This place sucks at time management and customer service. I was sold on getting my car back in a couple of hours to install a battery for my daughter. Brought it in at 1045am and got it back at closing time of 6pm. This battery was expensive too, $325 for total cost. I'll will not come back or recommend anyone to come here. Too bad there isn't zero stars. There are plenty of competitors and they should know eventually too many upset customers will lead to bankruptcy. The reviews on Yelp and Google say it all and seems that management feels this behavior is ok.Go somewhere else! I warned you! Rep was Maui. Terrible Service!

Did an online appointment for a specific time slot, when I went in they scheduled me for a completely different time without notifying me. After I got my car serviced they called me saying they forgot to put my wheel locks back in my car had to come back. Later in the day my tire pressure light came on, even though everything was checked out in my service. Had to take it to a gas station twice to check out my pressure/ fill it myself and recalibrate it. Still having the issue so I have to take it to another shop on Monday .Thanks.

This is my first time in this location. I booked my appointment via online. I have this lifetime service for tire Alignment, by mistake and confusion I booked it for tire Rotation. I was made aware of the service after its done, only to find out it was the wrong service and the main purpose i took the car for was not done. This couldn't be handled any better than this young Man name Alex, he depicts professionalism and calmness. (In this midst of my desperation as nature took my husband in this earth recently ) This is like lighting my sorrows and burden deep in my heart.I apologize for my mistake andmade me felt its no big deal and he made sure my main concern will be addressed. I stood there and was so stunned and truly touch of his politeness and kindness. Alex, You got the attitude that will make this crazy world "likeable" to live. I so appreciate your understanding and so congenial demeanor. The Receiving desk or front Person task is very crucial in representing the core values of the company. Alex exhibited just that!!

I always go to this Firestone for an oil change. The customer service is always good and the service is great. They always check your whole vehicle to let you know if you need anything else done and let you know it s not to bad or you don t need it at the moment but just to let you know. Definitely appreciate the customer service.

Handicapped and needed a tire on my Tesla fixed. Was told to sit in my car (parked at a stall) and they would come get me (before opening). After waiting 30 minutes past opening, finally walked slowly inside and after waiting in line and having to let them know I was before someone else (when technically I was there before they opened) was told it would be 4 hours and I'd have to leave my car. I drive for Uber and needed it fixed immediately. Drove 15 minutes to another shop who had me in and out in 20 minutes. Thanks for nothing.

Jon Costa as great! I came in with a price quote from Costco and he was able to provide a better estimate with a comprobable tire. He was profesional, thorough, and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle.

I had an appointment to rotate and balance my tires. The person who greeted me and later checked my out was friendly and I didn't have to wait long before the service was completed.

I have been going there for years and have always received excellent service. I recommend them to everyone I know that is looking for the services they provide. Hugh shout out to the manager Sherri, who is always personable and helpful.

When I first called I spoke to Sherri to get a quote, she was really kind and knew what I was looking for and understood the issues I was experiencing. Later on, while waiting for the repair and tires I spoke with Robert about other tires and cars I've had, again he was really kind and really knowledgeable about vehicles in general. They both went above and beyond to answer any questions I had about my account and more questions about my brakes or other services and concerns they saw with the car. I'd also like to add that Lopaka stayed and finished the job with my car way past his time to leave and took the time to finish the job, again above and beyond my expectations! I spoke with other customers that had also taken their cars here and heard the same that they also come back because of the work and trust of this team to get the job done right. In a couple of hours while waiting I observed their experience and knowledge was consistent with wanting to help others, I saw one customer who was rude to Robert, he had a cool attitude toward him and gave an understanding of service levels and expectations of the wait times for the service he wanted and scheduled an appointment.

I booked an 8 am appointment to have my oil changed,when he said it would be a 2 hour wait I canceled my appointment and asked what an appointment time meant to them and he told me with an appointment it s a 2 hour wait without an appointment it would be a 5 hour wait,no thank you I ll go elsewhere.

Honest folks, they tested my battery & alternator and found no issue with alternator & saved me $$$$. Battery was the issue, 5-years old & replaced. Thanks!

So I came for my annual wheel alignment and they rotated my tires. They noticed my valve stem is damaged and that s the reason my tire keeps going flat. Approved them to fix it and I thought everything was all good.I recently caught a flat, so my dad & I took it to get fixed. I have directional tires and the tech informed us that my tires were put on IN THE WRONG DIRECTION. On top of that, MY VALVE WAS DAMAGED. I will NEVER take my car to you people again

Only go here if you can leave your car for several hours. If not, be prepared to wait several hours. Got there at 7am. Car sat for an hour before they started working on it. Took 3 hours and 20 minutes. Left at 10:20. Price was good though.

Great service! Arrived about an hour before closing with a screw in my tire. They made time to patch up my tire without an appointment and saved me from missing work the next day. Robert was pleasant not only with me but several others who came into pick up their vehicles. Thanks so much for being accommodating and helpful.

Thank you Sherry and Elvis for helping me out this morning. I was at the Firestone store on Delta Fair in Antioch at 7am!!! I had to transport a love one to the hospital for a last minute surgery at 1pm and could not chance not making it due to a possible flat tire. Something was up with my tire for a couple of days. Anyway, no one was there at the store. It was closed and I could hear the phone ringing inside from me calling. I started to panic. I then googled and saw there s a Firestone location in Brentwood. I called and 2 rings later Sherry answered and the rest is history. She saved me today. My tire was fixed by awesome Elvis and I made it on time to my loved one surgery appt. at 1pm. This happened today 3/2/23-Thursday. Again, thank you all!

It's a good place for your car repairs and maintenance. I usually do my own work on my vehicles, but sometimes I just don't have the time to o do it right. When that happens, I can count on Firestone for fast and reliable repairs. They are a bit pricey, but you really get what you pay for.

Wow, just got alignment and tire rotation with balancing done today, because I purchased life time alignment and new set of tires a while back. I was not expecting that I am not paying anything for the service at all. The people that works there were very helpful, honest, friendly, and professional. I am doing review out of how impressed I am with Firestone's lifetime alignment deal. One of the best value purchased I ever bought for Honda Civic Si. Alignment in every visit is $100. I highly recommend it for anyone who loves to save.

definitely a 0 star. i had a scheduled appointment that they needed to reschedule due to short staff. that's fine. so i rescheduled for a day they assured me a simple oil change would take less than an hour. flash forward 1.5 hours later, they still haven't even gotten to my car! then they tell me they can take me next. i had an appointment and they prioritized walk-ins. very irritated. not coming back.

I used to trust this place. However, during my last visit, the service at the front desk was disappointing, and the recommendations were not on point. They recommended changing the rear right light, which I thought it was expensive and decided to do it myself at home. As soon as I went to test and ensure which one was, none were failing. I won't go back

I've used these guys for auto service for a few years and they've never tried to sell me something I didn't need. Trust is the most important aspect of auto service! I trust them.

The service advisors are great and the mechanics know what they are doing. I usually do my own maintenance on my cars. I bring them here when I don't have the equipment (alignment or tires) or cant figure out what is going on. They are always helpful. If you make an appointment for normal stuff, it's pretty quick. You can't make appointments for diagnostics or brakes, so make sure you go early to get into the work bay faster...

I have been bringing my car here for the last few years and I have had nothing but positives experiences. As others have stated they do want to keep your car there for most of the day but I usually plan for that when I need auto repairs/new tires so I am not just sitting around so I usually drop off the night before and they start work the very next morning and then it is usually done by noon. Customer service experience has always been positive too...

Wasted time and paid less down the road 7mins away at America s Tire! I was told over the phone that I was good to go ahead and bring my two dismounted tires in for replacement over the weekend, which ever day Sat or Sun was good for me. This was confirmed late Friday by calling in the day before. I pulled up at approximately 12:30pm Saturday, after I dismounted two front tires on a large work vehicle, but suddenly, in just one morning of being opened, I was told it was fully booked all weekend and i would have to try again on Monday (Labor Day). So I had to load up my two tires from their bay and take my 30min job else where. Im down to pay more for convenience being that I self manage my business with 7 vehicles keeping busier than I would have it, but not for an unreliable service such as this experience. This place does not care for it s commercial accounts and I have done many services in the bay area at multiple firestone sites under this business and it always seems shifty depending on the location. Because of this experience, it will be my last transaction. Do not rely on confirming a plan with them in advance. In addition, I learned that my back up vendor Les Shwabs was more expensive and not as busy as the next shop I decided to try. I learned that America s Tire near Home Depot just down the street was the busiest shop out of all, but with more help on-hand, and better prices, they were quick to assist. I pulled up and less then two minutes I had someone at my car window asking how they could help. There was literally no where to park. I am thankful for this experience today to have been able to save over $140 on my two tires compared to Les Shwabs quote and approx $110 less than Firestone s. If I had to bring in any additional tires, I would be saving a lot more money quickly. I think I will treat my family out for dinner tonight, so thanks for the lesson Firestone Save yourself money on your next tires at America s Tire

Dropped off vehicle at 8am for an oil change and tire rotation. The work wasn t done until near 6pm which is closing time for this shop. This is unacceptable for customers.
