Great experience from start to finish. The team is knowledgeable, friendly, and communicative. My car was ready on time, and I was aware of the progress via text and calls. Also, a very good value. I will definitely be back, and can highly recommend Steve s to friends and family.

The day didn t turn out as I had planned but Steve s made a big difference with how they helped me. We discussed options for my needs, offered a payment plan and gave me a list of recommended repairs to keep in mind for the future. Way more detailed than I would have expected!

Needed my 2011 F-250 diesel smogged. Went in and scheduled appointment for the next day. Very professional, friendly yet family feel while you re visiting this shop! My service was performed flawlessly, and they even gave me a cupcake! See you again soon!

I took a small tractor tire in for repair. A rep at the front desk told me they don't have the equipment to fix it, despite the huge shop that was plainly visible. He recommended someone that I've never heard of and is not listed in Google maps. I found their competitor, Diaz Automotive & Tires, who fixed it in 1 hour and charged me $10. Apparently my business wasn't big enough for Steve's. Turns out, I also own 3 vehicles, 2 tractors and 4 trailers. When I'm looking for tires, I'll be talking to Diaz!

Needed an oil change on a long drive home and they fit us in last minute. we opted two other much needed repairs. Car is driving more smoothly now and we were back on the road in no time

I popped in asking about tires, and rec'd excellent service by professional people. They had my tires in within a week, installed and aligned, and my car runs smooth and straight!

They charge $30 to rotate tire with oil change. Never have I seen this. Cancelled my appointment due to this.

I knew my tires were not in great shape after 42,000 miles, but I am turning my lease in soon and was trying to get away with not replacing the tires. In the meantime, I had, unbeknownst to me, WAY overfilled my tires to the point where they could have blown on the road at any moment. I very much appreciated the response at Steve's which was like, "look lady, you need to get new tires" - LOL. And I seriously feel like they might have saved my life. If I had kept driving on those tires on the highway at 70 mph, who knows what would have happened. They got me a set of tires that didn't break budget, but also met my lease requirements. They never pressured me to do anything, just laid out the facts!

Top notch all the way around!!! I had an unexpected blow out on 2 tires on my horse trailer. My service guy (wish I got his name) went above and beyond to get me in and out fast. Even tho they were super busy. He understood that I had horses to get back home.Much appreciated. I will absolutely use them again. And most of all highly recommend. Much mahalo. Service: Tires

Smog test was done in less than 40 minutes. Started at my appointment time. They were very friendly and efficient. Will definitely use them in the future.

Tire started quickly leaking air during commute to work. Called 1 minute after shop opened to ask if they could repair the leak and Chuey said to bring it in. Drove over and was helped immediately by Luis. Out of there in less than 20 minutes with a repair that will last the lifetime of my tire. Great customer service!

Steves is great. Atleast the alignment guy, he's extremely meticulous and very knowledgeable at his job, a master of his trade. He took the time to come and talk with me about questions I had and explained in detail exactly what was going on with my car and how he was able to get it fixed. Superb customer relations. Jim vreeland ford changed my rear toe (ford explorer recall), didnt align it properly, and caused me to start tearing up a new set of tires. I took it back up there, they charged my wife for another alignment ( even though they would have HAD to have aligned it when they changed the rear toe link), they (jim vreeland) then told me I needed to change parts ($1300 worth, including coil springs that really hardly ever go bad on a vehicle that doesn't pull loads) that aboslutely didnt need to be changed in order to align it properly. The recall changed my rear toe link to a non adjustable link, which made the tires lean in at the top, demolishing the inner corners of new tires. Im glad i took it to Steve's. The experienced technician there knew how to get my rear aligned properly even though the new toe link wasn't adjustable. I would HIGHLY recommend Steves, saved me $1200 in stuff I didnt need done. Very pleased with their work and staff. Will be a repeat customer.
