I had the best and easiest experience here getting my 2018 mustang gt, as compared to other small dealerships I went to while shopping for my next vehicle. I came to this location because of a specific vehicle I found listed online but I'm glad I ended up here. If you are buying used the prices are non negotiable they are calculated by the blue book value then priced competitively based off that, typically a couple thousand below kbb. They check the vehicle thoroughly during their inspection process, my car came with brand new tires (other places had cheap brand names or used old ones on their cars) as well as the car came immaculate inside and out. I went with the extended warranty for oil/fluid changes, and tire and wheel protection, and for a really good price. I also opted for the ceramic coating to keep the paint looking pristine, it cost 1500 extra which is fair compared to the cost at other places to do that. I'd recommend coming here to anybody who needs a vehicle

I went to auto nation on 03/28 to purchase a new car that I saw they had in their inventory (2023 Rav 4 2023) because my prev toyota Rav 4 2021 was totaled in an accident I had. Thankfully, they were very communicative, very friendly, and helped me set up an appointment that worked with my availability. They also were letting me know if the car I liked was still available since it was 2 days until my appointment. Thankfully, the car I wanted was still available, and they were very patient with me. Omid was initially helping me but had to leave early, so Chandler helped me for the rest of the night to answer my questions and joined me for the test drive. Rafael helped me close the deal and was also great help. GREAT energy overall at autonation Buena Park. Was my first time there, and they have amazing communication services. They asked the best method of communication for me and my availability (when's best to contact me) and took all that into consideration. They were available via email, text, and call. They never gave me attitude, even though we were there past 9pm (closing time!). They were patient, understanding, cooperative, and helpful. I feel comfortable enough to call & or email them with my questions or concerns. I appreciate them checking in as well via email in case I had any questions about my car's warranties or in case I needed help setting up the car features/settings to my liking. Thank you!

Sang was my advisor and hands down the best customer service I ve ever received. Right from the beginning I could tell he was genuinely concerned for my safety, he got me in and out promptly which was great as I had to get back to work. He kept me appraised with updates and was very knowledgeable in regards to any questions I had. Even got me into a great rental! I highly recommend him as a service adviser. Will be returning to Sang.

It was a pleasure from the time I arrived until I left. The service team ALL were amazing.I love bringing my car in on Saturdays because I know that I ll be helped quickly and efficiently. The comfortable waiting room, the nice refreshments, clean environment, clean restrooms and well lighted facility is a bonus.Thank you Toyota Auto Nation for such great hospitality.. Great staff wouldn t take my car anywhere else to be serviced!

I don't recommend doing business with this dealership. My wife & I purchased a new vehicle earlier this year which I left a very large down payment & had the remaining balance paid off through our credit union less than 2 months of purchase since we decided to refinance with them. Plus, we were mislead & the dealership made us believe we could do an option contract to get a lower interest rate through the credit union which would have to be done within 5 x days of purchase date. I worked hard & quickly with my credit union to have a check sent for the payout amount before the 5 x days were up, but the dealership finalized the finance right away & everything the credit union & i did was for nothing! I had to wait 1 x month to receive the first bill from Toyota to re-start the finance process with my credit union. For several weeks, I would call wanting to speak with the finance manager that handled our paperwork & could never get through to him. I sent emails as well & no response. For several weeks I called multiple times & spoke with multiple sales reps that would continue to transfer me to the finance department which no one would answer. I felt like I was being pushed off to the side & nobody cared about my inquiry. Eventually I spoke with someone else in finance & was told that a printout would be left on the finance manager's desk to handle this matter & contact me as soon as possible. He never did, instead days later I received a call from a finance director wanting to speak to my wife, which the call wasn't even for me or about the inquiry I've been calling about this whole time, but I took advantage & explained the situation & expressed my disappointment. This is how this dealership handles business & treats their customers? After leaving a large down payment, getting mislead & paying off the account in less than 2 months, I get left hanging for multiple weeks? They claimed everyone was busy, but this is the end result in my situation. I wont be doing future business with this dealership & wont be recommending them to anyone after my frustrating & disappointing experience!

I have a fleet vehicle which can be difficult for dealers when it comes to charging the service on the fleet card.However, Mark Anderson is great! He completely understands the working of fleet vehicles and it s never an issue to get the maintenance done. He s extremely efficient, easy to work with and makes the whole experience a joy.

I had such a wonderful experience. Everyone, from the first person I met to the financier, Joseph, had been so hospitable. Jay was my salesman. He was so patient and thorough, answering all my questions and giving me different perspectives and options. I would truly recommend anyone to this dealership. They worked with me all the way. I am so happy with my new vehicle!

We had the pleasure of working with Edwin in getting my uncle his dream car. My uncle was able to walk out with his 2023 tundra. Edwin took his time to explain the process to him in Spanish along with showing him the features of the truck, the rest of the staff also made it a very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend Toyota auto nation they have professional costumer service. We thank Edwin for taking his time with us as my uncle patiently chose the perfect car for him that would fit every aspect of his work and social life.

Carlos at Toyota in Buena Park was super helpful and was very attentive. He made me feel comfortable choosing the right fit for me. The whole process was easy and fast and was explained thoroughly, the staff was super nice and super helpful. I highly recommend Toyota, especially for people who are first timers to go get some information on a car they always wanted or just to browse, Toyota will definitely make you feel welcomed and will work out the best deals no matter what. We drove all the way from Monterey County to get the same model/trim/packages for about $20K less than our local dealer. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We did have to sit around for a couple hours while they were doing something with paperwork to close the sale. It seems that modern technology should make that a very fast process. The push for the extended warranty was a bit of oversell. They have a very hard time accepting that a customer trusts Toyota to make a reliable car. Overall it was a positive experience.

As far as service department goes, chose mark everytime! He s always got the biggest smile on his face and makes your time there enjoyable. I have an almost 2 year old who is hard to entertain but mark did just that. Showed us where all the facilities were, and even gave me a 5 minute heads up when my car would be ready. I really appreciated him today. Thanks again

Beware of Deceptive Practices and Poor Customer Service at Buena Park Toyota DealershipI am deeply disappointed and frustrated with the dishonesty and lack of professionalism exhibited by Buena Park Toyota dealership, particularly by their service advisor, Sang Choi.Just two weeks after purchasing a tire from a Toyota dealership in Pasadena for my 2023 Toyota Prius Prime, I experienced a puncture in the same tire. Upon towing my car to Buena Park Toyota for inspection and replacement, I was met with outright rudeness and hostility from Sang Choi. It was clear that he harbored disdain for his job and treated customers with unwarranted attitude.Despite my reasonable inquiry about warranty coverage for the tire, Sang Choi callously dismissed me, claiming there was no warranty offered at their location. However, upon contacting the Pasadena dealership, I discovered that any tire purchased and installed by a Toyota dealership is indeed covered under warranty for two years.It is utterly unacceptable that Sang Choi and Buena Park Toyota would blatantly disregard Toyota's warranty policy and subject customers to such deceitful practices. Not only did they refuse to honor the warranty I was entitled to, but Sang Choi's unprofessional behavior further exacerbated the situation.I caution anyone considering doing business with Buena Park Toyota to think twice. Their deceptive practices and poor customer service, exemplified by Sang Choi's disrespectful demeanor, make them unworthy of trust or patronage. My experience serves as a stark warning to others to beware of Buena Park Toyota's unethical conduct and mistreatment of customers.

1st I would love the thank Big Joe for helping me get into a new 2024 Rav 4.I was shopping around to see prices and to see who would be raw and honest about making a big purchase like this. I am a women and most people would take advantage of that in the car community, but Joe didn t he laid out all my options and help me pick the best one for me.If you re ever in need to buy a Toyota i highly recommend going to see Joe at Toyota Buena Park.

I had the best experience at this dealer I was looking for something affordable in my budget it did not matter if it was new or used I just needed a car Bassam my advisor was great I cant be grateful enough I never thought I would be able to get credit for a new car he made everything possible I wanted a small economical little car and I ended up getting a compact SUV that was in my price range. Hugo for financing was also great with getting me a great deal and payments. Thank you gentlemen for making my dream care come true you guys are amazing.

Who would've thought that the car buying process would be something to rave about in a review, right? After going through countless dealerships and talking to many salesmen (which of course everyone dreads), I actually had quite the seamless process at Buena Park Toyota. I landed here just by elimination, and boy did they stand out. Jose was my salesman and Jason took care of the financing portion. Everyone was extremely respectful and felt like they truly cared about my needs with the whole experience. I've already recommended BP Toyota to my friends and family. Great job overall!

Subject: Review of Buena Park ToyotaI am a Korean who has lived in the United States for 25 years and I wanted to share my experience with Buena Park Toyota. I purchased a vehicle from them in 2022 and wanted to provide an update on my experience with their dealership in 2024.When I initially worked with Korean salespeople at the time of purchase, I had hoped for smooth communication and mutual understanding. Unfortunately, I found them to be very rude. If there are any Koreans reading this review, I would recommend considering a different dealership. This also applies to my experience with Korean staff in the vehicle repair department. It seems that they do not prioritize the customer's perspective.I did have a positive experience with a specific individual at the repair center last December. A person wearing glasses, who was seated at the far left of the repair center, was incredibly kind and helpful, which helped alleviate some of the discomfort I had experienced during my vehicle purchase in 2022. However, my recent visit to the same service center with another Toyota vehicle for repair, and my interaction with the assigned Korean service advisor, reaffirmed my initial concerns. It appears that there has been no improvement.I want to emphasize that this review is specific to certain individuals and I hope that others do not have the same negative experience. I believe that there are kind sales and repair staff at Buena Park Toyota, but unfortunately, my interactions have not reflected that. Thank you for considering my feedback.

Had a wonderful buying experience all thanks to Israel. He was extremely helpful and made me feel extremely confident in my choice of vehicle. The process did not feel long at all and Israel took his time explaining all the features on my new car. Would definitely recommend this dealer and Israel and will be sure to come back if I ever want another car

I can honestly say, this is the first experience I have had with a car dealership where everything is transparent. I personally dealt with Jose, and Steven while putting a down-payment on a car and both were great. Very helpful and genuine. The sales manager, Alex, was also very honest and went out of his way to help in any way possible. I had the finance portion handled by Jason, who was also very helpful and transparent. I was pleasantly surprised by everyone at Buena Park AutoNation Toyota. I cannot recommend them enough.

Had an amazing experience with Fernando at Auto Nation Toyota Buena Park. He was honest, professional, and always updated me on the status of the vehicle I ordered. It was a completely different experience than I ve had in the past. I live two hours away and received the best customer service from Fernando. In the future, for my next car I will start the process with Auto Nation Toyota Buena Park and will request Fernando. I bighly recommend them to anyone interested in buying a vehicle

Unlike many dealership experiences I have had in the past, I truly felt like the Buena Park Toyota staff wanted to make sure I got the truck I wanted. Not just whatever they had on the lot. Frankie was a very helpful salesman and Eric in finance was as well. The entire staff made my last purchase a great experience!

Peter (Service Associate) is in need of retraining and coaching. He did not look at the maintenance history for my car as other service associates had in the past and as a result unnecessary work was done. Because of this, I was charged for this unnecessary work when it should have been covered by the extended service. Had Peter looked at the maintenance history, it all could have been avoided. When I inquired about my extended service, he informed me that I needed to go and talk to someone in Finance and did not provide a name of anyone to speak too. I walked over to Finance to find no one, but the GM. I explained the situation, and he immediately looked up the information on my car (something Peter failed to do). He was able to view the history and explain in detail what was covered and what service should have been done. He called over the service manager and they both were able to resolve the issue with no problems. Their customer service, professionalism and simple attention to detail eased my mind and made the service process easier. I commend the management team on their fast and efficient resolution to the unnecessary problem Peter created.

I was compelled by Toyota to purchase an extensions coverage for the vehicle, despite the salesman already offering me my desired price. The individual responsible for my paperwork at his office was particularly insistent on me buying the extension, even though I explicitly expressed my disinterest. He became aggressive and confrontational, persistently pushing me to make the purchase. Eventually, he negotiated a lower price, but I remained unsatisfied with the overall experience. Toyota should prioritize customer satisfaction instead of employing such tactics.

Went in for my 150,000 mile service and tire rotation, the service advisor sent videos and pictures to update you about your car while waiting, while doing the tire rotation they found a nail in the tire and repaired it. They did a really good job.
