They performed the diagnostic I asked for. They finished it on time. I wasn t sure if it was worth the cost for me to get the issue repaired. They said we can fix it later if I decide to move forward with repairs. They let me take my car home and didn t pressure me into getting further work done. I appreciate that.

Top notch service, Jamie is one of a kind. I came in early and she was able to squeeze me in, due to cancellation. Then she advised me of Ford Credits, that I was not aware of, to get my service at no cost to me. That s service I will take any day of the week. Having all of my service done there, I have gotten know a majority of all of the staff. Top of the line Service Department is not the only place that they excel at. Super professional and friendly sales team, as seen by observing their work. The owners are just friendly as well. A friendly banter about the NFL or just about any topic, every time I go in. Don t miss out on great customer service, go to Jim Vreeland for all of your Ford needs.

John the service manager is an amazing person and is really good at his job and my opinion a valuable asset to Jim Vreeland Ford. I have tested him over and over and he s been very professional and respectful and responsive. He s always, at least with me, turned a bad scenario it has good experience.

This was my first time visiting Jim Vreeland Ford. They were so professional and friendly. The service on my truck was complete in about half the time that was quoted, and the price that was quoted was even less. So happy with their service that it is worth my drive when I need, anything from Ford. Jim Vreeland is my new go to dealership. Thank you to the whole staff for everything and I can t wait to use you guys again.

I went in for a routine car servicing and to follow-up on a few items I did not get to last time. As usual the staff was knowledgeable and friendly and on time. I've found the service department at Vreeland Ford to be moderately priced for the exceptional service provided. No complaints.

Vreeland Ford's new valet pickup/dropoff service is great! However, it sends too many text messages. A little disruptive during the work day. Service Dept front desk personnel could use additional training in customer service. Don't tell me over the phone that tires were rotated and then hand me paperwork that says they weren't.

I have been doing business with Jim Vreeland Ford for many years. We purchased our last three vehicles from them and had them do the service exclusively. Their service staff and manager are now good friends and we trust them completely. Can t say that about most dealerships Kudos to the Vreeland family for carrying on their Dad s legacy. We were traveling pulling our rv trailer when we experienced a sudden loss of power on us101. As we limped along, Google identified a ford dealer 5 miles away. We stopped, went inside, within a few minutes a technician was on our problem. Jim Vreeland Ford was a great experience. They were efficient, timely, and caring.

I had a coolant hose leak in my refrigerated van full of seafood. I asked if they had the part if they could repair quickly. I could not have asked for better service. Under the circumstances they went above and beyond to help me and let me plug in my van so that the seafood would continue to be cold. Their help was very appreciated

Outstanding service! The service advisor and technician were awesome. They service my '14 Mustang GT Track Pack with care and returned it back to me in the exact condition I gave it to them. That means a lot to me considering the car only has 5,400 miles on it. I can honestly say Jim Vreeland Ford cares about people and their customers. Thank you!

Too much to say. Making appointment that required me to drop off the night before was challenging for them to accommodate. Then drop off another car when I picked up the first was also met with rudness. Didn't get quote on tire installation and fees and discovered they charge literally twice as much as other tire shops for mounting and balancing and disposal. The evening cashier is unable to do anything but take money and couldn't apply my Ford points. Basic oil change service cost almost $100 each on two 4 cylinders cars. Very unhappy as a current owner of 4 Ford vehicles and dozens more in the past. They used to be better service than Santa Maria. But after this week. I think its time to try Santa Maria again.
