Young spirited H.S. kids are managing and running the shop. They are professional and quick at what they do. They do your oil and filter changes and give you the right advice while you are waiting about your tires' condition while inflating them for you, the cabin filter, and your vehicle battery's life expectancy. This is their specialty. This is what they do. I respect every one of them. I am happy that I visited this shop and I will use it before any other every time I need their services.

Wow! I am so impressed with this oil change shop. Quick and Convenient drive through. The customer service is exceptional... I forgot to ask names of the tech I would have given them a shout out. They did a diagnostic and gave recommendations of what we need to changed next time including our engine filter. When they were done with oil change they showed us our oil dip stick to show there was new clean oil in our car. I recieved an email receipt that included a 15% discount for next time. I really like this!

Waaaaay too expensive for an oil change and other services. I get the whole experience of staying in your car, but that just doesn't do it for me. Staff is very nice though.

Waited 30 minutes and still didn t get serviced. Two other cars arrived after I did and the cars in front of them finished sooner, so I just left at that point. When I had asked how much longer, some guy gave me this face like he wasn t sure. Left to another shop and got helped right away. 2 stars because it s usually quick but the staff and the cluelessness of the estimated time didn t work for me.

Friendly, quick. Most oil changes are 15 minutes. I wanted my wipers replaced, too, and their prices were fair. Take a look at the website, you can usually find a coupon for a few dollars off.

Outstanding service. Really quick, clean and efficient. Granted, it's a little more costly that a standard oil change, but they will always provide coupons upon asking. Our service tech was named Cory, and he was polite and professional. You really do get everything you pay for here. Complimentary fluid and filter checks, quick service, top notch professionalism. Strongly recommend!! 5 Stars!!

I ve been coming to this location for several years now and each time I ve been there, the technicians are always so friendly, helpful and upbeat. Luis the Manager, goes out of his way to make sure you feel important and helps you understand the whole process. I love this place!

Been coming to this Valvoline for a few years now. It s a busy location. Went in for an oil change and I never care about how long it takes. I know they have quotas and times to meet, but they don t have the greatest customer service anymore. They are short, inconsistent, and wanting to be done with their day. As a female, I felt I was overlooked, even though I know more about what is going on with my car than they do sometimes. But I understand they are tired, it s hot, and you want to finish your job to get home. But we all do the same at the end of the day. This place is just average at this point, and not worth the $100+ that I could use at a dealership instead.

It's the best oil change location. Every time has been good. Nothing ever breaks down right after going there. Unlike jiffy lube in diamond bar where almost all past visits turned into mechanical failure in days. Come here. No jiffy lube. F jiffy lube. Hail Valvoline.

I was in and out with an oil change in 15 minutes. They offered some great maintenance suggestions, but I decided to hold off for now as I like to make larger purchase choices with my fianc�. Extremely soft sales with emphasis on information - which I greatly appreciate. Special thanks to Victor for his incredible customer service! We always come here for our oil changes.

I really appreciate the convenience of a drive thru oil change. I know that I'm paying a little more than if I were to get an oil change elsewhere or to do it myself (never done that and not planning to start), but soy una reyna and I don't mind paying the extra cost to stay in my clean car. I'm writing this in December so I was able to stay in my warm car.I like that there are multiple staff members working simultaneously and checking in with each other about the work each has done. The person who interacted with me (handsome blond) today was very pleasant.

Great service! Fast and very friendly! They always top off my wiper fluid and make sure my car is ready to hot the road. They also change headlights for a reasonable charge! Way better than attempting to do it yourself, or go to the dealership for twice as much money. You can also find some good coupons online for services.

Loyal to Valvoline for small maintenance needs and oil changes for about 20 years now. I have been to various locations over this period of time and find efficiency, affordability and customer service are all fairly consistent. I am especially pleased with the team here in Brea; great communication amongst each other as well as when it comes to one on one with the customer Infront of them. 5 SERVICE!!

Great place, great service. They get you in and out in a professional manner. Top quality parts and service. They perform a full service check on lights, engine air filter, tire pressure, and check for leaks. They also will give the the recommendations from the manufacturer for; transmission oil, power steering fluid, radiator, tire rotation, and many more.

They changed my oil but lost a clip from the air filter case. I AM STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO CALL AND SEND ME A REPLACEMENT CLIP!Edit: I lowered my review to 1 star. I went there 7/8. They ordered the replacement part on 7/16. They promised to drop off or mail the part but now the manager is refusing to do that. I am not driving over there for a $10 part they lost. As of 8/5 I do not have my car part. They also refused to refund or send me a check for $10 so I could buy the part. This place looks nice but it's not a place to go if you want a whole car afterwards.

The person who helped me was very courteous and friendly; also very knowledgeable. He informed me that my front tires were very worn on inner side if tires and it could possibly be due to suspension. I'm very glad he told me as I plan to drive to New Mexico. My husband use to take care of this stuff, but he recently passed from Covid. So now I have to depend on others who are knowledgeable about cars. This young man changed both my filters and did a great job!

went in yesterday for just an oil change and due to the wonderful manger who was very kind and caring I got a lot of things done to my truck in such a short time SUPER FRIENDLY STAFF PLEASANT EMPLOYEES never knew they even did have the stuff they did we had 5 services and we were out in less than 40 minutes and the cost was under $400.00 at the dealer would have been thousands HIGHLY RECOMMENDServices: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Battery, Oil change

Great service. Fair prices and quick service. Due to our pandemic requiring you to stay in your car, it's actually not bad. Somewhat prefer it. Having your car off though during the service when it's hot outside can get cozy but not a big deal. Will be coming back.

The techs were all very nice. The oil change took about 20 minutes which is great AND you get to stay in the comfort of your own vehicle. They did offer two up-sells, but if you politely decline they do not push the issue. All around great experience! Oh, and they gave us two ice cold bottles of water for the road.

I have been a loyal Valvoline customer for 5 years. Best oil change anywhere! I came to this Brea location the other night on my way home from work. My new job has me commuting 100mi RT everyday and Valvoline keeps my car running great! They re honest and upfront about all charges and they re always helpful in finding you savings and coupons when you need them. Highly recommend.
