I had an amazing customer experience with Ed (the owner) and Amber. Ed was extremely knowledgeable and stocked products that he had already thoroughly vetted through years experience. Ed does not pressure and understands the importance of patience when enhancing his customer s audio experience unique smartphone integrations. I would highly recommend Mobile Solutions not only for product but also for the customer experience. Supporting local business does not mean paying more.Thank you Ed and Amber!

Person who answered the phone knows nothing about car audio. Was kind of rude. Typical bring your car in for free estimate. Plus the person said they have other people ahead of me. Ok then why didn't you talk to them first? If they are ahead of me? Makes no sense.

We bought a boat last year and had a stereo shop that was recomended install a full stereo system. When we got the boat back we were not impressed with the install and how the system sounded after going over each detail with the shop. One month later we found Mobile Solutions online and started working with Ed. Wow! All I can say is Ed walked us through everything and even gave us diagrams and offered lots of options so we did not have to redo the whole system, yet he made sure we were going to get what we wanted out of the new system and he was able to use some of the components that were already in the boat. When we picked it up we were floored how well everything looked and the sound was amazing! We could not have been happier and let me tell you that my husband is very particular and goes over everthing with a fine tooth comb and has a custom stereo in everything he owns. Ed wants the customer happy and he makes sure the job is done right the first time! We cannot recomend Mobile Solutions enough and we will definitely be back! Top notch work every time and Ed is always available to answer questions. Thank you Ed and Mobile Solutions!!

Ed, Edgar and Amber...thank you. Y'all went above and beyond to make my Wife and I feel like Family You didn't "oversell"us. You listened to are needs and came through. Having both of our Truck's audio systems updated was a breeze... YouGuys did a professional job We would most certainly recommend Todd & Darla W.

I've used Mobile Solutions on a number of occasions for repairs and upgrades to my boat and will continue to do so until I no longer own it. Ed is great to work with and runs a very professional shop.

Junior did an amazing job tuning my 5 Channel amp. I called earlier in the day seeing if they were able to tune my amp because I had installed it at home just didn t have the audio knowledge to turn it myself. I called and they said to come down if they had time they d be able to tune it for me. I got here and junior was awesome he was able to do what I need with an amazing attitude and great customer service. I for-sure recommend if anybody has any questions to come and ask 10/10 highly recommend!!

Junior and John provided service that went far beyond my expectations. They stayed later than expected (after closing) to ensure the work on my vehicle was completed and to my satisfaction. Their customer service is greatly appreciated and if I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

Had a 96 4runner and a 97 e320 done here(they are sure to be careful with brittle delicate pieces of your car if they do so not to worry if this is a concern) . They installed amps and subs in both as well as changing door speakers and more . They got it done same day as my appointment on both. For the kind of quality of work they do it s more than well worth it for sure . My go to for car audio services.

My new viper security system is working great. I went to mobile solutions looking for a security system for my car after I received estimates from multiple places. They have reasonable pricing and they work fast and well! If you need a new security system for your car, this is the place. They do sell a lot of speaker systems too. The staff are very friendly and inviting also!

These guys know their music, the wont push you into a product to make a sale. But take their advice, they won't steer you wrong. They have the best stuff and very very reasonable prices on their equipment. Install is top notch and worth every penny. Don't go to some scammer shop to save a buck, let these guys make your vision come to fruition.

JR was incredibly helpful today with great explanation and helped me get my subs the correct amperage and as well as fix my parking break bypass and figured out my crackling front speakers and installing another amp. Super awesome guy really wants to help.

Junior was immensely helpful with explaining to me what to do for proper set up and took care of completely installing my new sub into the box with fully explaining to me what he was doing. My car pounds now with the new rockfordfosgate p3 12. Thank you guys. Great customer service and pricing. I will be back forsure.

I have an old plug in radio and the buttons were sticking making it hard to set the alarm. On a whim I took it in and the owner took it a part, blew out the insides, cleaned the contacts and sent me on my way. Got home and it works like a charm. I can't say enough good things about his kindness and knowledge.

I called to see if they were able to help me prepare a broken clasp on the TV in the roof of my car and over the phone he was able to let me know that he did not want to MacGyver it for me and the best thing to do is to just use some velcro to keep it closed. I honestly have probably called and spoken to at least five or 10 different stereo places and nobody was able to help me and he was able to help me within 5 minutes. Thank you!!!!!

I ve always had a great experience at mobile solutions they always sell you quality parts that will fit in your budget unlike other shops very very nice people I had junior help me last time I went in and I will absolutely be sending all my friends and family there way!

Went by during normal business hours on a week day. Lights are on door is locked and no "be right back" sign or anything. Called and no one is answering phone. Pretty piss poor way to Run a shop. Guess I'll be driving to Pierson's in Livermore.
