Just got my oil change. John was awesome. Super professional and checked all lights on my car plus checked my air filter for my ac which had never been replaced. I also got a free exterior car wash from next door. This place was SO fast! I recently moved to the area and was looking for a quick oil change. Really nice and helpful guys inside with reasonable prices, would return and recommend.

Thursday morning @8:10am went in for high mileage oil change. @8:20am drove off with me in the car at all time fast. That deserved a 5 star because I just got one.Went in last time with out an appointment to get my oil change and was recommend to replace my filter. All for $100 with free basic car watch. Took less than 30 mins. Compared to the Toyota service, where you have to make an appointment and 2 hrs wait for an oil change. I'll take my car to this place anytime during my lunch break. Order a pizza get a car wash and go on with my business.I don't know about the car wash place, but they take hella longtime. Hmmm, I think I went in during their peak hours. This place does oil changes very fast. The staff is friendly as well. They go through a checklist to make sure several things are in good order.

I really like coming here. Every staff member is respectful and helpful. They do their work quickly and accurately. Never had an issue in the many years I've had my oil changed, my filters replaced or my anti-freeze replaced. They are trustworthy and just get it done right.

Ladies don t go here, they take advantage of you. An oil change should not cost you $107. Save ur money. Go somewhere else. Then they try telling you that you need a bunch of other things. Stay safe out there.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

The only place I go to change my oil, etc. Super pro, super pleasant, fantastic customer service. In and out. They don't try to upsell or anything like that. I'd give this place a hundred stars if I could...

Took my Benz in and service was swift. Also came with a free car wash next door, with hand towel drying afterwards. Highly recommend

Quick and easy drive thru oil change. The guys are always polite and friendly and never try to upsell you on additional purchases! And you get a free car wash for next door!!

Love getting my oil change done here. They are a friendly, helpful group of guys and the best part is I never have to get out of my car. Love it. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Great service and straightforward I was in and out, they don't try to sell you stuff that you don't want, the only thing I didn't get was the free car wash with full synthetic oil changeNevermind I did get my car wash this place is highly recommended

After having two terrible experiences at Oil Can Henry's in Brentwood and Firestone in Brentwood, Tri City Express Lube really helped change my overall mood! They were quick, friendly, and overall just excellent! I really appreciated the service that they provided, and the young men working there were very respectful and knew exactly what they were doing! Great job you guys! Keep up the good work!

My wife took our 1 year old car there for only its third oil change and only 26,000 miles on it and they upsold her extra services including engine flush. I took my car for an oil change 3 days ago 160,000 miles no such service recommended to me! They took advantage of her clearly. Do not trust them.

Would have been 5 stars for the quick and friendly service but I had to come back after I left to have them add air in the tires that was supposed to have been done.

That got my oil changed and cabin filter done in 20 minutes! I'm happy as Firestone could not take any cars in unless it was an appointment only today.

Although the company is good I don t recommend the shop being open during this time is a good thing because of the fires that are going on, the air quality is bad for anyone to be outside especially your workers. If the owner keeps the store open then the least he can do is supply the employees mask with filters.

Had my oil changed in the truck today around noon time, came home and parked in my driveway. Went to go to dinner that same night and found a quart of oil leaking out of the truck and running down the driveway. Pretty sad when you can't even change the oil correctly.

Very easy, very quick, great service. Just a bit pricier than I'm used to. Would definitely recommend!
