Great company, great service. Using them again next week. I trust the work they have already done. They are truly kind people. I encourage veterans to use them as well. The pics are items that were not working when we bought (didn't know that at the time). The carbon detector won't shut the hell up. We're hoping they will be able to help us figure out how to replace the screamin' thing !

Cleto was very knowledgeable and very quick diagnosing and fixing the problem. His thoroughness was an added bonus. Michael, Charlotte, and Cleto all went above and beyond my expectations. I will not hesitate to call them again when I have any issues with my RV.

Guys attitude and behavior is atrocious. I would use other adjectives in person. He wants to over charge and abuse your financial information. He won't fix what you have he'll take the easiest way out. Spending your money and making sure he takes care of his pockets extremely well. Do not call this guy.. I wouldn't have if I saw how many unsatisfied people were on here already. PLUS HES A LIAR.

I really appreciated the guy who came out to me, but I'm appalled by the prices. $220 for mobile service when my understanding is mobile is all they do? And $380 for this guy to do a quick inspection and put a gallon of antifreeze in my fresh water tank? Unbelievable. I'm very disappointed.

-DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY-The most RACIST company, they told me if I wanted it done cheaper to have some Mexicans do it, they also over charge on everything. He also wanted to fight me and wanted to meet up, his wife hung up on me multiple times and charged me a ton of money for 5 minutes of work. They have a few random companies to cover up all their problems. Stay away from them, I used a different company and it was half the price.

Michael is very professional and booked us the day we called. Our was tech very knowledgeable, he helped my wife and I get our water leak fixed so we could leave the park before closing time. He also gave us some tips to take care of our motorhome so it won't happen again.

This is such a great company, wonderful customer service ! I had lost my electrical and Jonathan stayed on the phone with me and helped me check out different areas and was getting someone to me immediately to help. I can t thank him enough for all his help.

Michael, helped us out in a pinch, we lost our brakes and he took care of everything, all four calipers pads, complete brake job x4.Very up front about all prices, including parts list, kept in contact the entire time, and the rates were very very reasonable. He sent his technicians out because this was a mobile job, David and Armon, were great and very knowledgeable got us back on the road.Highly recommend this company, because of the honesty but especially their work.Service: Brakes

If I could give less than a 1 star review, I would. Michael is a fraud. They came to work on my AC, Fireplace and thermostat. He charged us over $1400 and NONE of those issues were fixed by him or his technicians. He has charged me for a part that did not work, and has not refunded me that cost. He lied to the credit card company to get the dispute favored in his way. He is unprofessional, makes rude comments, and is a crook. I would not use this company or any of this others for anything.**edited to add: we knew what was wrong with the AC. We didn t need this company to diagnose the issue or tell us what part was needed/. We called them to fix it out of convince as my husband works a lot. The owner of this business falsified invoices and paperwork AFTER he got called out. I did not authorize the second charge on my credit card, nor did he inform me what he was charging. He states he short charged me on the first invoice so just added it on to the second. Look up Pacific Mobile RV Repair and Sierra RV Repair located in Sonora, CA for more reviews. He just recently changed the name of his business to hide all the bad reviews. Majority of the customers have the same complaint. Michael T. Meloni is the common denominator in all the issues. He does the same thing over and over. He has not only done this to us, but 3 other people I know personally (and many more on top of that).Service: Air conditioning

Our rig sprung a few leaks during the spring rains, and we reached out for help with the roof and water damage. Response was quick, service was efficient and friendly, and the work was well done roof was scraped and resealed, and interior was repaired. Very responsive when I first called, was able to get an appointment easily w/in a couple of days. They kept me informed when another job ran over. Keegan the tech was awesome! Explained everything, answered alot of questions since we are newbies, very helpful. They made a stressful situation for us alot easier and even answered questions after the service. I would highly recommend them.

They were available right away when we needed help! Our busted refrigerator needed to be fixed in the middle of our trip and Brentwood got it done quickly and we haven t had any issues since.
