I have used this company four times now. This past time, someone broke into my car, breaking the window. I called at 8am and my window was fixed by 11am so I didn t have to drive in the rain with a broken window. They are always prompt, friendly, professional and fair priced. From the person taking calls in the office to the great installers. Highly recommend

Excellent service. Great pricing... way less than Safelite. Installers arrived promptly and were very professional. Would highly recommend All Pro Glass.

Used this company before so thought I'd go back. Needed patio door and windshield. Had estimate and then went to confirm order in person and waited and Rob never called back. Waited almost 5 weeks. Likely too busy to do a small job. Not sure I woulddo business here again because I didn't even get a call back from the car window lady either who says she's she is in a different department. Tried to keep business in town but they make it difficult. Just be aware. Not sure customer service is their priority.

I was referred to All Pro Glass and they did not disappoint. Rob was so nice and accommodating! I had a broken glass window from my China cabinet and All Pro glass came out to my house, measured my cabinet window and cut the glass on the spot. My China cabinet looks brand new and it was fixed in a matter of minutes!! Thank you so much All Pro Glass! I will definitely be using you again if I ever need glass replaced.

On Monday I took my family to Golden Gate park and unfortunately in the short time we were there my car was broken into. The passenger quarter panel was broken so thief could access trunk. I called around for prices to fix and got really high estimates. A family member referred All Pro Glass and not only did they have the best price by far, their service is A+ and their technicians were fast, friendly, and did an awesome job! AND they came to me! Thank you All Pro!

Horrible service at this place. Took them 3 times to clean the broken glass out of my car door. Glass was stuck in the track still and scratched my new window. Finally had to drive very far to them myself to get it cleaned out properly but they also bent the clips to my door panel that secured the door panel to the car door. This place was not my choice because the repairs were through my insurance but I would never reccomend this place to anyone!

Poor customer service. The project manager would never call me back after several attempts of leaving messages with the receptionist. This is after they canceled my appointment to get measurements due to their technicians not having time

I want to thank Robert for the help. I was in a real big pickle. My dad was going in for surgery and I was in Concord at the hospital I went to the market to get something to eat. I rolled down my back window and it fell down in the track. By the time I got back to the hospital which was 10 minutes it started pouring down rain I could not stay from my father's surgery. On my way home I called all pro glass. Robert told me he would have a guy at my house in a few minutes to fix my window. When I got home the guy was there in 15 minutes and had got my window back in place and had fixed it for me. I appreciate Robert for having a quick response of helping me during my dilemma.
