Strange experience! I brought in my truck battery to be charged. I left it and returned after 1 hour and was told that the battery was bad. I would need a new one. The price for a new battery out of the door would be around $210. I immediately took my battery to the Auto Zone down the street. They tested it twice on different machines in front of me. Both machines gave the result that my battery was good and fully charged. Their machine also provided a printout which I included with this review. I could hurl a lot of accusations based on this experience, but rather I would urge the management of this O Rielly to get equipment like the Auto Zone.

Called today to see if I could get the service they offer of turning rotors, and the manager Ken that I was told does this service wasn't going to offer that service today with no reason just because he didn't want to. Just sad that they have lazy people like this managing a great store like this. I just hope someone with higher authority will see this and address it for the sake of good business.

Will never shop there again. One of the managers threw me out because he said he saw me stealing at another store. I have a job, I've spent thousands there and when i complained to the head Manager she took his side!!! I was appalled! Such an embarrassing experience and to top it off he threatened me!!! They lost a good paying customer.

I've bought a car battery which supposedly have 2 years warranty. I only used it for two months and it died on me. The lady store manager insist she can't replace it and they can only recharged it 'coz nothing is wrong with it !!! Then warranty doesn't make sense if you can't replaced it! My advise go somewhere else to buy your battery. Go to Costco or even go to Walmart!

It was ok. They had most of what i needed. But honestly the grumpy old man and the kid that rides his 250 2 stroke in to work are very annoying and dont even listen to what you are asking for. Dont waste you time with them. Just go see brian at Napa down off hillcrest and sr 4.

Felt rushed when going here and at other times employees seem to not care if you need help looking for items. I asked simple questions about an item they sold about the warranty and just gave me a generalized answer didnt bother to look in the system.

Had to do a return. Great customer service. Since i had the receipt, no questions were asked and i got my refund!!

O'Reilly's on lone tree way is the place to go these guys know what they're doing never get any wrong parts friendly and their store leaders Leanne and Ken deserve a raise

On several occasions I've had to either get help or borrow a tool. They've even helped us out right there in the parking lot a few times. Great service

Used the Free check engine test and was able to get fast efficient help. I would recommend for a clean and friendly environment.
