These guys and gals are great! Went in looking for tune up parts for a boat (hard to find in most auto parts stores) and they would not give up until they found them! Great hard working group of people with the best of attitudes! Could not have asked for a better experience!!!

Came here because I needed some retainer clips for a splash guard. I went to Autozone and they only had a pack of 2 for $7 I needed 8. So drove down the street and went into Napa. They didn't have the same ones so I had to eyeball the size and pick a pack of universal fit. The guy that helped me, which I think was the owner, let me test fit before I bought them. He cut a hole in the bag and gave me one, I ran outside and it fit perfectly. Also the price was way better. I got 10 pack for $7. So now I have extra. Happy with the service. I'll check here first before I go to the other auto stores.

NAPA is a real place to buy auto, truck, farm and other industrial equipment parts....Quick knowledgeable helpful and caring employees, especially Javier. No elite, know-it-all attitudes just good old simple listening to what you need and offering all the best they have to offer.Near old downtown on the highway, big parking lot, large store with a great inventory of parts for every category mentioned above. One of those rare places that makes brick and mortar a better choice.... I don't even bother calling ahead any more because it is local, good prices (much better than the 7-11's of parts stores.... You know who I'm talking about) always in stock and trust me.... This review is being written by a person that buys other than groceries, about 95% of my consumer goods online.Give em a tryand you'll know why

Way cheaper than brentwood bill Brandt Ford parts thier at Ford making up cost were Napa wanted 30.$ Ford wanted 75.$ for a part that I think made by same people just different packaging is all so of course I'll buy Napa one really what could it be just can't get what Ford has in a rearmain seal that felpro gasket set doesn't come on Ford do you have to stick it to every customer can't you make a profit from every one paying a lot less like a 5$or 10$ markup not a50$ mark up yeah can see if I was getting the truck that it goes too but I'm not so GO NAPA KNOW HOW way to keep me happy with fair prices thxs

Oldest parts store in Brentwood with a deep inventory of parts. Prices are very competitive but their real value is their knowledgeable and helpful front counter staff. If you need help figuring out an automotive project, these guys are the best.

Employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. Best price for a new car battery with warranty compared to three other places. Will shop here again.

The only place around that comes close to Shannon Auto Parts (hehe). The employees actually know about... Auto parts! They can also do amazing things that the O'Reily's of the world cannot, like answer questions in a knowledgeable, courteous manner, or get you a non-stocked part within a couple of days. The place ain't pretty, they have a weird cashiering method that might throw you off, but I wouldn't drop a nickel anywhere else.

Helped us find everything easily and when one of our taillights were stuck (was replacing it) they were incredibly helpful. Just very helpful people all around

I bought a set of wipers and asked before I purchased them if they would put them on my car. Nathan the sales person he would. We take them out to my car and then he tells me that he doesn t know how to put them on. I will never shop in that store again. I m going to take them over to Napa in Antioch and see if they will put them on for me.

None of their employees are helpful and the atmosphere is terrible. I tried to return some parts and they took the parts and told me I couldn't have any money back. Never go here the service is terrible.

Come for a quart of oil or recommendation for a gas additive, a thermostat or a fuel pump. Napa always has it with courteous and knowledgeable folks. Highly respected!!
