Bob's RV repair came to flying flags to inspect an exhaust leak on my RV. They recommended a muffler shop for the repair. My 02 sensor had blown out from my exhaust pipe. No charge for the service call. Very friendly, honest and professional

Can not say enough about this company (Bob's RV), from Pam in the office, to Alex the installer. We were staying at Flying Flags RV Resort, and our refrigerator went out. Called Bob's and they ordered and installed within days, which was perfect. Then we decided to have our hot water heater flushed and our heater fan blade replaced, while we were there. Can tell you they are very reasonable priced, and are extremely efficient and knowledgable. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

My husband and I bought a refurbished RV from Cruise America and found a few problems so we took it to the local RV Sales and Service here in town. We left very upset with the service we received. We found the mechanic to be rude and very unconcerned about our business. Then we went to Bob's and had a totally different experience! Bob and Pam were very accommodating. to our needs. Not only were the problems we had detected fixed but Bob also checked the entire RV to be sure everything else worked. We were very satisfied with their work and It's now who we refer friends to when they are having problems with their RV.

We were travelling in this area on our way to San Jose when the motor went on our entry steps..we stayed at Flying Flags Rv resort and called Bob s Repair. Pam was so knowledgeable and awesome. She had the mobile truck to our site in less than 1/2 hour, and the repair was done the next day. Excellent service. Thanks Pam.

I totally agree with other commenters about receiving rude and condescending treatment. I had to beg them to look at my AC unit. They scoffed when I suggested the problem might be a capacitor. They also couldn't test it, and yet told me they'd call me back to say whether they could get a part. They never called back. Meanwhile, my home AC repairman later tested the capacitor, and then replaced it with his stock on his truck. 20 minute fix, $28 dollars. This is standard stuff. I've heard they make their money by charging a premium for field service calls across the street at Flying Flags. The spanish-speaking guy (Alex I think) is good, but the owner is apparently not interested in customer service.

Walked over from Flying Flags due to my Travel trailer toilet valve decided to quit early in our trip. The guy outside who seemed uninterested in my being there told me that he had no parts because "they come from China and we can't get them". Went back to my campsite, ordered the part from Amazon and had it delivered to the campground the next day. Problem solved... On my own.

Don't be discouraged by the bad reviews. Nothing but great things to say about this place. Alex was extremely helpful and very nice. Maybe the ppl below had bad attitudes because they were frustrated and weren't nice to the ppl here. Highly recommend

Had my RV in a shop in San Jose for 2 weeks and they could not fix an electrical problem. Bob's electrician came over while we were staying at Flying Flags and did the job in ninety minutes. Saved our trip!

A family run RV repair facility staffed by wonderful helpful and knowledgeable people there to help and get u on your way. They have a mobile repair truck to help u on the road, at your home, or in your campground. I have been using Bob's RV service since the early 1990's and have always been happy.

I live in Santa Barbara, about 40 miles away, and needed some advice on the phone. Pam, who answered the phone, was helpful and put me in touch with Alex who works there. He pointed me toward a couple of products that would solve my problem. They didn't get any work from me and didn't have to be helpful, but they were. I had a good experience with this shop.

have called them twice for a water leak on my rv-never called back-went into their office and they basically ignored me while the man (bob i think) and his office person (lady) talked past me like I was not even there. Very rude, I never went back and would not recommend going there

Can I give negative stars? Went to this shop with a small list of Rv repairs and spoke to bob. Not sure how this guy stays in business. He was condescending, rude and we just shook our heads and walked out.

Very helpful. Great service. I needed help with my main slideout and they helped me and fixed it quickly . Very knowledgeable highly recommended

We could not open our slides. Within the hour Bob's rv repair was at our campsite and fixed the problem. Alex was wonderful. I would highly recommend Bob' RV Repair.
