This shop is great, it has exceptional service all around! The mechanic is bilingual, honest, friendly and respectful. Superb work ethic is found here with magnificent quality service. Won t change this place for another. Highly recommended!

Humberto is the man! He's been my mechanic for years now, and not once has he failed me. Man is honest, fair, and real. Helped me fix up my g35 when other places couldn't. I have taken my car many times to Jose and he has always being honest on what the car needs and has given me options on what we can fix. Every time he has given me great prices for the work he has done and also he works with the time I have available, since I am very busy. My sister and mom also take their cars to him and every time we have been very satisfied with his work and work ethic. I really recommend this place, I got recommended by my dad. Today was my second time bringing in my car and Jose did an awesome job with an oil change, and my brakes and I had a nail in my tire he took care of all that and I was satisfied with the price. Jose did a great job! I had another mechanic tell me i needed major repairs to my engine and Jose was able to determine my issue was a faulty gauge... It didn't only save me $100s but i gained peace of mind knowing i can get repairs done and not be lied to. Thank you Jose! Before knowing about 714 Kars, we were always given a big number of things by other mechanics, and then told we needed something extensive like the fuel injectors were bad, dropping the fuel tank to see what it was going on, running diagnostics in order to "fix the problem"...Thankfully, a friend of our relatives told us about Humberto at 714 Kars. We took our car there and found out that it was as simple as a spark plug and coil! He explained to us and even showed us where the problem was. After that, We have continued to do business with this place and tell our family and friends (even strangers we meet!) about Humberto and his work.My family and I have been going to 714 Kars Auto Repair for a few years now after our first encounter We had with Humberto, and it has always been great service and honest work done here by him.The work he does is very honest work, reliable with his services, and has always given us fair prices without trying to up-sell us or make us feel pressured into getting something we don't need.(WHICH IS AWESOME!) We live kind of far away, but we still travel to get our cars repaired and looked at by him. We trust his services and continue to do business with him for his honesty and integrity.I would highly recommend this place! Thank you Humberto Thank you 714 Kars!

I highly recommend this location, Jose the person who runs this location is amazing and very friendly. He gave me 100% excellent service and I'm very happy with the results.I took my car bc it was constantly shaking, it got to the point that I hated my car I once loved. My car was not only shaking all the time but it was loud and obnoxious.When Jose looked at it and took it for a quick ride he immediately knew what the problem was. He ordered the necessary parts and the next day my car was fixed, he also fixed my breaks, a battery problem and changed the transmission oil.I now love my car, it's 11 years old but it feels like new and no more shaking.Thank you Jose for the excellent service, I will definitely be coming back and recommend you to all my family and friends

Total 10 minutes simple labor job (5 minutes to remove 4 nuts and replace 2 sway bars link and 5 minutes to inspect and lift vehicle up and down )at $80. Again only labor not included part. I don t want to shop around,so I let him do it.I think Jose should give better price

This shop is the best!!! Best mechanics in Orange County, very fair and honest. I have brought both my cars to him (Alex) and he has fixed them both. I highly recommend going to him. If you're in need of a great, honest mechanic, Auto Repair Shop La Palma is THE place to go!!!!!!!

Great service, great people! I was recommended this shop by a co-worker. Skeptical at first, but have been taking my car and my girlfriends car there for over a year now. They are very friendly and straight forward. With me not having a lot of income, it is sometimes hard for me to afford all the work that my car needs, but they work with me and tell me what the biggest priority is and what items can wait. I will continue to take our cars here for as long as I live in OC.Ask for Alex.

Highly recommend this mechanic, I took my car in for a diagnostic and turned out my alternator needed to be replaced. I don't have a second car so I asked if he can get it done in one day and he did. The alternator was changed quickly with no issue whatsoever. He does thoroughly check your car for other repairs it might need but it's not like your typical mechanic shop who will pressure you to fix it or give you that sales pitch. Very nice guy and knowledgeable, I would definitely come back for any other repairs I might need in the future. He is someone I can trust and won't give you the run around.

These days it is very hard to find a repair shop with knowledgeable and friendly staff. When it comes to repairs for me or anyone that I know this is the place to go to. Their technicians are great and very honest ,getting the job done every time. I was amazed at just how much money they saved me on my recent repair. I recommend anybody to come to this shop first for ANY consultation or diagnosis. By far the best experience with a repair shop each and every time.

The service was more than excellent, and the mechanic knew wat was wrong with my car right away and also he gave me great advice on getting a better car so overall i would recommend this shop to anyone that ever needs some type of work in their cars because i would go there from now on for my cars in the future...

When looking for an Auto Shop in Orange County Jose is your guy to see! He is very honest and reliable. Helped me out with a problem I had on my Audi. I will definitely be back for my next service!

Just left the auto shop was helped by a man named Alex. Very helpful and explained what was wrong with my car. I was told they would do a diagnostic for check engine and would let me know what needs to be fixed and he let me know i could come back if i needed time for paying for the service that needed to be done if it gets expensive. I was not charged for the diagnostic test. However i will be coming back soon for repairs. Great service.

Great service for a reasonable price. The staff is experienced, very friendly and honest, its hard to find a shop like that will not try to sell you on things you really don't need. My family and I dont go anywhere else.

These guys are the best and honest mechanics you'll meet. They won't rip you off or won't try to sell you things you don't need. They have reasonable prices on a lot of repairs. i would recommend to anybody

Its hard to find an honest mechanic but with 714 Kars I found the rare ones . Humberto helped me and to my surprise told me I didn t need things other mechanics said I did . My car and truck have been in good hands with an honest and affordable trustworthy mechanic
