The most discourteous company. Do not purchase your vehicle here. I was taken advantage of during dior times. I was given a very damaged car, and they were unwilling to admit to any of it, no return, no exchange, nothing. I am also now stuck in an extremely fraudulent contract with their loan partners. If I could rate this place zero stars I wouldn't. Because it shouldn't even exist anymore. Horrible management and oversight.

If I could give 0 stars I would I bought my car here in 2020 took it back The next day because it needed new ball joint's, it had different size tires on it. I paid my bill and they still repo it until a lawyer told me to call them and tell them and tell them to make it right.. So they paid for my repo for me to get it back. But it's still on my record as a repo.. And then I had to replace the transmission, service light was on the whole time I had it the chevy dealership said the whole thing needed to be re wired. Finally finally I did a voluntary repo when I was told I needed a new engine after only having the car one year .Now I have 2 repose on my record.

Half of their reviews are their employees, Rigo and his business are frauds and just like to take advantage of people. thats why AutoZone and oriellys will no longer

We had a very good experience at Los Primos Auto Plaza as always. We are return customers. Very good customer service and Mr Rigo will do his best to get you into a good used vehicle.

Don t ever come here and waste you re time I gave 5k down for a 2006 Ford Mustang gt and now it s getting fixed after the back axel brok 3 days after I got the car plus 13,000$ for the car with 230k miles this is unbelievable never buying a car from them!!!

Went down to Los Primos auto plaza to purchase a vehicle owner was there was very kind and respectful offered any assistance you could and helping my purchasing of a vehicle easier today I m driving my new vehicle I m very happy with it I would refer this company to my friends and family for a future purchase in the vehicles pleasant experience

This dealership is a total rip off. took advantage of my daughter she put 4000 down on a piece of car and now they are avoiding her i am calling BBBand researching the lemon law.Clarissa

I also had a negative car buying experience with penas. i bought a 2006 pontiac g6 looked good on the outside but the transmission didn't shift properly. It had a clunk in the steering shaft. They give you a week for warranty. Every time we showed up there to get it fixed they only have one mechanic and they say hes busy come backin about an hour after 3 days of the same thing. I took it to done right automotive and had him fix it. Its ok by the looks of it when you drive by there now they only have about 5 cars.

My husband boughtt an engine from them that did not work. They refuse to give him is money back after they said if it didnt work he can have a full refund. The mechanic that they have there doesn't keep his word. Don't buy anything from them. I am serious.

Rigo was extremely helpful and humble, it was a great experience and I got a great car for a amazing price, if you re looking for a car I would 100% recommend los primos

Definitely going to court to sue them they said the miles are 17000 and it s really 150k DO NOT GO THERE THEY WILL LIE AND CHARGE SO MUCH FOR A BROKEN DOWN CAR FROM THE AUCTION

Whent in to look at a truck they had advertised on FB I drove over an hour to get there the person on the phone assured us over the phone it was available so we took the drive when we got there they didn't even know what we were talking about and they didn't had the truck apparently it was sold over night or something very disappointed just wasted my time and gas

DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM THIS PLACE.. They pond on the poor and the cars are no good.. Will report them to the dmv, consumers affairs as well as other places.. Son un robo y toman adventaja de la gente pobre.. They act like there trying to help you but in reality there looking out for themselves and what they can pocket..
