Such a great easy expirence. Came all the way from OC to LA to help me with a minor problem. I didn't have to wait 2 weeks like I would have with other large companies, drove to my location so i didnt have to haul my 33ft rv over and help fix my problem. Nice guy, helped me with another small problem over the phone too after. Needless to say, I have his number saved as my rv guy now! Thank you!

Got the water pump fixed and upgraded to a 3 gal unit and works much better than the old 2 gal unit. He also fixed so many other little things. Really good to have someone that knows what he is doing and take care of the rig

We came out for a family trip and quickly realized we had no hot water. Called around and nobody could come out same day unitl i called CJ. Bad wiring. Got the heater going and we were on our way.

My awning wouldn t extend. I called different rv dealers. They didn t have time to fix my awning. I called infinite and he walked me through phone and we found a bad fuse. He didn t charge me but he will be my future rv repair go to!Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

I was stuck in Bonelli Park with my hydraulic jacks fully extended and not operating. I was recommended Infinite RV by the staff. CJ answered quickly and was able to get me a same day appointment so I could check out on time. He came through and saved the day! My new RV specialist from here on out.

Had an unfortunate accident where I tore my awning off while traveling. Contacted several service centers and couldn t get any help. Found Cj with infinite and he came out same day. Worked with my service contract and had me on the road within a week.

CJ was on point. He responded very quickly. Diagnosed my issue right over the phone and went over a couple options with me. Fit me into his schedule the same week and resolved my issue for a fair price. And he even gave me a complimentary walk through of my unit as I didn t know as much as I thought I did. Definitely going to use him from here on out.

Reached out for assistance with an air conditioner issue. Thermostat and air conditioner had no power. Pictures were requested to help identify the equipment type. CJ then suggested some hints to help diagnose the problem. It turned out we had a loose connection inside the a/c unit.CJ was prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. Due to the recent downpour of rain I noticed my coach was leaking. I reached out to Infinite RV and CJ the owner responded promptly with a reasonable quote to reseal roof. He fit me into his schedule very last minute when most dealers and shops had turned me down. He performed the task very quickly and it turned out beautifully. Soon after that Treached out for a solar install and that is when his real expertise kicked in. He gave me a variety of options and ideas. Once I decided once again he was very quick and detailed. I was having a difficult time finding a trustworthy rv service provider ,when a friend recommended infinite rv,so happy he did since I literally called them 2 days before my trip!!!My ac was blowing hot without hesitation cj came out and quickly identified the problem ,he was able to diagnose ,order parts and install on a short notice .I strongly recommend infinite rv not only is he knowledgeable and honest but efficient .
