I brought my car in after a hit and run to be repaired. It was a great experience from beginning to end. They helped me with my rental car and kept me informed throughout the repair process. Highly recommend Caliber in Brentwood.

Caliber collision in Brentwood did an amazing job! After having it at a collision center in Reno Nevada that did a terrible job, caliber stepped in and found and fixed everything that the other place did not.

Took our 2021 Honda for repairs to body we are very pleased with the work done it was done very quickly but kept up the quality. Highly recommend this shop they were all very pleasant and professional.

After figuring out they used my full size identical spare as the replacement wheel for a damaged one, I just recently realized they installed the completely incorrect bumper on my truck and covered the fog lamps. I could have sworn my truck originally had square fog lamps and kinda scratched my head then looking into the now solid front bumper with no fog lamp square homes like original, they literally just covered them up with the bumper!Yes I realize it was insurance work and maybe they are not compensated as well as if it were private but come on , really!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Brakes

Caliber Collision did a great job with my car s body work! I ve used them in the past in San Jose. I have to say they ve grown with the times. Their texting me with updates kept my mind at ease while my car was with them! Great job on the repairs also! I brought a 2017 Range Rover here to replace the driver side rear-view mirror assembly. Apparently Caliber "didn't know we had to calibrate it" so it does not work correctly and the sensor is out of whack. Customer service was non-existent because after looking at it, their stance is it's my fault that they were unaware that vehicles nowadays have sensors which require calibration. This was after sending them the VIN and pictures of my car prior to getting the quote. So they told me to kick rocks and take my vehicle to another shop to finish the job I paid Caliber 100 percent of the money to do. If I owned an auto shop and customers had to take their cars to a real shop afterwards to fix my errors I would be completely embarrassed.I originally gave 5 stars because they also did some paint repair on the left rear that came out great, but after this headache it's not worth it. You can get paint repair done anywhere, I'd rather deal with better people.

The staff at Caliber Collision were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The receptionist was very friendly and professional. The technicians took me home and picked me up when my truck was repaired. The repair job was superior! This Brentwood vehicle repair shop will be my go-to for any future repairs and body work. Thank you for a positive experience!

OMG! I would like to thank Excalibur Collision service gentleman Chris I was kind of having a horrible morning before I went in for my appt. Chris was so unbelievably polite and courteous and very professionally well groomed as a service guy in such a greasy environment lol! He politely offered me a seat in the waiting room so he could access my vehicle and give me an estimate on what it would cost forwhat I needed he shortly came back and said let s take a look at you car, I said wait you performed the work already? He said yes and myheart dropped because I didn t know what it was going to cost and was not sure if I was going to be able to pay because I only had cash and no cards on me to pay additional if I needed too! Chris immediately said oh no it s on us it only took about 10-15minutes you re good!!!!! OMG he made my day! I m still excited. Mind you my dealership which is BMW wanted to charge me $487.00 and I refuse to pay that amount and thought of Excalibur would be an excellent candidate because they have worked on my beemers in the past! With that said My hat off to Excalibur Brentwood for awesome hospitality from the front desk Secretaries to the awesome free candy at the front desk .most importantly your professional, awesome customer service and what most customers love honest and integrity. I've been having issues with my driver's side car door for a couple months now. It seems like someone tried to break in and was unsuccessful, but this resulted in my car door seal to lift which makes an annoying wind sound whenever I'm driving at high speeds. Had an 830am appt and Jorge helped me out. His team made some quick adjustments to my door which definitely made a difference. Thank you guys so much! Will definitely come back with any of my car issues.

When I needed work on my car, they were super helpful and professional. Especially their office manager Silvia!! She went above and beyond her duty and assured me when work will be done by estimating dates and if for some reason there were changes to the dates or anything involving the service, she notified me as soon as possible. She was always kind and wonderful to talk to each conversation we had! My insurance company contracts with Caliber. And I am so happy with their service. Unfortunately there were some delays but not their fault. Supplier delayed the parts. But caliber took extra attention to get me a rental bc I was going on a trip and they knew I needed a working car. Customer service was great. Caliber gave me a quote that was not accurate, then wouldnt fix the issue and told me to call my insurance and get it fixed. I had minor damage to my front bumper and the car was still drivable but they insisted on me taking my car in to have sit there for god knows how long. First and last time I use a recommended nationwide insurance shop. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Would recommend anyone They were very professional I had paint damage from a previous owner on the rear passenger side door on a 2018 Mercedes CLS550. About the size of an apple and also a streak down the entire door where they put bondo and touch up paint. You couldn t tell until you got really close. The actual cost ended up being less than the quoted price and they let me pay half up front and half upon completion. They sanded it down and repainted the entire door. The painter did a perfect job I walk up to it and I tried, I really tried to find any flaws or and color difference. The painter matched the very slight sun fade (from being 5 years old car) perfectly. I know it was repainted but I can t even tell. He even matched the amount of metallic flake in the diamond white paint that is a stock option from Mercedes. He also got the thickness of the paint layers the same as the other panels.Service: Painting

Poor quality repair.Poor customer service.Left the old parts in.Front bumper misaligned.Left three undercarriage splash shields loose (no securement clips)They rattled when driving.Called three times (we ll call you back)And never called me back.On the 4th time I personally brought the car back to them and they attempted to fix it and informed me a new bumper was going to be ordered. But NEVER called me back even after I tried again calling 3 more times.GEICO is my insurance and they claim lifetime warranty on repairs.Not recommended.You have a choice, choose wisely where to get your car repairedService: Body & Trim

First contact with me for my estimate was done pleasantly without a feeling that they, " the company" were doing me a favor by trying to fit me into their busy schedule like the other two business I got estimates from. Excellent communication between staff and myself during the whole process. Assurance for the moment of first contact that they had time for me and were able to meet my car repair needs in the shortest possible down time. Sent me multiple text updates a day stating progress on repairs and estimates of completion time. Receptionist saw me pull in and before I got inside the building had contacted the staff person I was working with, made my wants known, and staff member was already on their way to meet me up front. I don't think I've ever been treated with as much care and respect for my needs by any business! I would highly recommend this company to meet your car repair needs. The most excellent service!

Brought my car in due to a fender bender I was told it was going to take over 2 weeks to get it back but I was able to pick it up much sooner. Not only was their service fast, efficient, and well done but i appreciated how silvia kept in touch with me throughout the process. I would definitely recommend bringing your car here.
