it was 6 cars ahead of me. I was thinking we're going to be here all day. My advisor, Brandon was nice and gave me recommendations for my car and finance options. He made sure we had a ride or if staying at dealership to wait. Gave use an estimated ready time and it actually was sooner than expected. Mechanic sent video footage to give update on the car and its condition. When picking up valet/service assistant check to see if our car was ready and gave me the keys but didn't say I need to see the advisor before leave so if I didn't see my emails regarding my invoice I could have just pulled off without paying, but still need to be signed out. Otherwise, great service no problems but the communication with whomever handed me the keys.

I am giving the BMW of Buena Park a 5-star rating, as it has offered me the best service with repairs and customer service. I first took my 8 Series BMW for an oil change to another BMW Dealer waiting for the best work, but they made a mistake, and my new car was leaking oil, I was so worried I took my car to BMW of Buena Park and they resolved all the issues the car had. I fully trust their opinions and decision-making on service issues needed. They not only sent me videos but also explained the diagnostics; I will be returning in the future for all my vehicle issues. I fully recommend this company for all your service needs only thing, please refill the regular sugar for the coffee

Ian Sampson was my Service Advisor. He was great. I was told that my car would be ready by 11:30 and it was right on time! A video of my car being serviced was sent to me as well! I really appreciate all of the details and extras that come with BMW Buena Park!

Took my car in for repairs after accidentally hitting a curb. There was a lot of downtime and headache due to the insurance company, but my service advisor, Scott, made sure to take care of me like family. Definitely recommend this dealership. Highly professional and qualitative with every aspect.

After a less than stellar experience previously, I reluctantly had my 3 series serviced here before the holidays. My new service advisor, Trixie, was amazing! After waiting nearly 10 minutes for someone to greet me at check in, Trixie approached me and then proceeded to care for me and my vehicle throughout the service experience. Unlike my former service advisor, Scott, who left a really bad impression on me, Trixie reinstated my confidence in this service center. The difference was Scott tried to upsell me on every little unnecessary item (including new tires on a car that was less than a year old at the time), was not detail oriented (completely overlooked my full lineup of warranties), and wouldn t provide shuttle service or loaner vehicle despite promising me either option upon booking my appointment. If you re going to book a service appointment at this dealership, I highly suggest you request an advisor like Trixie who will see you as a client, not a customer, and most of all, treat you with respect.

The level of service here at BMW of Buena Park is always great! What I don't like over the years with this place is that it still doesn't have a fleet of loaner cars. If they can seriously get that remedied, I would give this dealership 5 Stars!

Great service always in and out fast. Great ride service from uber when needed and competitive pricing. Chris is always helpful and thorough and updates everything and car inspection video is great too and detailed to see what's going on which helps. Def recommend ty for great service!

I ve worked with Ian S. a couple times now. Everything from basic maintenance to big repairs. Ian is always informative, communicative, and friendly. I don t live very close to Buena Park, but I always take my BMW here because I feel that my car is in the best hands here.

So, I didn t know that the service dept. Had temporarily moved to another location(which is not too far from the normal spot). It was different but I didn t seem to mind it. I m sure other people will complain about something!! But for the most part the service was good and the service advisor I had is always helpful and kept me informed of what s going on w/me vehicle.

This is a great dealership. Scott Book, my service advisor took care of all my 430i's needs. I've been to other BMW dealerships and there is always something to frown at. Not at BMW of Buena Park.

Took my car in for a scheduled oil change at noon. No one ever called, text or emailed me the status of my car. I called at 5pm for an update knowing that the service center closes at 6pm. I was told that someone would call me back in 5-10 mins. That call never came. I called back at 6 and of course the service center was closed. The phone system is horrible, so it took me about 10 mins to reach a real person, who basically just laughed and told me that they closed at 6 so I shouldn t be surprised that the phone wasn t being answered. She said she would transfer me to a manager and then the call was dropped. This is beyond frustrating. This was a simple oil change, that s it. I was able to get a number for the service manager Tim and left him a message. It is now the next day at 10am and the service center opens at 7 am. Tim still hasn t called me back. I got a text from a Scott letting me know that my car is ready for pick up and needs to be picked up by 5pm. Unbelievable that this is the level of customer service this location is providing their customers. I had to miss work today because I didn t have my car. Ridiculous .Clearly the management team isn t doing their job. Someone should know and be following up on what is being serviced daily and the status of those vehicles. No one is doing that

It was my first time here for oil change service. They assigned me to a very busy service man. He was busy when i came in . While doing paperwork i saw a few others were free, not having customers . Then the car was done and i paid online right away so i could go pick up my car. When i came, the same service man didnt help me through because he was so busy again with other customers while i noticed a lot of other staff was free. Those staff saw me standing there and waiting so they told me where to go and what to do. Service not friendly here.

I requested for not only maintenance service but also software upgrade and overall check. The maintenance was done greatly, but what I requested for software upgrade was not appropriately done. Moreover, I had a loaner car that was completely out of gas that it was stopped right in front of the dealership. I had to push the car and wait for another 30 minutes. The cost for the service was more than $2,000, but it was not satisfactory.
