We had a wonderful experience! They got our Volkswagen back up and running. Prices were reasonable. I liked that they explained to us what was going on and to make sure we were on board. We will come back for our auto needs.

I trust these guys, to me they seem pretty honest when it comes to repairs and costs. Anthony was a pleasant to talk to through the phone. He was very cordial and informative with what my needed work on. Car runs smooth again! Big thanks you guys.

Brian and Anthony will take care of you at Auto Diagnostic & Repair! They were the only place that could repair my 96 Bronco. The Dealer and another mechanic shop tried to get rid of my check engine light to no avail. For 2 years I have dealt with this issue. Finally it has been taken care of and I was able to pass the smog and get my baby back on the road. Summer camping here we come.

The people were nice, but the prices are ridiculous. I brought my truck in for a check engine light, the guy at the counter said they did a visual inspection and needed to do an evap test. They charged be $350.00 for what turned out to be a missing gas cap!. Shouldn't they have seen that at the visual inspection? I'm blind and it is for a truck we kept for my teenager who will be driving soon. I feel like they took advantage to get as much money as they can squeeze from their customers. The more I think about it, the more upset I get. Will avoid them in the future.

The reviews are either lies or they used to be good. I took my van for a diagnostic for a 9am appt on 1/9/24. I received a call at 2pm that it needed further evaluation (more money), I okayed the service. The man had an attitude when I asked for an ETA. I called again at 5:05pm and they told me, "we're closed and if you don't hear from us by 4:30pm, you should assume we aren't done." It is 12:20pm on 1/10/24, and they said I can't get my van because they are at lunch!Also, they said $250 for a diagnostic and $900 for one axel or $1200 for two! I just want to get my car and NEVER come here again. Save your business for a company who cares for their costumers time and money!

I found out about the shop by using a coupon from the value mailer, I needed an oil change so I took my car there. Employees are very respectful I am not from Brentwood. My car broke down in Brentwood AAA driver suggested your company. I broke down about 3:45 the tow truck driver came as fast as he could so I could get my car to your place by five thank you so much for all your help. I m 60 years old and your employees made me feel very comfortable. Thank you for the great job. All your employees do peace and love in America.

These guys are the best. Had a coolant leak on my explorer that I couldn't find. Was able to fit me in within a couple days. They were able to find the leak and replace the needed parts along with a couple other parts I knew I needed. I can honestly say I thought they were very reasonably priced and very professional about their service. I am very pleased about my experience with Auto Diagnostic and Repair in Brentwood. They were very helpful and were able to find the problem and repaired it in the same day. Replacing HVAC blower motor control module really helped and they replaced the cabin air filter too. Brian, Anthony and crew at Auto Diagnostic in Brentwood did a great job with my sons car. The check engine light was coming on the last 5 months and it has been serviced many times by other shops but the light kept coming back on after a few days. Major damage due to a part seizing causing the serpentine belt to snap after the pressure...the parts, bracket and pully's effected were all replaced...steering & brakes lost. The truck was towed in late at night...the diagnosis, estimate the next day, parts the next, vehicle returned the next!! DO NOT BRING YOUR SERVICE HERE! I walked in to get my car looked at again after they fixed it & when I rolled my car into the shop it wasn t making no noise but when they give it back to me it s all of a sudden making all these weird nosies? Also they don t test drive your car and make sure things are complete as they cut corners to make deadlines, they didn t even check anything directly as they lazily sat in my car & checked the dashboard and started listing out random things to fix but never a clear awnser, as I walked out and they laughed at me and made insults about my money situation one of the big guys felt compelled to come out to my car and threaten me and try and fight me! I don t know what their problem is with woman but when my mother wanted to pay they charged her 800$ but when I paid it was only 500$! the customers service is terrible as when I called they wanted to laugh at my problem and say that they sometimes test drive cars but when I called again and asked the other guy they said they don t at all so what s the clear awsner? This location & business is terrible and I hope nobody brings their car here to be messed with

My engine compartment had been ransacked by a rodent. It ran terribly and could have cost me so much more money. I had it towed in it was so bad. They fixed it and it is good as new for a super reasonable price.Service: Auto engine tuningService: Auto engine tuning

This was my first experience with ADR since they took over this repair garage (we have been long time customers of the previous owners). I worked with Anthony who was great to interact with. We have used this company and their sister company for a few years. They are honest (the owner is a Mormon), skilled, thorough and fast. They can figure out the toughest, most intermittent issues. I am an ASE master technician who used to own 5 Tune Up shops. I am too old to work on cars anymore. This is my go to place!
