I ordered my tires from Amazon and chose to get them installed here. It was such a good deal. It was 24.99 each. I ended up paying almost 300 dollars extra than I should have due to their negligence. I got my tires changed and they were not careful while doing it and scratched both of my front rims. After I told them, I was told they would fix it and til this day i have not heard back from them. I talked to Kevin about this and I had known about one of them and then I noticed it was actually both. My car is a lease and I have to return it without any damage on my rims. At the end its going to cost me more to fix something that could obviously be fixed.

Such a great experience with American Tire Depot. I was assisted by Joseph who made everything a breeze. From the time I dropped my car off to the time it was ready for pick up, had excellent service with Joseph. Also had my oil changed there as well. Great price for the service I received.

I used to come here when it was a little tire shop that specialized in Kumho tires. The guy that ran the place was hit or miss with friendliness, but they had great prices on tires. I came here recently since they were bought out by American Tire Depot and had great service all around. I ordered the tires I wanted from their website after shopping around numerous other shops online. The tires were shipped to the store within a day or two. I made sure to make my appointment for first thing in the morning on a Saturday. A couple other customers came through while I was there, so it definitely wasn't busy. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. The exact price I was quoted online was what I paid. I did quite a bit of research on the tires I wanted, and the shop was by far the cheapest with the out the door pricing. Don't let those other shops that talk about getting a tire for free or getting several hundred dollars off your order. You might get that price off the tires or get a tire for free but look at the out the door pricing. That's where they get you. Nobody else was cheaper than this place. Also, the manager was friendly and efficient. I will definitely be back in the future.

Quick and easy. The employees were amazing. While I was waiting, I saw how they took care of all the clients. They also kept meUpdated in every step of the process. I would come back and definitely recommend the place to friends. Budget friendly too.

I ve had a few instances of needing tire repairs and patches for my Tesla X and the guys here did a really good job. Front desk guy is always friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend

I went there because I had a flat tire and they fixed it for free yes free and it only took maybe about 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends. Also The guy there was super friendly I love this place . My new tire place. thank you so much.

Jose is a kind, professional, and honest person. I came in to get a tire rotation after my mechanic said he doesn t work on Teslas. I asked Jose how much the tire rotation was and he said free. I was surprised and asked if he s sure and he confirmed. I have a Benz that has run flat tires that need to be replaced in a few thousand miles and I will be back to order and install a new set of tires. It s rare to find an ethical business and I m glad I have a tire shop that I can rely on. Thank you Jose! You ve got a new loyal customer and my family and I will be back.

I take all my personal and work vehicles to American Tire Depot. David, and his crew are nice and very professional. Great prices and will to work with you. They do more then just Tires as well. If you need an oil change or a battery checked. They can also take care of the Is alignment that other tire shop don't do.

People were so kind and they fixed my tires quickly. This was the first time that i had problem with my tires I went in a hurry with a lot of worries, but I was very grateful that a guy(looks manager) was sooo kind and fixed my car so fast. I'll definitely visit again next time.

They we're very professional and courteous.I'm Definitely Coming Back whenever I Can. Don't worry if it doesn't say Americans tire it'll say it's a tire company. But trust me it IS 100%. CHECK the pictures if you don't believe me.

Being a Disney cast I'm very particular on the level of service I'm offered. This was my first time at this location, and I'll be back. Was immediately greeted with a smile and a good morning 'How can I help you?' The team are very professional, friendly and show care for all those who were in needing assistance. I will most definitely return - they earned my trust and business!

Service is decent, seems honest, lost a star for the floors being dirty, from days of not sweeping and the bathroom was dirty as well. But the service managers did a fine job

Bad customer services.My car needs 2 new tires with alignment. But they did not finish the work within promised time, so I complained. They ask me to wait or come back tomorrow. Does this mean ' shut up and wait'?I waited 2 more hours than promised time at the customer lounge.

I have visited this location multiple times from getting new tires and alignment and even oil changes here regularly. Unfortunately, after my past experience, I will not be returning. I don t think it s the locations fault but it is definitely whatever technician worked on my car s fault. I took my car in because my alignment was slightly off and for an oil change. after I got in my car, I quickly noticed that the technician did not care about his job. Firstly, because I took in a set of brake pads because I had asked them to check them and if they needed to be changed to change them and every brake pad that I had in the box which was brand new was thrown on the ground. Also some air filters that I had in the car were thrown on the ground and there was a newfound cracking sound every time I turned my steering wheel, a few days later after the sound persisted, I took my car to Toyota and after the technician looked at my car. He said that when the alignment was corrected, the technician that worked on the car did not tighten a bolt, and that s why there was all this cracking noise under my car. BAD JOB

Andrew, and the associates gave a clean-cut service. Hope the full-set of tires wear well!The pricing rally was ample, but we chose to go with the loyalty (chuckle at this point), and not the cheapest, albeit with competitive pricing.

David and Aaron were great. They provided exceptional and safe service making sure I was taken care of with pricing and the best deal as well as a ride home while I waiting and a return ride to the Depot when my car was ready! My car feels great on the road again.Returned a year later and David was great again and made sure I was taken care of. Still highly recommended.
