Best auto service ever! Ann is the absolute sweetest and genuinely cares about her customers and their vehicles. Prices are very fair and they don't overcharge on labor or parts! There's also a waiting room if you wanted to wait for your vehicle while being serviced which is really nice. I couldn't recommend them enough

Professional, timely, knowledgeable, great people. I went to this place for the first time to get an oil change. I have only ever taken my Toyota Camry to Toyota since I ve owned it for five years, but I wanted to try something new that didn t break the bank. I saw their reviews on Yelp and gave them a call. Setting up an appointment was easy, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They recommended future services I might need with the cost and the estimated mileage. I might want to consider getting those done. I appreciate the upfront estimates, and I ll be coming back.

I ve been dreading finding a company to work on my 11 year old car that hasn t had much extra attention since my 5 year warranty expired.I spent days on yelp and google going over reviews and asking local friends who they go. I finally decided on Keep It New Auto Service.From the first return phone call after I filled out a form online, to the reminder texts and emails, to being greeted when I arrived- I knew I made the right choice.I know my car needs a ton of work if I want it to keep running and they not only did a full inspection, they took pictures, and provided a detail list of what should be done and what is urgent. Also when I start experiencing certain noises or shakes to prioritize certain maintenance over another. I now have a plan and a good idea of cost to keep my car running. I have detailed descriptions and an account that I can access. I look forward to keeping my car in tip top shape with Keep It New Auto Service.

Definitely recommend them. Ann was very friendly and explained to me what future sevices my car will need. I love how they also provide pictures to show you what parts need to be replaced. Overall Great service. i will definitely be back

So my suspension needed to be checked out. I went on yelp and chose "Keep It New Auto Service" because of all the 5-star reviews. Well let me tell you... I have NEVER experienced such thoroughness and raw honesty in an auto repair company before!Not only do they inspect your car, they have a website that all the information is uploaded to, pictures of all your parts, under the hood, carriage, etc. They document what they fix, what needs to be fixed and advise you of any "red or yellow" additional repairs needed in the near future with estimates. The receptionist who greeted and checked me in was very nice and professional, the waiting room was exceptionally clean, comfortable and updated. Even the service technician, Rodger, came out and explained everything he reviewed, and delivered such personable service! This company is absolutely AMAZING and will be the only company that I will go to.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Great customer service but my bad luck had to pay $206 for diagnostics on electrical problem that I thought was not related to the battery . Long story short Walmart installed wrong battery causing intermittent power issues. To replace factory installed battery was quoted over $300 plus $206 diagnostic total over $500I ended up taking to ford dealer installed battery for only $245 total installed.I would have thought non dealer would have been cheaper than dealer prices .

Easy to work with. Did an outstanding job of inspecting and reporting on a huge number of items concerning the condition of my vehicle even though I only brought it in for an oil and filter change and tire rotation. Treated nicely. Finished the car promptly, went over their report when I picked up the car and emailed a copy to me.Then to top it off they called this morning and apologized because their new estimator made a couple of mistakes on the bill and refunded me $38.00.I was pleased with the service and not surprised by the cost (way under the dealer cost) and then find out they caught their own mistake and sent me back $38.I will use them in the future AND refer people to them.

I had an outstanding experience at this auto shop. The work was top-notch, prices were reasonable, and they went above and beyond by sharing detailed pictures of each part of my car's mechanic. Ann s knowledge made the experience even better translating every technical thing to me. Highly recommend!

Experience has been good. Went for a general service and they did their job perfectly. They took the pictures of every single thing they inspected, went through them explaining me if I need to keep an eye on it. They are straight forward, welcoming and no gimmicks. Going to stick with them.My only complaint is that it is very hard to get the appointments early might be they are just too busy. I recommend anyone to book an appointment at least a week or two prior

Keep it new is our go to place for our car! Ann and the team are so knowledgeable and friendly. I love how they make sure we know everything that is going on with our car and is honest when nothing is needed. I know they are always going to have our backs when we need our car worked on or checked on.

Keep it new was fantastic. I called with out an appointment and they were able to get me in took care of my trucks issue and had it back to me quick. Knowing my wife needed the truck. Great service. Will be making them my go to spot from now on. Thank you keep it new team

I called to make appointment for a couple of issues with my vehicle. Ann was able to take me over the holiday weekend. Ann and her staff kept me updated on the status and worked with me on the best options when unforeseen developments came up. I highly recommend Keep It New!

Just moved to the area a year ago been looking for a place to service my vehicles. So I had moved right around the corner from Keep it New Auto. Decided to give them a shot reviews look good. And I will say I am very satisfied customer service is great the ladies in the front are very nice and they did excellent work on my car and showed me some future concerns that I need to take care of I will be definitely using them again.

I did the 30,000 miles check-up for my Mazda CX-5. I always get great service, timely and professional.They make a full inspection every time you go for maintenance and have a list of recommendations of things needed or needed soon. Then they let you decide what is important to you - and you know in advance how much it will cost.

Great Shop! Super informative and willing to help in any situation you may find yourself in. They show you photos of all the work being done and are super transparent. Once you go here, you will never go to another shop again! My #1 recommendation for the area.

My overall experience at Keep It New has been very good when it comes to repairing modern cars and trucks. About 5 years ago I purchased a classic muscle car. It needed a few small repairs and a tuneup to make it run correctly. I realized then the technicians didn t have the experience or expertise when it came to older cars. When I picked up the car the motor died as I drove a half block away. The tech jumped the battery and reset the idle which helped. The work took much longer than expected and the amount of money charged was ridiculous. I now take it and my other vehicles to another shop that understands new vehicles but older vehicles as well. Where they take less time to repair or service. That brings the cost down. With that being said, I like the people at Keep It New. But in my experience they can t keep old like it was when it was new.

Keep it New Auto Service has a very busy schedule. And they managed to squeeze my car service within two days from my initial request for service. This was so appreciated. Because of a planned long drive in the same week. Thank You Keep It New ! Also after the work was done they showed me a complete diagnosis of every detail of my car. Good and bad . I have never had such complete coverage of my automobile in the 56 years of driving.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Keep It New Auto Service has an incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable staff! Ann is incredible- I know nearly nothing about cars and she walked me through everything I needed to know concerning my vehicle at my diagnostic appointment. I have never been in a car related place that made me feel less intimidated and more educated about my car. Amazing service and honest prices, I will never go anywhere else for car service!!

Excellent service! They were able to replace my brakes the same day after tracking down some parts that were hard to get. They really went above and beyond to service my vehicle thoroughly and in a timely fashion. I will absolutely be returning here!

I kept having an ABS light that would come on and the brakes would pulsate Keep it new worked on my vehicle and they were down a few staff members and stayed late after closing to finish my vehicle

They were thorough and professional After the work they went over 18 photos on the computer showing me what they found and what/when things might need servicing. It was extremely helpful.
