I was warmly greeted by the staff, who were both friendly and knowledgeable. They efficiently processed my vehicle in, confirming the service details and providing a clear outline of what the service entailed.Upon completion of the service, my BMW was returned to me washed and vacuumed, which was a nice touch. The difference in performance was noticeable as soon as I got behind the wheel. The car ran smoothly, with the engine feeling more responsive. It's evident that the service carried out by the technicians not only maintained but improved the performance of my vehicle.

I worked with Michael Thomas on the purchase of a used Subaru Outback and couldn t be happier! I had found the vehicle on CarFax and when I inquired I was completely honest and told him I wasn t ready to purchase right away. He asked if he could give me price updates to which I said yes, and after over a month I was ready to work out a deal. I asked for his out the door price, and it was exactly what I was presented with in finance. Absolutely no surprises in the process of purchasing my vehicle. Very happy with the whole process, and especially Michael Thomas!

My father and I were treated as valued customers and we were very satisfied with our new BMW (i4 M50). Thanks to Chris Corral and Sean Jelvani, We had a great experience working with them as we came in looking for an early birthday present for me. They both answered the various inquiries we had and were very professional. Chris, especially, was able to discuss some details in Spanish to my Father, which was also very helpful. I just bought the 2024bmw X5 50e from here. The sales staff here are very enthusiastic and professional, answering various questions and helping me familiarize myself with the performance and control of the new car. The sales team is also very willing to discuss the sales price with me. , I bought a new car as I wished. Very good deal. Very happy, thank you very much to the sales assistants for their efforts. Today was a great day. Let me tell you all why! I found a beautiful pre-owned vehicle in my price range and now I own it! Went on over to Buena Park BMW and was immediately greeted by Sean Jelvani. He was able to help me out right away find my vehicle with no time wasted! Sean s energy is just unmatched he seemed to be as excited as I was! He was there for any accommodations that I needed. I ve been to quite a few dealerships that make buying a car more on the transactional side and just push to get your money. Here Sean Jelvani made it more personable. Sean gave us the family member treatment. He didn t rush us into anything, gave us the breakdown of everything and when we were waiting on the bank, he treated us to some food!! YES FOOD!! I know that s not always the case but man I felt at home here! This made the car buying process so much better and I felt relaxed! I know I d definitely be coming back maybe just to even visit. Main dealership showroom/service dept. are going under a major renovation. Temporary service station and process is surprisingly well organized and well-staffed. Updates on service progress are sent via text and email. Completion of service is notified by phone and text. Staff was very professional and courteous. Very satisfied with my experience.

I recently purchased a 2010 Infiniti FX35 from Buena Park BMW AutoNation, and it has been an incredibly frustrating and concerning experience as a customer.At the time of purchase, I decided to acquire an Engine and Transmission warranty based on the advice of a finance associate. However, my problems began two days later when I noticed a leak under my car. Initially, it was a minor issue, possibly related to the AC, as I had heard that AutoNation does thorough inspections. Unfortunately, my optimism was short-lived.Approximately a month after the purchase, on September 21, 2023, I faced a much more severe problem. While driving to work, I noticed smoke coming from the engine. Alarmed, I pulled over and discovered significant water flowing from the engine. Naturally, I immediately turned off the vehicle and contacted roadside assistance, which towed my car to AutoNation Jaguar Woodland Hills for diagnosis.To my shock, I was informed that the radiator had a severe leak, causing substantial water flow. I expected the warranty I had purchased would cover such a critical issue. However, my hopes were dashed when AutoNation Jaguar Woodland Hills communicated that the warranty did not cover the radiator failure. Instead, I was advised to contact Buena Park BMW, where I had purchased the vehicle, for assistance. This even though I had spent my hard earned money on a warranty to avoid such out of pocket expenses.Moreover, Buena Park BMW AutoNation refused to take responsibility, claiming the vehicle was sold "as is." This lack of accountability and the terrible customer service I received left me deeply dissatisfied with my recent purchase. As a customer, I expected better treatment and service, especially after investing in a vehicle and an additional warranty.This experience has left me frustrated and concerned about the integrity of the products and services offered by Buena Park BMW AutoNation.I strongly urge potential buyers to reconsider their options and think twice before purchasing from this dealership. A business should stand by its products and provide its customers with the necessary support, especially when issues arise shortly after the purchase.

Ty was the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. He made this car buying experience a wonderful thing. It was fun, pleasant and honest. I told him what I needed and wanted, and he delivered!! I had been to 2 other dealerships, we won t mention. Ty leveled up.. and will have my business again. The dealership is completely the best experience!!! It s how every dealership should be!

I would like to thank Refugio and his team. I brought my X3 in for their alignment deal for $79.99 ( crazy good deal). They cleaned it inside and out and the alignment. Printed a copy of the before and after the work.I bought the car used with only 1 key fob. I asked him to give me a price for a 2nd key fob. He came back with the best price I could find anywhere. Another dealer wanted $250 more.I am very happy with my service there. Refugio in the service dept. was very helpful and answered all my question.

Went there for test drive, sales guy was very supportive of any questions we had. We ended up buying a vehicle from different BMW dealership as the model we were looking for wasn t there. Overall, good experience. Very transparent when it comes to pricing and other terms and conditions, will definitely choose them next time.

Juan Carlos provided me a vip experience by making great recommendations of what my vehicle needed based on the systems of the vehicle. Buena Park BMW provided an amazing in depth video with a multi point inspection that showed me the true condition of the underside of my vehicle! Great purchasing experience with the used BMW M5 and the team at AutoNation BMW of Buena Park. It s a big purchase of a hi performance luxury car and I was flying in from out of town and then driving 6 hours home. The vehicle inspections (including mechanic s video and critical measurements) Carfax and details were very complete and accurate. The car is fabulous and was serviced and as advertised with NO surprises. Thank you Juno.

Great service department here - highly recommend Scott Books as a service advisor. Noted all of the issues I had with the car correctly so that the techs were able to work on them. The video overview that the tech left was detailed and thorough as well. Overall, the entire service department was friendly, courteous, and competent.Bring your car here with confidence!

Daniel, the service department, and Greg Martinez , the sales guy, were very great, I purchased a brand new G87 M2. The only issue I had was the markup, as when I first ordered my car, I was told there was no markup, but then I was told I had a markup. Lucky for me, my salesperson did everything he could to lower the markup rate to as low as he could, talking to the manager to try and get me almost no markup. Daniel is my service tech, and he has been helpful throughout my maintenance and car issues. If you are trying to buy a car, I suggest you go through Greg Martinez.

Dont take your trade here. I bought from them and when i returned to trade the car in they wanted to rip me off and give me 10k less than everyone else? Autonation used to be the best but i went to a different bmw 12min away and they gave an offer worthy of my respect. Really disappointed in my whole experience at this dealer. Im generally dissatisfied with the leadership in this dealer if they think they can go around stealing money from people who want to sell/trade their car. Funny thing is theyre selling my car with more miles than mine for 47k and yet theyre buying my car for 33k? So they intend to make 14k profit on my car? Thats being greedy. I will not be recommending this dealer to anyone i car about. I am posting pix of their appraisal vs carmax big difference.

Please be aware that this place is marking up rates by 3% or more. We got pre-approved through several banks and then they tried to tell us that BMW Finance was the lowest rate when we knew Cap 1 and Chase came in by two points lower. I used to be an F&I Manager and I know dealerships markup rates. When I called them on this, their Finance person told me the bank marks up the rate. That makes no sense. They are so unethical here. We got a new car at a lower rate at Fletcher Jones.
