Bought a set of 4 tyres and had them installed. Wasn t a bad experience but not long later (2years) I came back as they were getting worn. When I got there they asked me who put in the current tyres. I told them they did. Because someone had put them on the wrong direction (arrow). Ugh. Ok. Put on new ones. Now my TPMS is acting up. Been a few months and just trying to speak to someone took me 2 weeks of calling with hang ups or no answering. Due to these issues I ll probably just pay more at a more reliable auto centre.

It was as good as walmart gets. They initially lost my order. However, the staff were very kind and apologetic. Tires are great, and services was friendly.

Worst service/customer service EVER! I highly recommend you take your car somewhere else! I ordered 4 tires for my mom s car and she had her car towed there after we got the email stating the tires were ready for installation, and when she arrived they told her that they only had 3 of the 4 tires. When she asked what they could do about it, the man said it s not my problem . I spoke with the manager, Juan, and he had just as bad of customer service. He didn t want to offer any discounted pricing on a different set of tires, nor did he want to offer any other solution. I wound up having to pay for more expensive tires and to top it off, when my mother went to get her car, the guy told her in a half-joking manner and don t come back. Thee worst!!!

I usually get ok service here. Not today. Came in one hour before the tire center closes for roadside warranty service. There is a screw in my tire. Was told they were to busy and I could come in tomorrow at 7AM. They might be able to look at it then. Not sure how I would get there if the air leaks over night. The last time I came in I had an appointment and they lost my appointment time. I had to argue with them to get seen and then it took several hours.

Not a surprise that this center has such a low rating.I bought a nice set of Goodyear tires here and was told tire rotations are included.So I show up at opening one morning. Although the place was empty, the guy tells me I have to set an appointment for a tire rotation.I looked at the practically empty line where cars wait for service and asked, "Are you sure? I bought the tires here."I was then basically told to go jump off a cliff.Not a good showing.Will never be back.

Hours of operation posted are incorrect or not adhered to by the staff. My girlfriend got a low tire pressure light and noticed a balding tire. Called this Walmart to conform the tire shop was open and she said "yes, the take the last customer at 6:30pm". She arrives 6:13pm and they are already closing and they tell her there is no o e there to help her. More like they are unwilling to do their job during business hours. She chose this place because it was closest to her and our house. There are 2 other tire shops in the area that close at 7pm, if they had correct hours of operation posted online or if we received correct info on the phone we could have made a better decision. Luckily, Allen tire answered right away and said to come on by, they will take care of it. They were waiting and she pulled right in the bay, in and out. Real service.

Better if someone would answer the phones. Main line transfers you to a phone that just rings & is never answered no matter how long you let it ring.Happy with the service, once its initiated. Sometimes the waits hours in length. No appointments offered. I've asked on many occasions

Worst service ever! Please don t go here. I had a reservation for a tire rotation at 8:00 AM and showed up 10 min early and they told me it would take 1:30 hours, so I left and came back two hours later and it still was not done and they told me another 20 to 30 Minutes, so I came back after 30 minutes and still no progress and the guy at the counter told me another 45 min, so I said can check please and he came back and said maybe 45 to 1 Hour because short of staff, so I asked why not say that to begin with 3 hours ago and I could have gone elsewhere and his response was we can do another reservation for another day. These people need to be fired and get professional people who get the job done. And oh btw, all the technicians were talking and chatting instead of doing their work.

I've been having my tires rotated on my SUV for years here and today they said that can't rotate my tires because they needed a certain lift. If you have a truck or SUV don't waste hours for them to tell you they can't rotate your tires

I had them mount 5 tires on wheels I brought in off my trailer. They did a great job. Jose and Adolph did all 5 tires in a couple hours, even though they were busy. Great customer service. I do most work on my vehicles myself; however, I don't have the room or money for a tire mounting machine and appreciate the time and money saved by having Walmart do that work for me. THANK YOU!

Had a really bad experience here today. I waited for over 2.5 hours for a synthetic oil change after being quoted an hour and without my persistence, it could have been even longer! The wait wasn t due to a line of cars ahead of me, which one might could understand. Nope. It was because after finishing my car (around the 2hour mark) the technicians left it in the garage and started working on the other ones. I sat there for 20 minutes waiting for someone to help me out at the customer service desk, NOBODY came. After waiting, I went out and asked what the deal was, and one of the guys was smart elic and told me to ring the bell . As I went back in to see where this bell was, the technician drove my car out of the garage and parked it (like they re supposed to do).Walah! My keys magically appear at the customer service desk. Next challenge: I have to find someone to ring me out...That took another 10 minutes after them refusing a discount.Just go pay more somewhere else. It ll be worth it.

Worst service ever! Please don t go here. They took my reservation, I waited for 2 hours, and got a call from them saying that they can t get it done because the technician for the service I requested is not there. Seriously? Then why did they take my reservation in the first place and had me wait for 2 hours? I spoke to manager and he was useless too. Don t waste your time here

I really don't know why they have a lot of one star reviews for this property... but in my experience with afternoon shift crews, they work as hard as they can and try sooo hard to meet your needs. Please feel free to go there and experience their friendly services. I loved here and would be back for my engine oil change and so on.

I have used Walmart for oil changes for sometime. Today I put my truck on ramps in preparation for me to do an oil change. The first thing I notice is that one of the three front bolts holding the skid plate is missing. The missing bolt/washer must be the result of a Walmart oil change. I only took this vehicle to Walmart Brea for oil changes I did not perform and I hadn't did my own for years. IN ADDITION, in the past they have stripped drain plug threads and replaced with oversized plugs, overfilled the oil with denial when confronted, and used cheaper oil than I requested. It has come to a point that I will not be returning for oil changes until customers have access to cameras viewing the pit.

Marked up $25 more than what was quoted for a oil and filter job. Might have been an honest mistake. But if I didn't ask, they would have had no problem charging me $71 instead of $46.

Great experience! From Jose who greeted me as soon as I pulled up, to Sam who worked on my car, to the manager Jose who informed me of and apologized for the wait; every employee was courteous, friendly and professional! Great prices and even better customer service! No other Walmart auto center compares to them.

Terrible service, on one occasion they threw the transmission oil instead of the engine oil, this time they broke the oil filter housing, in both cases I had to wait more than 2 hours. The technicians are dedicated to talk and eat and do nothing to speed up the work. I will never come back to service my cars. I don't recommend them.

I was here at 9 am sat for 2 tires said it would be 1 to 1 1/2 at the most wait time it's now 4 hours later and still not done. They offered no apologies or anything

Today I bought 2 nyquils and 1 bread. Without paying attention to the cashier, he charged me about $20. I did not realize and just slide my credit card until my wife told me that it was too expensive..After we recalculated, it seems he entered 3 instead of 2 for the nyquils thus charged me about $6 more. Not a big amount, but I just think since this is not my first time shopping in this Walmart (because it is close to my home), I do not know how much money have I lost because I rarely pay attention when paying with my credit card.I just want to inform you to be careful and double check your purchases when the cashier enter the items. Or otherwise you will loose a lot of your money, especially when you shop a lot of stuff.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE.Mechanics were great and helpful but service in the auto center area were horrible. Never come to this walmart. I didn t have 1 associate who was helpful from the start.

Great service but they take a long time to JUST change your tires. Only tire replacement and balance services I think. Oil changes too.

This place is a joke, dont come here unless you have a couple of hours to spare, came in for a tire rotation with one car ahead of me and still took 2 hours,workers just stood around,dont understand how walmart runs this shop
