Not your big fancy dealership but EVERYBODY there gets the job done! Jerome was the main man who helped me out and get me into my first vehicle at a price that ll work for me. Brian and all of them was cool too. Definitely would recommend them and will be looking there first for the next vehicles. Thanks again y all for making this happen!

From the time I sent over the email, toothed time I drove off the lot, this has been one of the smoothest and easiest car buying experiences I've had. Carl and Brian were awesome! I had originally come in for Volkswagen Tiguan but changed my mind when I saw the BMW 328i. Granted, I did test drive a couple of other cars but once I got into the BMW, it was a done deal. Very patient, no rush sales, I would highly recommend them! Thank you again and I'm absolutely loving the car!

Best dealership around, they have the best vehicles , very wide selection I must say, and amazing customer service. I came in unsure of what I needed, walked out with a brand new truck that I dreamed of owning, but never thought I could. I recommend these guys to anyone who s looking for a reliable vehicle. First, I just wanna say thank God for sending me to a dealership that no matter what they re going to find a way to get you off the lot with a car. They are so helpful so kind. Dylan is the BEST he got me approved for an Audi Q5, I never knew that I could get approved for that and I did. He definitely was a great communicator no matter what he answered my calls abd text even if he wasn t even on the lot he made sure that I had all my answers to the questions I was asking. I definitely will be referring people to mini motors. I definitely rate them a 10 out of 10. this car lot is located in Tracy California.

Bought my Lexus es350 2016 almost a year ago from maniac motors; bumper was misaligned a bit owner was kind enough to fix it and made everything really easy for me to purchase didn t feel pressured like other dealerships even when I said I would be back to purchase it , got my plates and everything in the mail excellent owner and management and yes if you were wondering cero problems until this day with my car , thank you guys couldn t be happier.

Hello Everyone,If you are looking to buy or finance a vehicle in my personal opinion I strongly recommend that you visit MANIC MOTORS. My personal experience with Jerome, Rick The Owner and Brian The General Manager was absolutely Awesome. They all have Outstanding Customer Service and I had a enjoyable time while speaking with them during the financing of my vehicle that I purchased from their Dealership. I absolutely love my vehicle that I purchased from them. Throughout the whole process they made me feel comfortable with any question that I had asked and anything else that I wanted to know about the car I bought from them. Manic Motors by far is the best experience and dealership I have visited in the Past. They all have a way of making you feel as if your part of their family. They have a great selection of vehicles to choose from and their prices are very good. Overall while going through the finance process Jerome made everything go so smooth it was unbelievable. Jerome has Awesome Customer Service skills and if you do happen to drop by Manic Motors and meet Jerome you will see exactly what I m speaking of. Great experience, very professional, and awesome hospitality. After going dealer to dealer all over the bay area. This place was the smoothest process! I went to buy a car but found out that this car has been in accidents, yet there was nothing mentioned in the ad about that. I figured that out when I checked it myself and found a receipt from the body shop in the glove box . Totally do not recommend.

My boyfriend and I were in the search for an EV and found a great deal at Manic Motors. I called in to get information regarding the Nissan Leaf that was on the lot and was greeted by Jerome who was extremely helpful with excellent customer service. I was persistent in getting this car and Jerome was very transparent with me that the car was a hot commodity and I should act fast if I was seriously interested. Well, I was and as fast as I could legally drive, I made the trek from Sonoma to Brentwood to get the car.When my boyfriend and I arrived to Manic Motors it felt like we had known Jerome for years. He has a great way of making you feel comfortable and confident in your purchase. Oh, I should mention- they had snacks for us and Jerome even offered to grab us a bite to eat at a nearby store! When it came to paperwork, Brian was great at making sure everything was handled seamlessly and efficiently.Overall, I highly recommend purchasing your next car here. I bought a BMW X5 from these folks two weeks ago. Jerome helped me with the transaction and the paperwork was seamless and professional. I had a small issue with the battery a week after purchase and these guys were kind enough to cover the cost of replacement even though I bought the vehicle as-is 100% will be back again.

I went to Rick to buy my first car. When I first reached to him, he was very polite and professional about the car I was interested in, It was a 2015 Lexus RX330. When I got to his dealership, he had already pulled the car out so I could take a close look. Rick was very honest and transparent about the history of the car and the condition. It made me feel more confident about buying the car. After taking for a test drive, the car felt great! Everything worked like it should. A/C blew cold, all the features the cars had all worked. Even the little sprayer for the headlights worked! With the way the car drove. I was ready to sign the papers and take the car home. He made doing the paperwork easy and no hassle. Thanks again for everything Rick! I would definitely buy from your dealership again and also refer you to all my friends and relatives!!!

I recently bought a 2008 Lexus from the dealership in Brentwood CA. The car didn't even go a week without having issues. I had to get the radiator replaced due to the engine getting too hot. I get that its a used car but I didn't think I'd run into any issues right away.Hi Rick, no one has reached out to me yet.

These guys are awesome! Me and my uncle had been searching for a Toyota sienna for a while that fit our price budget and had decently low miles. Lucky for us Rick from Manic Motors had just got one in that very same day! Even thought we offered him to buy the car cash he offer us a bunch of different financing options. The whole sale process was quick and easy and took less than an hour to finalize our paperwork. Highly recommend checking them out especially if your in the market for a pre-owed truck. The hands down have the biggest selection of used trucks in the area! I would highly recommend them to anyone considering to buy a pre-owned vehicle.

Found the truck we were looking for from an online ad. We took a drive down there to look at the truck towards the end of the day. We were not rushed and Jerome answered all of our questions. Jerome was very helpful throughout the process. He was super courteous, very welcoming and easy to talk to. He went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable with our purchase.Highly recommend!

This was such a great buying experience!! This little used car lot is so unlike others we visited, the salesmen were FANTASTIC FRIENDLY AND VERY VERY HONEST!! I can't say that enough, these guys were so easy going, so patent and knowledgeable. So I would tell anybody looking to buy a used car truck or s.u.v. please go to Manic Motors 1st. By far the easiest car buying experience I ever had, also read their add online, I loved it they were so honest in the add I was almost thinking this is too good to be true!! Believe me I will be dealing with them in the future, definitely a 5 STARS !!

Had a pleasant experience here, the sales team was patient and worked with me. I saw a review mention the cars being dirty, but the lot is dirt and the area can be windy sometimes. Overall I would recommend this family owned business by Rick and his team to anyone looking for a good deal on a used car

My experience at this car dealership started off good but ended bad . At the purchase of my new vehicle I made a trade in. In a sense I feel my trade in was stolen from me the value they gave me for my car was very low and they way they worked the trade in with my new purchase was beefed up to look like I was given more but then the deal went shady and it was never even reported to my new lender so therefore no money was taken off my new loan, so I feel my old car was stolen from me.Let me tell you what I bought . It s a 2013 Audi Q5 the problems started immediately and not even a year later here is a list of all its problemsLeaking oil from motorUses excessive amounts of oilSpeakers all of a sudden make loud noises even when system is offPassenger side window issuesHatch back doesn t latch wellDoors don t sit wellCar rides rough and shakes when turningBall joint badPlug came in tires that went bad very quickHatchback opens suddenly on its ownDoor locking issuesStereo and car system turn on when car is offWater leaks into the floor boardsGas leak that comes in the carSmell of fresh oil inside of cab of carCar was in need of a full service costing more than $3500 I paid 13999.00 too price for this used car my guess is they bought right from auction and didn t do anything to it . Oh also it was the owners daughter car and was wrecked in the front left this is where the steering issues are from and headlight has now gone out on the side .so my guess they bought the car she wrecked it and they sold it to me being dishonest about the whole deal! I m going to report them to the DMV hopefully I get somewhere with that !

I had an AMAZING experience with Rick from Manic Motors! I was in a desperate situation & they came through for me when no one else could! I didn t choose the timing of needing a new vehicle, but I needed to replace my older 2008 Denali XL with a much higher MPG gas saving vehicle and Rick worked his Magic and made it happen NOW! Got placed with an awesome bank and saved major $$$$ on my deal and it showed that he really cared!! When no one else could get me a deal with my credit RICK DID! MIRACULOUS!! 10 STARS TIMES TEN!!

Rick Beal, the owner of Manic Motors provides exceptional customer experience. I had another financed car and needed another car, Rick worked with me and provided an option for in-house financing and within 6 months, I was able to pay car in full. I would highly recommend Manic Motors because of their customer focused model and would definitely remain a loyal customer for life. AAA rating in my book.

Went to two different car places today and I have to say Manic Motors is the best. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. One of the employees really stood out to us his name was Jerome he answered every question and made sure we left off the lot with the best vehicle for us. I highly recommend Manic Motors. Don't buy a car from these crooks. I bought a car, they made a fraud with our name, then they called canceling the contract. Beware of them, yoyo fraud and what else they know how to do.

Had a great experience at manic motors today. I saw a 1999 Durango online that was in great condition. These guys select really nice used vehicles. The process was smooth. They let me test drive the duarrango alone. Not your typical used car salesman, they don't rush you into buying. They answered all the questions I had about the vehicle. Would definitely recommend to atleast check them out if you are looking for any used vehicles.
