My car needed help I took it here they gave it the tlc it needed and now it's all better they fixed it in a timely manner and the customer service was excellent

Jaime is AMAZING!! She helped me out so much and went above and beyond for me!! Long story short I bought a car got the warranty on the car and my car did not start it ended up being the batter which is not covered ( that s sucks but it is what it is) then I was told that the battery that came with the car was not even for my kind of car was the wrong battery and I was on the phone with Carmax for hours couldn t get an answer and she called them for me and she got them to pay for it since they sold me the car with the wrong battery. She didn t have to do that and she did!! I appreciate her more than she will ever know!! She definitely is one that should be recognized for her hard work! And in the future I will be using them as my mechanic. This kind of generosity kindness goes a far way and makes me feel like I can trust this place. Thank you so much Jamie!!!

Scheduling my service was a breeze. The service writer was very pleasant and accommodating. The services tech's knew there stuff, friendly and were quick to resolve my issue. I would certainly bring my vehicle to them should I have any future issues.

They told me I needed to spend 6k on rebuilding my transmission or 4k to replace it. That didn t seem right because the truck was driving fine. I took it to another reputable place in town and they said that work did not need to be done. In addition, when I picked up my truck the windows were rolled down as it was parked in the parking lot and my battery was dead. Do not go here. There are far better places to go to in town. I have never posted a negative review on Google for anything before but my experience was so bad that I had to post so that others do not get taken advantage of.

These guys do top notch work and even more importantly are trustworthy. It's hard to find an honest and expert auto mechanic and Brentwood Transmissions are it! I'd recommend them to anyone.

Good price and was able to get it in quickly to replace the rear differential seal. However, they didn't correctly tighten it down! Thankfully my husband picked it up (not me) & took it for a test drive before the hour drive back & noticed the sound it was making. I probably wouldnt of & that could of cause some serious issues!! They immediately tighened it correctly when he returned. Would of been 5 stars if they had tightened it correctly the first time.

I couldn t ask for a better business to support. Friendly, courteous, honest and they even laughed at my corny jokes. Unfortunately our Transmission on our 2007 Ford Edge went out so we decided to donate it to charity. They let us keep it there for a few days until we got situated with the tow company and charity. It was a huge help because our work and family schedules were extremely busy and this gave us some breathing room. I ll definitely be a returning customer!Services: Transmission, Transmission repair

These guys know what they're doing. I was having some bad noise in the car, turns out it was bad motor mounts. Brought it to these guys and they quoted me a fair price and to my surprise was able to get it done the SAME DAY! I believe that speaks for itself but take it from me you won't be disappointed with this shop. They will continue to have my business that's for sure.Service: Engine repair

Very kind folks over at the shop. They made my oil, filter change and tire rotation quick and painless. Gave me notice of remaining brake pads I had left. They even changed my dome light & cargo light bulbs & I didn't even mention that to them.! Great service!
