This company is absolute garbage and so is their product. Wanted to upgrade my clutch and flywheel for my 05 Rx8,so I Purchased a clutch and flywheel kit from this company on eBay. Their product description shows 1 year warranty. The clutch exploded after 12 miles. And looking threw their reviews in bit the only victim!!!! Contacted company and they reply, " unfortunately we can not replace or return this item because it has been used or altered." Do not fall with this company!!! All I wanted was a warranty replacement. I installed the original clutch until I could get this resolved, it feels better that their junky stage 2 clutch. One again stay away from this company!!!!

extremely rude and lacks any type of communication/ customer service skills. I purchased on a friday around noon through their ebay store, their ebay listing says that orders placed after 4:30pm will be shipped the next business day. I received a notice of tracking number created the following monday, no problem I understand maybe a little busy on friday.Wednesday evening I use the tracking number and it's still showing as Tracking number created but shipper not yet in possession of the package. I sent them a message asking about the process time and why the package still has not shipped with a screen shot of the tracking on the UPS website- They replied "what's your point" . I explained my point and received nothing unprofessional and childish/rude replies. Thursday evening I finally received an email from UPS that they were in possession of the package. So much for next business day shipping.I buy around $100k worth of automotive parts per year, quite a few of them being clutches and clutch related parts. I will never buy from this company GRIPFORCE again.

Bought a clutch kit for my car and it broke apart in the first 60miles due to a defective rivet, It damaged my transmission also. When I tried to get it warrateed or my money refunded they would not honor it! They will excuse after excuse why they will not refund your money! Liars and thieves! Do not trust this company!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!This company should be reported to the BBB in California. We own an automotive repair shop in Missouri and were working on a 2004 Mazda RX8. We wanted to upgrade the clutch to a stage two. We purchased the clutch through Ebay from this company. After installing the clutch, we drove for approximately 175 mile on highway and the clutch exploded. We contacted them to warranty the product, where they proceeded to tell my husband he installed it incorrectly (he is a 19 year ASE certified technician). We never got to speak to the same person twice and each one had a different excuse or story on why it was not their products fault. All we wanted was to warranty the product!!! Their customer service was rude on multiple occasions, gave conflicting stories, and were down right shady. This company is selling a product, knowing that it will be defective and having no intentions on standing by their product. This goes beyond bad customer service and is a safety hazard. I am planning on contacting the BBB of California to file a complaint. This company also goes by Megatuning INC. and Grip Force.

I needed a clutch kit in a hurry so I bought a kit from Speed Solution on eBay because they were in Brea which is a hour away. They didn't say that the kit was coming from GA, over a week to get here so I couldn't get the job out of here or get paid for the job. Never again.

This place sold me the wrong clutch, and wouldn't exchange or return it. I asked for OEM and they gave me their own kind of clutch, but for racing. I asked for the owner, and man was that a mistake. Not only is the owner not fun to deal with, hes also very condescending and does not treat his customers or employees with respect. Cheap price, but you'll pay the consequence with their 'unmarked' boxes, claiming they're the real 'OEM' thing. Stay away!

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!This is the worst company(if you could call it a company. I believe it is some12 year old.Very rude over ebay messages) I have ever dealt with. I bought an OEM clutch kit from this person(yes, it is not a company)on ebay(he sells it under ultimatefrictionclutch name) which only lasted two days. I had to take my vehicle back to the mechanic and they hauled the whole hydraulic system(replaced both cylinders) but it still wasn't disengaging. After all this i was advised that it had to be faulty pressure plate since everything else was brand new, After communicating with this person(not a company) about 10 times I gave up and had to go and buy whole kit again since no one sells pressure plate separately. I explained what was wrong and had taken every possible fix to make it work but this person(not a professional company they claim to be) still refuses to help or understand the problem. He believes that faulty parts do not exist and it's always the mechanic's fault and will refuse to replace parts and honor warranties. I have all the messages saved and will provide to anyone who wants to look at it. Please stay away from this person.

This place is on E-Bay under - gripforce-clutches They are the worst people I have ever encountered. I placed an order and yes I forgot to change the address because I never use this account. My son was broke down with his wife, child and dog on the side of the road in over 100 degree heat for over 4 days because I couldn't get a part to him. Had to go through another vendor because they REFUSED to change the shipping address unless I wanted to pay another $85.51. I don't know about y'all but I don't make that much. Thank God that God was looking after my children.............................NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY They will screw you if they can!! The only reason you received 1 star is I had to give you something to post

First of all the only reason they get 1 star is because I have to give them at least 1 star or you can't publish the review, they deserve NO stars or NEGATIVE 5 stars!!!!I bought a clutch kit from Speed Solutions, had a shop with 35 years experience install the clutch along with a brand new flywheel and rebuilt trans in my 1986 Honda CRX and within 300 miles of highway driving all 4 of the "heat treated rivets" that were installed "for the maximum power and durability" on the "heavy-duty sprung center unit" broke in half while I was driving on the freeway in 5th gear. I had the unit uninstalled and called the store to see about a refund on the clutch kit, that obviously had a manufacturer defect, and they told me to bring it down and they would look at the unit and see what they could do. Upon arrival at the store the clerk called the warranty authorization person (still don't know his/her name) and they told the door clerk to tell me it was not "Broken in properly because I took it on the freeway too soon" and then when I told them I had not heard of that before and I asked to speak with a manager/supervisor, I was told that there wasn't anyone I could talk to above the door clerk. If I wanted to talk to a manager or boss I had to email the store. I emailed the store and told them the saga and I was told that the door clerk did not say that "I didn't break it in properly", he said it was "grease contamination" on the clutch. First of all the door clerk did NOT say that, but for arguments sake lets say he did, that still does not explain all 4 rivets breaking in half!!! It would explain the clutch slipping and burning up and scarring the pressure plate and disc, which there was no scarring at all, and the clutch was not slipping. but it would not explain the rivets breaking in half!! Needless to say they refused any refund and the only help that was offered was how to get to the door. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS OUTFIT THEY SELL INFERIOR PRODUCTS AND HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ZERO WARRANTY!!! Buyer beware!!! You buy cheap stuff you get cheap stuff and even worse customer service!!!

Dope company. Bought my exedy clutch set on Amazon they didn't have it in stock. Searched eBay found these guys. They helped me cancel me get my parts ASAP. So I can get get back on the road. Thanks guys.

Within a year usage and few miles drive my throwout bearing has already failed. My driving speed is moderate and I have never raced with it before. Definitely I will not patronize their product again.

Always have my products I need in stock. Easy to deal with and will provide will call if necessary which has always been my case. Feel free to give them a call and see if they have something you need for your car. =)

My Exedy Stage 1 clutch kit lasted just few miles, and it always chattered in 1st and 2nd gear. It had a bad odor too like it was always burning up. This was probably the worst clutch I've ever had, for any car.

Got a xtr stage 2 clutch kit with flywheel mar 2016 now it's Feb 2017 got what I paid for garage hope nobody falls victim at least I got to drive around LA 1998 toyota tacoma n/a 33 inch tires nothing special hoping I would have got more then 11 months out of this clutch kit
