A big thank you to Stephen and Kyle. Stephen responded very quickly to my inquiry. I felt very catered to and well taken care of. I had to get a vehicle out of necessity due to unexpected changes in my life, and Kyle and Stephen really did a wonderful job helping me out. I left the dealership feeling taken care of, happy... and the most important thing, I feel secure! I feel confident with this dealership and I look forward to coming back. Though I have not bought from them.. YET, I have nothing but great things to say! My dad and I took a trip out to look at a specific car that I loved, dad not so much, so we passed on it but I continue to check their inventory daily. I worked with both Jenna and Greg, I would recommend either. This time around shopping for a car has been a nightmare, I even had to return a purchase at a different dealership, working with Bill Brandt Ford I feel a sense of excitement again. Would completely recommend this dealership!!

If you are tired of the exhausting, "typical" negative car dealership experience, give Bill Brandt Ford a try. The employees at Bill Brandt are friendly, professional and honest. I came to Bill Brandt Ford on a busy Sunday afternoon, to look at a used Chrysler Voyager minivan. David Padilla assisted me in taking the van on a test drive. David took the time to listen to and answer all questions I had about the van. I had previously researched fair prices on late model, used Chrysler minivans, and noted that Bill Brandt listed the van at a sales price well below other dealerships in this area. Thus, my wife and I decided to purchase the van. The process to purchase the van, from start to finish, was the most pleasant dealership experience I have ever had. There was no pressure to "buy now" and no comments along the line of "we've had lots of inquires on this vehicle so it might not be available if you wait". Do yourself a favor and check out vehicles in Bill Brandt's inventory. You won't be disappointed, even if you have to drive from the city to get there.

We are extremely happy to have purchased our first Ford vehicle from Bill Brandt Ford in Brentwood, a Mustang Mach E!!!.Our shopping and buying experience was good. They have good folks who know what they're doing, knowledge in answering questions, did a great job at explaining the details of the vehicle, various options, etc. The salesman, Mike, was great with helping us figure out the vehicle, ensure we were satisfied and also ensured we didn't leave without a deal. He and Jerred made it possible!We did feel a little confused as we were supposed to get the delivery next day, but weren't contacted and Mike was on leave, etc. however when contacted, the office gave us explanation and provided the details of the delay, which were not in their control, agreed promised a new date, which they fulfilled!So yes, a little hiccup, but it all ended wellGreat delivery experience. Again, Jerred and Mike ensured we were told everything about the vehicle. Set us up with the FordPass account, connected the vehicle, etc.So yeah! Go Bill Brandt!!

Experience was Top Notch! Internet sales guru Greg was awesome and attentive to my needs, concerns and time constraints . He followed up on all my requests, was very respectful and engaged in a fun conversation during a nice long exciting drive in a really cool Dodge Challenger that I ended up buying. Financing was fair and honest and met all my needs. I would definitely shop for cars again at Bill Brandt Ford!Thx

These guys made a girls dreams come true! I came to look at a new rig to be my adventure vehicle. Michael and Alejandro took care of me in the way of test drives, trying out different models and just letting me find the one. In financing Leon and one other kind gentleman, I don t catch his name, made me a sweet deal I just couldn t turn down. These guys were kind, informative and in NO way pushy about buying or settling for something I didn t want. 10/10 recommend and would go back for any future vehicle purchases.Thanks guys!

I bought a used car from the salesman Jordan he was helpful the whole time. There was an issue with the car that needed to be fixed a week after I bought the car. They brought it in to fix it and gave me a loaner car in the meantime. They were doing all they could to get the parts for this car . I acted like a jerk to the whole staff when I picked up my car when in fact is all they tried to do is help me and be professional the whole time. I am sorry for that. Would recommend Bill Brandt to anyone looking for a new or used car very professional team.

I ve purchase 2 new trucks from Bill Brandt in the past 2 years. They run an A+++ operation, and made both purchases stress free and extremely easy. Special thanks to Pete, the general manager, Brent in Sales, Kyle in finance and Alejandro for preparing to be super clean and shiny for delivery. If you are in the market for a Ford, I cannot recommend them more. Ask for Brent when you call or visit them. A+++.

We just purchased our 3rd car from Bill Brandt and as always, had amazing service, easy negotiations and overall a very pleasant experience.We loved working with Greg, our sales person. Greg was super knowledgable, no pressure sales and made the entire experience so easy. Some people would rather go to the dentist than purchase a car from a dealership, but as far as car purchases go our experience was about as painless as one could ask for. Our sales consultant Franklin was an absolute pleasure to work with, zero pressure, and had no issues with me getting under the hood to inspect the vehicle. He let us test drive the vehicle on our own and after we decided to make an offer he put up with all my questions and haggling. From all our research we felt we received a fair deal on the price of our used 2014 Ford Edge and my wife absolutely loves the car. We would highly recommend that anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle check out Bill Brandt Ford.

Would NOT recommend this place . As this was our first time trying to purchase a vehicle from a dealership, it was going great until it was time to complete paperwork. They tricked us into running our credit, after we have specifically told them we did not want to as we were pre approved. They claimed that the information was needed for MVD, hence we gave it to them. The sales person also got passive when we started questioning about the random fees that were added. We ended up leaving with no vehicle and so glad we did.Just be aware of the shady things they do and the hidden fees.

From start to finish, was a seamless experience. We found vehicle online, came in for a test drive with my wife, got a fair trade in value on our trade in. We weren't pressured to buy warrantee and service contracts. They answered all questions no matter how many. I would highly recommend buying a vehicle here. Thank you Bill Brant.

Sales Associate A. Lopez contacted me about wanting to purchase my vehicle, he requested I come to dealership.Once I arrived he appeared friendly, asked what type of car I wanted to buy. I reminded him I was not there to purchase, that he had asked to purchase my vehicle. His attitude changed. He became verbally aggressive and less customer service oriented.Anytime he asked me a question, he would interrupt me before I could answer.I did not feel comfortable continuing our conversation. I thanked him for his time and left.

I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. These car salesmen are shady and rude but they try to perceive themselves as honest people.I have been here twice. The first time I came here I had a good experience with Stephen, who continued to keep in touch with me after my visit. I decided to come back because I was serious about making a purchase here. I came back and had a terrible experience with Raul the Sales Manager. We felt that he was very condescending/rude to us based on our age, and he did not take us seriously. We asked him if he was willing to negotiate, but without even hearing our offer, he told us he did not want to sell. I have never heard of anyone in sales, especially a manager, say that they don t want to make a sale.We did not feel comfortable here and we left. We will not be coming back and we will do business with another dealership that actually treats us with respect.

When we bought a used car from Brandt Ford, the experience was relaxed and no pressure, which we appreciate. This was the 2nd car in 3 years bought from Brandt Ford. The car and price were as described. No fuss pricing and process. If there was any downside, it was getting only one key fob and the automatic $300 charge for "etching" a serial number on the car.

I've bought multiple cars & trucks from Bill Brandt Ford and had many vehicles serviced here. I recently brought in an F350 for a recall that the dealer I bought the truck from missed. I had a few additional items serviced as well. Service here has always been excellent and fair. I will continue to do business with Bill Brandt Ford.

Found truck on CarGurus. Salesman was responsive and friendly. Dealership was not flexible on the price (the price was good) but flexibility is always nice. The ad mentioned sunroof and tow package as options. Neither were accurate. I failed to notice a vibration in the tires on the test drive and an evap emissions control check engine light came on after my 80 mile trip home. The dealer did not have a fob programmed for the truck. However they gave me an unprogrammed one I paid $85 to have programmed. Dealer is not flexible on a $299 stolen recovery insurance policy of $2,500. If my $35,000 truck is stolen and never recovered I get $2,500. It is a product the dealership buys for a benefit on their property insurance which they pay significantly less than the $299 cost they force their customers to pay. All complaining aside, I m pleased with the truck it was a good purchase. However I would not purchase from Bill Brandt again. Due to distance from my home, inaccuracy of amenities listed, and flexibility in pricing.

Amazing service. Straight forward disclosure on internet inquiry. Got pre-approval and hold on interested vehicle. Took a flight and went to the dealership and arrived 30 minutes before opening. Greg, the sales rep was there already waiting for me. The buying process was smooth and much easier than any other buying experience I had.

Quick Lane Service Dept is amazing especially Leticia, she is always so friendly and helpful. I got a flat on Monday dropped my car off Tues they had to order the tire and Leticia was so amazing she had my car back to me first thing Wednesday morning. Thank you for being so good at what you do!

Took Mach E GT in for 10k mile service. Error codes for Powertrain failure and Battery Failure just after picking it up. Unfortunately they were closed before I knew it was an issue. This was thanksgiving weekend, not a good weekend to be without a car. There seemed to be some of the settings on unbridled mode that were changed with unbridled extended unlocked. Why would they do that when rotating the tires? The service manager was very engaged to fix the problem, but brushed off that there was an issue at all. He give me a Ford Escape loaner with 2000 miles on it and it could not make it over Vasco road without overheating. Had to cancel in person customer meetings scheduled that day.Any trust I have had in Ford, is gone with this experience.

Had to take back vehicle several times for something that they could have identified after fixing my initial complaint. Since I took my Ford Edge in to get car door lock assembly fixed they should have realized that the cars locks are part of a system that supposed to recognize when the key fob is near which causes the door to unlock. It Took bringing the vehicle back for them to identify this problem. Additionally I took my ford explorer in due to overheating and all they did was change water pump, overflow and a collapsed hose and then they gave it back to me. Afterward I took car to get washed and car started overheating while in the wash. I called dealer and had to bring it back which scared me because I didn t wanna blow the head gasket and cause more damage. Anyway after bringing back they said it needed to be burped due to air in system. I think this could have been easily noticed had they drove the vehicle a little after fixing components.
